quiet and comfortable but need to update mattresses and no hair dryer. had requested a first floor room, due to recent surgery and got a third floor room. friendly front desk managers, coffee in lobby.

Just what we expected: a motel room close to the airport. Exceptional value: Friendly service, good water pressure, internet, 24 hour dining a few steps away, early wake up call, everything we needed for a few hours sleep before an early morning flight

Free internet, free airport shuttle, hot water, clean room, good price. Good restaurant across the street.

This hotel is very basic. A place to shower and sleep but very affordable and exactly want you would expect for the rate.

People who works for the front desk were really nice and kind to every traveller. The room was clean and was so much relaxed and had sound sleep! Thank you!!

I stayed overnight between flights. The room was all I could ask for and the price was excellent. If I have any complaints it would the shuttle service to the hotel was slow to arrive. In the morning returning to the airport it was right on time. Also the rooms are oddly numbered and I was tired. It took a while to find my room.

The staff was amazing. They offer free shuttle and I didn't have to wait long. I'm very satisfied because I received a lot of value for what I paid. Also, Denny's is few steps away. Thank you.

The hotel staff was polite. I was porvided a non-smoking room on the ground floor. The room was clean and every thing worked well. I enjoyed the night of my stay.

The hotel and room was good. The service was outstanding. They take care of you.

Our hotel stay was great. The room was quiet and comfortable. We asked for a wake up call and had no problems at all. I would definitely recommend. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. Parking at the hotel was also a BIG plus. My sister always books a room at Red Roof and now I know why.

When we checked in the staff was rude and web we walked to our room and opened the door a man was asleep in the bed. The hotel had double booked the room. The man at the front desk never apologized and was rude about it. Then had to go check three other rooms because he didn't even know what rooms were booked. Waited 30 min finally got another room […] and not one apology. When checked out had a similar problem. Definetely not going again. Wasted alot of time. Mehr

The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport, a Denny's and a gas station nearby provide 24hr food and misc... Great deal...

Great accommodations for a great price! Airport shuttle got me to meetings on airport properties and back in a timely manner all week. Such accommodations make it difficult to complain!

I was in town for a few days and used this place to rest between trips. It was cheap but did not feel too cheap. The bed was a little stiff, but not a major concern. A great buy if you are not willing to pay for better surroundings.

I had a next day flight so I booked this hotel because it was cheap and good location. Overall it was good but I didn't like the shuttle service, not that good. I waited like 40 min, I was hungry and once the picked me up they needed to pick up like 10 more people and it took 20 more mins to get to the hotel. Also, they didn't allow me to eat my food […] in the shuttle and that was unfriendly for a traveler. Waiting + no food. Mehr

Clearly an older property, but with apparent recent updates to room furnishings. Very clean. Nice paint accent in the bathroom area. Only food close by was the Denny's next door which could get old if you're staying for multiple days and not traveling far from the hotel during your stay. Mattress was definitely not "top of the line" but adequate for […] a short stay. Would consider staying here again if close to another future event I needed to attend. Mehr

I believe you get more than you pay for. Granted, I'm not a person of ultra high standards. I just want a clean comfortable room. This isn't the Crowne Plaza; but it's worth the money. I found everything totally acceptable. The neighborhood is nice hotels. There is a shuttle to the airport. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

There was a problem when I wanted to check in, because hotel.com hadn't sent the information to the hotel about my prepaid reservation. It took the clerk quite some time and she was a little annoyed because she had to go through some hassel. The person who came in right after me had the same problem. I find somo blond on the covers, I wait 2 1/2 he's to get the room. The system sucks.

Rooms were TINY, guest services were not friendly, and I'm being accused and charged for stayig 2 nights in which I only stayed one!! Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

My flight was delayed and I had to book a last minute choice near the airport at a reasonable rate. We arrived after midnight and were still able to take advantage of the shuttle service. The person at the front desk for check in was great at making us feel welcome and checking us in promptly. I had a great experience at this hotel.

Beds were very comfortable, lots of hot water and very convientant to the motel where our conference took place. Very, very good rates.

The hotel needs serious upgrading, not just new paint (which they just applied), but in-depth care. This way mice will not show up in rooms as it is the case now.

Quite adequate for the money, however, there is no coffee maker in room, and the coffee in lobby is unbelieveably weak.

Was in town to take care of funeral arrangenments. Excellent location for all my needs. Would've been nice if there were more restuarants near the hotel. I slept with noise all night along. The room was clean but there wasn't any Iron or closet to put my stuffs away. little bit disappointing But nice and cleam room.

Good clean accommodations. Good value. Could use a few more bath linens, but other than that, no complaints.

This hotel is very good value. For the price, you have a hotel that is clean, adequately provided for and quiet, as well as being close to DFW, which is why we chose it. The night clerk, Martin, went above and beyond to print instructions to dinner for us, answer questions and generally offer us information. Lovely person!

I thought overall the hotel was nice. I expected a flat screen t.v. in the room and it wasn't, but the room was nice and clean and had everything that we needed.

Beware if you call this hotel they will tell you that you can park for free but then when you get there they charge 3.50 per day. The hotel is in very close to airport and easy to get there but the room is what you pay for, cheap.
