Great location, so close to the airport. Free shuttle was on time. Very friendly staff. Would love a coffee pot in the room

This motel was a great place for staying close to the Bradley airport. The shuttle runs extensive hours and it is a short drive to the terminals. The rooms are nice, and the only real complaint is that the doors into the hotel from the parking lot are not secure, raising the issue of whether or not someone could easily enter the hotel to threaten the […] safety and/or valuables of the guests. The door by which we entered was totally insecure and did not lock or have any mechanism which might prevent someone from making an illegal entry. Mehr

Clean and comfortable.

The Econo Lodge at Bradley is the best deal in town starting with Jennifer, the perfect receptionist. She helped me to my room which was very clean, spotless bathroom, free local phone calls. Breakfast starts at 4 AM for early travelers and shuttle to the airport is timely and curtious. Highly recommended!

One staff member was so grumpy! And for parking, they charge for each calendar day, rather than for a 24 hour day. I felt cheated! And the complimentary breakfast was white bagels,toast, muffins and OJ. No whole grains, fruit, yogurt or anything healthy.

The service at the hotel was great, especially Jennifer. She printed out our boarding passes for the next day. They also provided shuttle service to a restaurant near the hotel, but too far to walk. The hotel is only 1 mile from the airport so it's convenient. We were at the airline gate less than 30 minutes after we left the hotel by shuttle. Jennifer was on duty when I checked in and I want the company to know how lucky they are to have an employee like her. Jennifer went out of her way to help me! She is cheerful and has an excellent personality for this business. She deserves a raise!

Room was tiny, could not fit a roll away. Walls are paper thin,, next door neighbor kept us up all night with coughing, Would sleep in a tent before staying again. I forgot: you always get what you pay for,

Econo lodge hartford BDL - Very basic accommodation tv, about 10 stations. Hard bed but quiet. Free shuttle was the reason why I choose it and it worked even at midnight. Hotel needs a serious makeover. Overall a place to stay for the right ummm. Low price. Just expect old everything and you'll be happy.

The hotel manager was excellent. She went out ofr her way to be helpful. 5 stars for her. WJM

This is not a fancy hotel, but it is entirely adequate for an overnight before an early morning flight, or any event where you are trying to just sleep and go. The room was really clean and the staff was adequate.

Hotel was adiquate for a one-night stay. Convenient to the airport, parking here for a week was a plus.

all in all i wouldnt reccomend this hotel to any one!!

Front desk was very helpful. But the facility is pretty bare bones.the front door is not automatic and you have to step up with your Luggage Rooms are small but relatively clean. Room smelled. It was terrible. Smelled like old socks. Thermostat didn't work. It was freezing. Asked the front desk for help. Girl responded that since I had an old thermostat, I needed to move it around some and let it spark. Yeah right. Still didn't work. Not particularly happy since there was a snow storm and it was freezing! Walls are paper thin! […] I could hear the guy next door's alarm go off. His phone conversation (literally). Every time he coughed... etc. So turn up your TV all the way to block out your neighbors. Cheap. But seriously consider staying somewhere else. La Quinta is a little better and their heater actually works. Should've stayed there. Mehr

A great Hotel for overnight when you have an early flight. Wake up call, light breakfast, good coffee, and excellent van service to Bradley. Room was comfortable and clean. Service great, people nice. Park and Fly service was excellent. We recommend.

The room itself was fine for the price I paid. However, I had a first floor room near some pipesthat were clanging all night which kept me from sleeping. Also the sink was seperate from and tofar away from the area were you would use all yourpersonal items. Additionally, the bathtub shower didn't drain properly. The view out my window wasn't great either. […] But if your looking for good cleanroom deal for your money and get a quiet room on the second floor for as quick overnight stay, this may be the place for you. This was a very economical, well maintained place to stay for a night before an early flight. It was as described - clean, convenient to the airport and quiet. For the price, it was excellent.

This place really takes care of details. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Pool was great!

If you need to spend a night at the airport in order to catch an early flight this is the best place for the money. The hotel is modest but the rooms are very clean, the bed comfortable, the personal is very cordial and the shuttle works very well.

We have stayed in this hotel before and will continue to do so. This hotel offers the most comfortable beds we ever slept in, and the rooms are very cozy. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant.

pervasive cigarette smell through entire hotel; grounds were quite messy; contintental breakfast was disappointing -- muffins seemed stale.
