It was fine for the few hours between landing at the airport at 2.30 and check out time of 11. We were met punctually and efficiently by their driver and taken there within five minutes. Check in lady was cheerful even then, but the crowd of visitors sitting in the reception/lounge area did not look at all comfortable as they must have either had to […] sit around the hotel since checking out at 11 until that time or paid extra to the hotel.The overall look inside and outside is of a tired dilapidated, unkempt place and the buffet breakfast was awful - my husband ordered an omelette but when it came he was so put off by the surroundings that he didn't barely touch it. The hotel is away from town by the airport. They do offer a shuttle but it is on it's own schedule, not provided as needed, and cab fare will range from $10 to $40 depending on time of day. Wireless internet is available in the lobby only. The pools did not look very clean.

This is a a very good value. The rooms are in good shape and comfortable, although the beds are rather firm. The staff is very helpful. The restaurant has a good selection of food, and puts out a good free breakfast in the morning. This is the closest hotel to the airport.

Wonderful experience at Airai. The hotel is a little old, but the service was great from the friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very close to the airport, staff is very friendly. The place is ideal if you are just transiting Palau or heading to an island. But definiltely not recommended for a longer stay as a holiday resort

Can't give enough compliments to the hotel's staff. They were AWESOME! Very helpful and accommodating. They even upgraded our room for free (without us even asking) to a corner beach front room. We emailed our flight times to them ahead of time and they had someone at the airport to pick us up and he helped us arrange our snorkeling tour as well as […] a rental car. One word of caution about this hotel -- it does not have an elevator. There were steps to the room (on the third floor) and also steps down to the pool/water park. Nice, basic hotel -- good breakfast buffet. Internet is available in the lobby, but is slow, Hotel is older and there are some areas that could be cleaned. The Airai Water Paradise Hotel is a decent value option for one night in Koror but I wouldn't stay much longer. The hotel is 15 minutes from town and although they provide a free shuttle service it only leaves at certain times and you have to reserve it ahead of time. The hotel staff did not do much to accommodate early check in and late check out. […] If you don't go to town the hotel restaurant is the only option and the food there was not very good for the American palate. The standard room only received Japanese cable which had only two channels in English. They had basic cable in the lobby so perhaps upgraded rooms had better TV options. Loved my second room with above; glad I switched from my large newly renovated? built? room with no view at all. Staff were wonderful ladies on the desk, and obliging Filipinos to take me to town and beach on shuttle bus. Did not like the beach - private on the bay under the bridge. Too many noisy machines on the sea.

The Airai is a pretty average Hotel with one exception...the staff who were always very cheerful and eager to please. They upgraded our room with no charge and changed out our hard as concrete mattress's with brand new ones. Airai Water Paradise in Palau has some great facilities , including a water park , great pool area , lovely restaurant , but needs a lot of maintainence work. Beds were extremely hard , but at it's price gave value for money

６日間オーシャンビューの部屋に宿泊しました。確かにコロールから離れていて不憫に感じますが、その分シャトルバスは無料だったり、部屋は広いですし、コロールと違って緑に囲まれていてのんびりしていて、それはそれで楽しめました！コロール自体ハワイと違って栄えていないので、必ずコロールに泊まる必要もないと感じました。ホテルのひとは、英語が話せない私達に対しても一生懸命理解してくれていろいろなわがままを聞いてくれました！またパラオに行くならこのホテルに泊まりたいです！

空港の近くはいいのだけれど、ダウンタウンにはちと遠い。ホテル自体はお値段相当だけれども、居心地は悪くないです。虫はちょっとだけ現れたけれど、エアコンで冷やしてたら、意外と出てこなかったかな。朝食付きで、普通に美味しかった。ただ、夜のレストランはどれもまずかった・・。

計画したので直前であり予約可能なホテルがここだけでした。 酷評が多いように思いましたが、コストパフォーマンスを考えれば、許容できる範囲かなと思います。 ・フロントでタオルを貸してくれますマリン系現地ツアーとかに参加する際に便利 ・コロールまでの送迎バスがあります。レンタカがあったほうが便利ですが（現地ツアーがない日はレンタカを借りました。） ・部屋は改装されていてきれいでした。バスタブがない部屋でしたが。

ホテルの場所は中心エリアから車で12分の距離でしたが、ホテルのシャトルバスが夜の10時まであるので、不便ではありませんでした。プールはスライダーが2つあり、子供は一日中すべっていました。フロントの台湾の女の子は感じがよく、ツアーの予約やエリライレストランの予約をしてもらいました。

大人2名、子供１名の３人でスタンダードに４泊しました。 外観は老朽化しているものの、部屋の中は清潔で快適に過ごせると思います。 アメニティもひげ剃り、歯ブラシ、シャンプー、ボディソープ、タオル等揃っています。 シャワーは熱い湯も大量に良くでます。部屋は広くないですが、狭いと感じることもありません。 エクスペディアのプランは朝食無しの表示ですが、全朝食付きでした。 朝食は、良くあるリゾートのような卵料理を目の前で焼いてくれるシェフはいませんが、 十分満足できる種類で料理も美味しいと思いました。 プールにバーが有りますが、ホテルスタッフはいませんし、ローカルの人達やその子供達で賑 わっています。リゾートのプールを期待するとがっかりしますので、ウオータースライダーで ローカルと混じってはしゃ […] ぐのが良いかと思います。 フロント脇に小さいショップが有ります。灯りは点いていますが南京錠のような鍵で閉じられて います。外から見た限りですが木彫りの人形や、Tシャツ、はがき等があります。 ショップを利用しなかったのでわかりませんが、多分、フロントに言うと鍵を開けてくれると 思います。 レンタカーを借りたいと言えば、レンタカーの手配をしてくれます。 １日　４５ドル（保険込み）です。 日本語を話せる女の人が一人いますが、その人以外は基本英語でした。 ロビーのｗｉｆｉは、DHCPによるIPアドレスの取得がうまく出来ず、結局利用はできませんでした。 台湾系？の方々がロビーでPCを操作していますので、うちの端末の問題かもしれません。 PPRやPRR、パレイシアのようなリゾートの雰囲気は無いですが、 コロール市内の安宿に泊まるなら、こちらの方がプールもあるしお勧めかと思います。 スタッフはとても愛想が良いですし、無料送迎付きでこの価格。 リゾート気分を味わいたいカップルにはお勧めしませんが、費用を抑える目的なら文句の無い ホテルと思います。 Mehr

酒店离机场超近，有助于去机场取钱。饭店其实应该很久了，房间挺旧的。服务不错，前台随时保证有中国人在服务。早饭还行，时好时坏。饭的味道还不错，自助挺贵的。这个地方虽然离市区很远，但是有饭店大巴可以送过去。还有超大的水上游乐场，特适合小孩玩。

1週間滞在しました。中華系のホテルです。中心地まで車で15分程度、周りにはお店やスーパーがないので、毎日中心地に買い物や食事に出なければならなかったのですが、送迎があるので交通の心配はありません。もちろん空港送迎も無料。空港まで車で5分程なので、深夜到着、深夜出発の飛行機だった私たちにとってはありがたかったです。朝食もついていますし、値段から考えると満足のホテルでした。

5泊6日の日程でパラオ旅行をしました。その際こちらのホテルのジャングルビュールームに1泊ハネムーンスィートに4泊しました。 ジャングルビュールームもハネムーンスィートも部屋は充分過ぎるくらいに広かったです。家具は古い感じがありましたが、パラオの雰囲気に合っていて良かったと思います。 ハネムーンスィートは、ジャグジーが付いていて快適でした。この部屋に宿泊すると滞在中に1回だけハネムーンパッケージというサービスを受けられ、無料で40分間のマッサージを2人分とベットにデコレーション，赤ワイン1本，フルーツバスケット，ハネムーンケーキ，スパセットが付いてきました。素敵な一日を過ごせて夫婦で大満足でした。 プールにも入りましたが、広くて良かったです。海に行かない日はウォータースライダーで遊べましたし、 […] ジャグジーもあって気持ちよかったです。 従業員は、中国人，台湾人，フィリピン人で構成されていて日本語は殆ど通じませんでした。でも、皆必ず笑顔で"Hello”と挨拶してくれ簡単な英語で話しかけてくれます。一度でも会話を交わして部屋番号を伝えると、次に廊下やレストランで会った時には「部屋番号○○のお客様」と呼んでくれました。 空港から5分，コロール島から20分位離れていますが、無料のシャトルバスサービスがあったので差ほど不便さは感じずに過ごせました。あと、ロビーとレストランで無料のWifiサービスがあるのですが、日本から持参したiPhoneで問題なく使用出来ました。（宿泊客でいつもいっぱいだったので、速度はかなり遅かったです。） Mehr

多湿な地域なのでベッドが湿っているのは仕方がない。洗面所の蛇口がギイーという音がして、夜中のチェックインでは他のお部屋に迷惑をかけたと思う。町までのシャトルバスの本数は少ないが、気持ちよく送迎してもらえるし、空港への送迎も真夜中なのにしてもらった。ホテルの質は３つ星程度だが、スタッフの感じの良さで総合点を４にした。

空港の無料送迎、特に帰りの送迎が無料のシャトルバスがあるにも関わらず、同時刻に個別に送迎してくれ感動しました。( 深夜 ) 又、フロントの女性で、日本語の大変上手いスタッフがおり、とても親切。プールは、水質が悪そうで、入る気にはなりませんでした。食事は朝食付なのですが、微妙、、、街までは、タクシー10ﾄﾞﾙ、自分は、深夜到着の深夜出発だったので、前後宿泊しました。パラオは、ツアーを使わず個人手配でしたが、何一つ不自由さはありませんでした。メインの宿泊はPPRを使しました。ルルブなどを見ると、以外と、ダウンタウンのホテルが載ってますが、日本人が宿泊するには、、、幽霊が出そうなところばかり、、 ちなみに、このホテルは、ほぼ韓国系の宿泊客でした。

はじめてのパラオでダイビングでした。確かに中心街までは遠いですが、中心地までの送迎（1時間に1本所要10分）もあり、あまり問題を感じませんでした。行き帰りの送迎の車の中で、運転手とコミュニケーションをとるのも１つの楽しみです。朝ごはんは基本的に味が濃い目だったのが残念でしたが、部屋も快適だし、景色もよかったです。最終日はホテルのプールも楽しみました。スライダーに水が流れてない場合は、言えば流してくれるそうです。

値段が安いので仕方ないが、最初入った部屋が下水臭くシャワーが壊れてたためチェンジしてもらったら次は清潔感のある部屋で良かった。 チェンジを言わなかったらあのままかと思うと残念だが、その他の対応は良かった。

空港からの無料の送迎があり、メールで事前に連絡しておくときてくれます。また、他のホテルへ行く予定があったのですが、ダウンタウンへのシャトルバスでついでに連れていってくれました。日本語の話せる方がいて親切に対応してくれます。部屋は３階でしたがＥＶもポーターもいないのでスーツケースを運ぶのはしんどかったです。また、部屋の引き出しに食べかけのハンバーガーがありびっくり。掃除は行き届いていません。リニュアール済といっても浴室は古いままでした。レストランで夕食にシーフードパスタを食べたのですが非常においしかったです。その他の物もおいしかったです。プールはありますが、ビーチは遠いです。子供連れの方には良いですが、大人はリゾートホテルにいる気分は味わえないと思います。値段相応です。

日本に帰国する便が深夜だったので，夕方にチェックインして数時間の滞在でした． このホテルの滞在中に唯一やろうと思っていたのがシャワーを浴びて汗を流すことでしたが， 大変残念なことに蛇口をどの方向にひねっても，水しかでませんでした． 洗面台の温水はヒーターにつながっていたようですが，そのヒーターをONにすると， 今度は蛇口をどの方向にひねっても熱湯しか出ませんでした． 結局，シャワーも洗面台も水しか使えなかったということです． 数時間の滞在だったので，フロントへも報告しませんでした． 良かった点を挙げれば，フロントの方の対応がフレンドリーだったこと リクエスト通りの時間に，空港まで送ってくれたこと，です． 数時間の滞在だったので我慢できましたが，これが1週間の休暇滞在だったら…と考えると  […] ぞっとします． Mehr
