Hotell Anno 1647 - Stockholm

Die Zimmer sind einfach aber sehr sauber. Meine erste Schwierigkeiten mit der Matratze des Bettes im gebuchten Zimmer wurden Gottseidank bald behoben, indem mir ein anders Zimmer rasch angeboten werden konnte. Das heisst also, dass man wichtige Dinge wie die Qualität der Matratze hinterfragen sollte. Das Frühstück ist wunderbar, etwas mehr Wechsel des […] Angebotes wäre alledrings wünschenswert.. Wie haben ein economy Doppelzimmer gebucht, es war sehr günstig. Zwar waren Toilette und Dusche im Flur, aber ein Waschbecken war vorhanden und das Zimmer sehr süß. Das Bad war ausserdem sehr sauber und frische Handtücher als auch Vorleger vorhanden. Das Frühstückbuffet war perfekt, eine tolle Auswahl im gemütlichen hellen Speiseraum, und am Wochenende […] sogar bis 10.30 Uhr zu besuchen. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, spricht sehr gut englisch und das alte Haus ist einfach toll. Man ist in Gehweite zur Altstadt, aber direkt in Södermalm in einer Fußgängerzone mit tollen Geschäften und Cafés. Ein rundum empfehlenswertes Hotel! Mehr

Dies war das billigste Einzelzimmer das ich in Stockholm finden konnte und hab mich daher auf das schlimmste gefasst gemacht. Aber es war ein anprechendes (wenn auch kleines) Zimmer, gutes Fruehstueck und kostenloses W-Lan. Zentrale Lage. Einziger echter Nachteil ist die hellhoerigkeit des Zimmers gewesen.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt im Hotel Anno 1647 sehr nett, aufgrund der guten Lage (Slussen, 5 min zu fuss nach Gamla Stan) und des Personals. Einziges und leider sehr lästiges Manko war die Präsenz eines Drehorgelspielers auf der Strasse vor den Fenstern des Hotels die zur Seite des Stadsmuseums gerichtet waren, der sein Drehorgelspiel entweder am […] späteren Nachmittag oder in den Nachtstunden zum Besten gab, was nach der 10ten Wiederholung des selben Liedes an den Nerven zehrt. Die Lage des Hotels war ideal (Nähe Altstadt), aber Etagen WC und Etagen Dusche ist nicht ganz zeitgemäß. Es ist auch ein sehr hellhöriger Bau. Für Kurztripp zu empfehlen, für längeren Aufenthalt eher nicht...

This is a lovely hotel. It is very cleanr, the location is great, and the staff is top notch. The breakfast is also excellent. I stayed in a room that had a shared bath; so the price was also attractive. My only complaint was that the shared bathrooms, while very clean, were quite small, acceptable to me but might pose a problem for a large person or […] someone with mobility problems. Also, my room was on a lower floor facing the street leading to the Metro stop, so it got a bit noisy at night when the bars closed. Mehr

Would recommend not srayin in Hotel Anno 1647. Very noissy, you will listen to everything what happans in a few neiboor rooms. Location is more or less OK. Very expensive for that quality. Will stay in another hotel next time thought it is not ease to find in Stocholm's centrum.

NOT CONVENIENT LOCATION. NO FACILITY. THE LADY STAFF IS NOT HELPFUL NOR FRIENDLY AT ALL. BUT THE BREAKFAST IS EXCELLENT.

The hotel is extremely well located, the buffet breakfasts are excellent, and the staff is very friendly. The only problem is that the economy rooms, which are streetside, can be disturbed by the noise outside, expecially on the weekends.

great location, pleasant staff.The economy rooms suffer from noise from the drunks in the street late into the night.Our deluxe romm was terrific after we moved from the economy room

This hotel is only good if you like to be close to the center.

Hotel Anno 1647 is very centrally located to the Slussen metro station which is only 1.3km from the main railroad station. It is an easy walk into old town and the downtown areas of Stockholm. The window opened to a loud street leading to the subway. We were here during the week, so it was loud around 11 pm. But we were told by someone else staying here that over the weekend it got really loud at about 3am when people were heading home from the local bar scene (which there is a lot of in the immediate vicinity). However, the breakfast saved this hotel. It was splendid! I would recommend this hotel if you got a room on a higher floor with it's own bathroom. And facing the front of the hotel or courtyard. The location is great, the free breakfast is very good and the service was very friendly and helpful. As with other reviewers I agree that you need ear-plugs to get a sound sleep. Every night between 12 and 4 AM there are sporadic outbursts of noisy party-goers walking outside in the street. This hotel was cheap, and very close to Slussen tube station. In easy walking distance to the old town (Gamla Stan) too. A little noisy outside at night in July, since the area is popular with people going out. However, windows were very good at keeping noise out. Staff always very helpful, and spoke excellent English.

The Swedish are very friendly and accommodation people, and that is exactly what the staff are in this property. The room I got was very small but the view was spectacular, over looking the water. Breakfast is served every morning and it is simply a fine selection of food, way better than McDonalds across the street. Excellent location next to large transit point. Hotel has large, plain rooms in old building. Unfortunately, no elevator. Excellent breakfast. Some noise on sqare at rear of hotel; rooms at front are very quiet.

We stayed in Hotell Anno 1647 for two nights in June 2011. Given prior experiences with European hotels on the cheaper side, we were in for a nice surprise. First, the building is charming. Although the room was basic, it was very clean and had a large window. Really, our only complaint was that the closet was so tiny it hardly fitted our raincoats. […] The shared toilets/showers were comfortable and clean at all times. The staff was friendly and even helped us contact a friend who was staying at another hotel and breakfast was lovely. You don't need to stay in Gamla Stan if you travel to Stockholm, this hotel is just a walk across the short pedestrian bridge and a Metro stop around the corner. Bring earplugs though, if you get a room on the outside street there will be a lot of pedestrian traffic, day and night. The area where the Hotel is located, Sodermalm, is actually fun with […] lots of shops and coffee places, nice fun vibe to it. Breakfast is included and actually really good!! Anno 1647 is not your regular modern hotel. But what are going for it are its fabulous location and also the fact that you get to stay in a hotel of a lot of heritage. The hotel is just 5min from the Slussen metro station and on Sodermalm which is so much more exciting and filled with boutique and café culture. This hotel was in a good, central location. It was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. My room was small, but I expected this so this was not a problem.

Nice location just south of Gamla Stan and next to a T stop. I had a room with toilet and shower down the hall. A solo room in a hostel would have been a cheaper option. This was cleaner than a hostel, but the difference between this an a hostel is mostly aesthetic. Little cramped. Classy it ain't, but for about 1/2 or less of the price of most rooms I saw in Stockholm, the "economy" room here was fine. The room had a bit of an old-time flophouse vibe, but the hotel itself is fine and you can't beat the location, just across the bridge from the old city, right next to the subway, and at the foot of a neighborhood that seemed to […] be Stockholm's Williamsburg. Ett skönt ställe att bo på med mycket karaktär! Vi bodde på ett rum med toalett i korridoren och det var kanske inte riktigt vår pryl, så nästa gång tänker vi ta ett rum med toalett på rummet. Fördelen var dock att jämfört med ett vandrarhem var det både bättre pris och med frukost! Ett riktigt fint budget-alternativ alltså och det passade oss utmärkt […] just då. För att få det kraftigt rabatterade priset behövde man gå genom Hotels.com, annars var det dyrare. Jag svårt att tänka mig att vi skulle kunna hitta något mer prisvärt (för den ringa summan pengar) mitt i Stockholm! Mehr

Charmerende lille hotel lige syd for den gamle by. Vores "økonomi-værelse" var ret beskedent og lydt, men overalt var der pænt og rent, og morgenbuffet'en havde et stort udvalg. Desuden hjælpsomt personale. Kan absolut anbefales til prisen.

Hotellet har en fin beliggenhed. Værelset var meget småt og dårligt indrettet. Det kan ikke anfales, at man booker dette værelse, såfremt man er to personer.

fint hotel á mjög góðum stað. vantar spegil í fullri stærð á hæð eða í herbergi.

chambre petite, (bien que categorie superieure), tres peu de place de rangement, aucune aide n'est proposée pour monter les 3 étages sans ascenseur avec vos bagages ,cher pour ce que c' est.

Mysigt hotell i gammal stil med ypperligt, centralt läge. Alldeles intill Djurgårdsfärjan vilket var perfekt för min del som skulle till Cirkus! Enda minus rejält lyhört - rekommenderas trots detta varmt!

Rummet var väldigt slitet. Frukostrummet var nytt och fräscht men också väldigt kallt just den dagen.
