Always meets our needs!

Booked a double queen suite for my daughters birthday sleepover. I was able to check in an hour earlier which was great. The indoor pool and hot tub were a huge hit. Everything was very clean and the front desk staff were very helpful. Overall it was a great trip- the free breakfast especially exceeded our expectations. Love the noon checkout too! Almost everything was perfect with our stay. Most of the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The kitchen staff couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy. The pool was great. My only suggestion would be if you need fiberfill pillows to reconfirm upon check-in. We had some issues with a night desk clerk who was annoyed that she had to find […] pillows for my down allergic sister at 11:30 p.m. after we realized that the down pillows had not been replaced as we had asked after making our reservation. It truly wasn't a big deal but the clerk made it so! The manager, however, was truly embarrassed at the treatment we'd received and assured us that the situation would be handled. It was the only unpleasant part of an otherwise fantastic stay. I will stay at this hotel again! Mehr

I stay here twice a month just for leisure because this place is so amazing! Pool is decent sized, food is good, and the staff is very helpul!

This hotel was very comfortable to stay at with two small children, we had a king suite. The bedroom closes off from the living room/ kitchen. It was nice to be a little separated from the children who slept on the pull out sofa bed. The breakfast was larger than I expected from a free breakfast at a hotel, also I'm a vegetarian and had no problem finding […] somerhing to eat and my kids enjoyed having bacon for a change as I won't make it! They left the breakfast out later than advertised until guests were pretty much finished which was nice. The cons were that our tub had a little bit of mildew and they were doing repairs on the pool (it remained open though.) Mehr

Upon arriving the lobby was very nice and welcoming, i was immidiately attended, in less then 5 minutes i already had my keys to the room. For the price i paid the room was more then i aspected , the bed was so comfortable we missed breakfast. We didnt need to call front desk because the room had everything , pool was nice as well. We had a clean and nicely furnished room. the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was just as advertised. The staff was very helpful and service minded. The only problem we had was specific to the location of our room. We were right next to one of the entrances. (In fact the entrance door was on the other side of the wall from the head of the bed.) […] As a result, any time someone enterd or left the building though that door, we hear a loud noise from the closing door. I would recomment this hotel with the caveat that your room should not be adjacent to an entrance door. Mehr

Overall I was very satisfied with my 2nd stay at Homewood Suites. the rooms are comfy and clean, the staff is excellent and even the breakfast was enjoyed by my entire family. The only 'blip' was a dilemna involving the pool, in which my 3 small children were covered in a rash of sorts afterward due to excessively high chlorine. Perfect place to mellow out in. Great heated pool, fine breakfast, nice kitchenette, the suite is just right.

Wasn't very satified with my room at this location.I heard people back and fourth thru the halls all night,doors slamming,toilets runiing,toiletes flushing.O yea and then was awakened at 6:20 in them morning by a fire alarm!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us out with an issue we had and then refused to take a tip. I thought the art of customer service was dead but it's alive in at least one place.

Very Nice and management was very polite. Nice Place and worth of money you spend.

I cannot say enough about our stay, it was just a real good expierence. The breakfast was wonderful. It was a little difficult to find your way around in the hotel, the elevators were a little tucked away but overall no complaints. Would stay there again!

A very clean & comfortable place for a traveling family of five.

I stayed only for a night but I loved the hot breakfast buffet including fresh fruits. All staff were friendly, and the location is pretty easy to find. Only one thing to complain; shower curtain was not good. It got lost one hook so water kept coming out. That's all. Over all, I like the hotel and will visit again if I have a chance.

Beautiful room with a kitchen. We were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was great and the M-Th free dinners are awesome. Thanks Homewood Suites!

Homewood suites in Sommerset was excellent . Great service , very friendly staff, very clean, and free breakfast was delicious. Location to many restaurants , stores and gas stations was outstanding!

Good hotel. Great breakfast.

Overall a good place to stay. The complimentary breakfast and hotel staff were amazing; room was comfortable and fairly clean. The biggest negative were the "thin" walls and ceilings as one could easily hear everything what was going on around and above you, including every step that the person upstairs was taking. I would stay there again however.

This is a real find. It is very close to New Brunswick and the surrounding area. The hotel staff was especially kind and caring.

We were only there over night. Travelling with our three daughters and my mom. The suite waa comfortable for all. It was a long drive - traffic was horrific. Justin, who checked us in, made me immediately more relaxed and comfortable - great employee at this location. If circumstances brought us this way again, I would definitely stay.

I visit my son on a monthly basis and this a great place to stay.

I was looking for a room for one night while I was in town for a children's book conference. I found this Homewood Suites and was amazed by the cleanliness, comfort, and friendliness of the staff. Diane checke dme in, and she was kind and thoughtful--even called to the room to make sure it was good. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very nice and service was great. The hostess Esther is on the top of my list of reasons why I would visit this hotel again, very helpful and outgoing.

My dad, brother, and I went to this area of New Jersey to visit family for an engagement party. We often stay at hotels when we head down that way. Never have we ever stayed at a hotel such as this! When I was looking for a hotel, my brother and dad had two requirements for the hotel....great breakfast and a pool. This hotel had them both. An AMAZING […] breakfast and a wonderful pool. In addition to the breakfast and the pool, the room was very roomy and comfortable. Really, there isn't anything better than you will get here. Staff is EXTREMELY friendly and willing to help with anything that you may desire! Also, the wamr chocolate chip cookies when you walk in are the cherry on top of an amazing hotel! good value for money and a great breafast family friendly

Me and my Husband went for just one night to celebrate our aniversary it was AWSOME the suite was big and has everything we need, the pool and jacuzzi was perfect to relax n have fun, the pool is not to deep so u can do a lot of things and it was all clear. Excellent value, breakfast was great. Rooms were the best.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a warm, friendly smile. Our room was clean and spacious. We were much surprised by the buffet breakfast...there were plenty of choices. We had a little time to take a enjoy the indoor pool, which we enjoyed! We will definitely stay at Homewood Suites when we travel.
