Hotel is near Santa Fe where many small shops and cafes are located. The reception staff were all very knowledgeable and spoke good English. The 2 receptionists both named Martin were helpful and friendly. Local tour to go to the river delta area arranged by Martin was very good. The G/F cafe was quiet and comfortable. It would be better if there was […] an electrical kettle to be provided in the room. Free WIFI very efficient. The air-con was effective. Very kind consideration to allow us to check in earlier as we arrived before noon. Also, while we went for shopping after checking out, our luggages could be conviently stored by the conciege for collection in the evening before we left for the airport. This hotel is right in the heart of Buenos Aires. It has great staff, is well maintained and lives up to its four star rating. Includes wifi internet and breakfast which makes it excelletn value for tourists.

The only complaint I have is the absence of an English Language news channel (CNN

The hotel was not as expected. We were shown 2 rooms and given our choice which was a nice feature. One of the beds had a bedspread that was soiled on the underside. The towels in the bath - were supposed to be white - were dingy. The hotel was in the middle of the block on a major street that was more like a side street where the hotel was located. […] The lobby area was nice. The breakfast was skimpy. The staff was very nice, warned about dangers in the city. The staff helped us with our flight check-in and held our luggage so we could spend the day in the city until our flight time. I would have expected a better room for the price. We were less than a half block from Santa Fe Ave. - lots of shops. Buenos Aires is a great city to visit and shop. Hard to get taxis in some areas and at rush hour. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Florida street is a must. Galleria Pacifica shopping mall is fantastic. Take a day trip to Uruguay with Buequebus. Did not use buses or subway. Mehr

Great location. Discounted Parking right next door. Staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

When I checked in they actually let me choose between two rooms and let me view both rooms before deciding. The location of the hotel is great and the staff is very helpful. They spoke English and weren't pushy on any front. I would definitely recommend this hotel to both leisure or business travelers.

Tive recomendações não positivas dos hotéis de Buenos Aires, Velhos, sujos, etc., porém o Americas Towers Hotel me surpreendeu, é um hotel simples mas limpo, organizado, e de boa comida, por um preço justo. Recomendo.

Es un muy buen hotel familiar,pero debe mejorar la ducha del baño y compromiso con los pasajeros cuando se pierde algo en la pieza.

Não é um hotel barato, mas oferece bastante para o preço. Os garçons são ótimos, o pessoal da recepção e portaria são educados mas sem muitas simpatias. A localização é muito boa, muito perto da Av. Santa Fé, um bom lugar para passear. Os remis indicados pelo hotel são mais caros do que o do aeroporto.

El personal era muy atento (particularmente algún camarero, las mucamas y el personal auxiliar de la entrada), pero hay un problema con el ruido generado por distintos motores y que afecta por ejemplo a las habitaciones 211 y 212. El cobro por medio día es exagerado, teniendo en cuenta que sólo prolongan la estancia hasta las 17 h. y que justo en ese […] momento hay un ruido atronador del cual deberían advrtir a la clientela. Tampoco parece razonable que facturen las llamadas a números gratuitos cuando se utilizan tarjetas de prepago. La presión del agua deja bastante que desear. El cambio de dinero tiene una comisión desorbitada (cinco pesos por euro, cuando el banco lo hacía por 5.45). Por lo demás la ubicación es muy buena, el desayuno es muy aceptable y las instalaciones no están mal, si bien resulta caro. El hecho de no recibir una factura me parece un grave inconveniente para quienes viajamos por trabajo. Mehr

Great experience!! The location of the hotel is awesome (near recoleta and 9 de julio avenue). The room, staff and breakfast were also great. I recommend and would stay there again.

Muito boa, perto da Av. 9 de Julho, do teatro Colón e da Av. Santa Fé. Bem servido de serviços de taxi.

El hotel es muy limpio, amplio y confortable. Me encanta que hace esquina a la calle Santa Fe donde hay muchas tiendas.
