This hotel got a nice possition. The room was nice with comfortable bed. ( I have been in superior room). But on arrival we were met by not very competent stuff who wanted to put me and my freind into one double room though we both paid separatly for separate rooms. I was given a key from the room but it was a wrong one.So checking in felt rather incompetent. Also […] the conceirge did not know much about what to do. We asked to book us not expensive seates to Carzy horse butr were booked nearly the most expewnsive instead. Conserge service could be better. Also - the water in the shower was not mixing well - water was either too hot or too cold. So I would recommend it for a right price . It is just about 4 star, it is more like good 3 stars hotel. I speak no French, and so I was delighted to discover that not only did the front desk staff speak English, but every staff member I encountered also spoke English well. Additionally, they were all friendly, helpful, professional and polite. I was pleased with the quality of this hotel, especially so near to the heart of Paris. Couldn't have been happier with the place. It's perfectly located near the Louvre on the Rue St. Honore; it's the second time I've been there in ten years. Service was excellent; we needed to change plans after USAir messed up our flights - no issue with the hotel. Everybody was helpful and cooperative. It was excellent location, walk to all shops, park, cafe and museums etc.. We loved our stay at this hotel and probably we will going back again. if they fix shower in the bathroom. It was very low flow ... and cold...Otherwise, it is clean and friendly staff in this place. And, I hope next time, we will not get false fire alarm at nigh.

Great location in a great street. Nice hotel with a good size comfortable room. A bit overpriced for what it was - but then that's Paris. Some of the staff were very offhand and some of them were great - but then that's Paris. Ordered us a taxi on departure that never arrived and then told us to walk 700m to a taxi stand as they couldn't guarantee the […] arrival of another one - interesting approach for a four star hotel - but then that's Paris. Very friendly and efficient. Fantastic central location. Rooms small but cosy and very clean with air conditioning. Staff spoke fluent english and made recommendations on where to eat. Made us feel very welcome.

I didn't spend much time in the room and didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment too much on the hotel service. Breakfast is not included, so you might be better off at a local cafe. If you're budget conscious about food, there's a small grocery store a few blocks away on the same street. The hotel staff were very courteous. The lcoation for our purposes was very good. The hotel is unpretentious but the lobby is nice, spacious enough and clean and accessable - never too crowded or busy. The staff was very helpful - all of them; We don 't speak French but they spoke English well {and we notice Spanish and other languages}.The restaurant bar was a good place to hang out in […] between events - never many people there but again the service was very good. We can never figure out the logic of French bathrooms - not just his hotel. The bathroom was large enough but the tub/shower is a bit constrained thanks to the moving glass separation which only covers one third of the tub - I had to be more careful than i'd like to shower without spilling water over the floor - give me a simple curtain!. That said it was clean with marble and lots of counters and the maid service certainly keep the place clean without being intrusive. The room was spaccious, with a comfortable bed, plenty of storage and hanging space large. The windows were large but the room was very quiet. We will stay there again. Mehr

I'd highly recommend this hotel. We booked the suite because we were traveling with our two small children and it turned out to be two adjoining rooms. Worked out great for us. The wifi worked great in the room. TV had planty of channels. The rooms themselves and bathrooms were very clean and a good size, not too small. For some reason though the bathroom […] doors did not have locks. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We found the staff very helpful, the room was extremely clean and everything seemed in very good condition. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Excellent experience - central location made walking just about everywhere easy, and with a Metro stop (Tuileies) a block away, the entire city is at your doorstep. Room was, as to be expected in Paris, a little small, but nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was recently updated. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Plus points - great location and rooms mercifully quiet despite hotel being located on a busy street, and these qualities far outweighed the negatives. Less good - our room was small, compact, bijou or whatever, and while comfortable did not really cut it for a four star establishment. And the breakfast for 19 euros was adequate but lacking in anything […] that resembled French flair. But these are quibbles. I stayed at the Royal St. Honore in Paris for 7 nights. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, and was completely fluent in English and French. The hotel was well kept and clean, even if the rooms were a bit small. I suggest getting the daily breakfast buffet option they offer with the room rate - the cafe area is roomy and the buffet offers […] a nice variety of options. Our room had a view of a wall (room 105). They moved us to room 305 which was not much better. The room was extremely noisy, bed lumpy, old bedspread, old blankets, arm chair wobbly and about to fall apart and the bathroom barely fit 1 person. This hotel needs some TLC. The location was very good and walking distance to all Paris has to offer.

The location was excellent as I could walk to all the major sites but the room was the smallest I have ever stayed in while in Paris. The bathrrom was beautiful but the actual bedroom was a real disappointment. The mattress was thin and very hard and they still use bedspreads rather than comforters. The reading/bedside lamps were tiny and glued to the […] dresser so one could not even move them closer to the bed. The two wall pictures were very small and cheap looking which just led to the overall appearance of a 1950's hotel. Staff was polite but far from friendly. Having been to Paris many time. I can say from experience that this hotel has a fantastic location. It is an excellent 4 star, with very good service. The only complain I have is that the room I stayed in smelled rather strongly of air freshener which gave me a little headache (must have been the AC). Otherwise, I cannot recommend it highly enough.

This was my first time to Paris & being a solo female traveller was concerned on location, safety & hotel standard. Could not have been happier. The location of this hotel was brillant. The surrounding area extremely safe and the hotel standard great.

Overall a very good place to stay. The windows really are soundproof which helps enormously. The air-conditioning did not work, but fortunately it wasn't that hot outside. Location couldn't be better. Staff are pleasant and helpful, without exception. Rooms are fairly small but clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Hotel Royal Saint-Honore offered a great location and the service was very good. Our room as larger than other hotels we had stayed in and it had a lovely bath. The restaurant on site as often empty, which we assumed was a bad sign. Nevertheless, we stopped in for dinner and had one of our best meals in Paris. A nice hotel in an excellent location near the Louvre. The property is clean and modern, but one of our two rooms was just a little cramped. If you're looking for a good place to stay, this is it. If you want a pool, sauna, fitness center, etc., it is not. Internet is free.

We arrived at the hotel with 2 friends who were celebrating retirement and their Ruby Wedding Anniversary for a 4 night stay. Everything about the hotel was fantastic: Reception were friendly and helpful; the room was clean, comfortable, and cosy. We no noise at all from the road outside and enjoyed looking out of our balcony window down the road to […] the Tuilleries. The breakfasts were great as was the room. Trevlig personal med bra service. Negativt var dåligt funktionerande luftkonditionering, det kom bara varmluft och det skramlade från ac:n. Kan bli problem om det är varmt ute. Vi hade fönstret öppet istället, men då luktade det mindre trevligt från innegården.

Tv werkte niet goed. Pas na vier keer reclameren werkte die. Douche warm en koudwater niet constant, bloed heet en ijskoud door elkaar. Bad ook heel smal om lekker in te staan douchen.
