Der Service war OK, hätte aber besser sein können. Das Full Breakfast war leider nicht so toll. Die Lage ist gut. Das Hotel ist vom Seawall Blvd leicht zurückgesetzt, was den Lärmpegel reduziert aber den Weg zum Strand nicht wesentlich verlängert. Man sollte um ein Zimmer in den Oberen Etagen bitten, wegen der besseren Aussicht.

Wir waren im Juni 2011 Gast in diesem Hotel. Wir fühlten uns wohl. Das Zimmer war sauber. Wir hatten ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht. Allerdings roch es nach Rauch. Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Im Bad war alles top. Kein Schimmel an der Silikonfuge. Das Frühstücks Büfett war gut. Man konnte im Frühstücksraum den ganzen […] Tag lang kostenlos Kaffee und Tee holen. Eine Eismaschine war frei zugänglich. Das Personal war durchschnittlich. Es war insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Umfangreiches, gutes Frühstück. Die Zimmer haben einen Balkon. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Schritte. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal nett. Restaurant und Supermarkt sind gleich nebenan.

Wir verbrachten eine Nacht im Quality In, wir fanden freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer vor. Der Inndoorpool traf zwar nicht unseren Geschack, dafürr konnte das Quality Inn durch seinen Internet PC in Frühstücksarea punkten. it was a great stay, the parking is a little small as in not many spots but it was ok for us.

The views were great. Suite was perfect for a family. The bed had privacy from the couch.the only downfall was the iron and board. They need to be updated and not attached to each other.

This hotel is right on the intersection as you come to the beach area. Facing the sea, to the left there are the food places, shops etc. To the left are condos and WalMart. Although you will be given a sea view, be aware that the hotel is sideways to the sea and as such you have to lean over the balcony to see the sea and if you are on the first levels […] you wont really see much sea! That said, you can hear the waves crashing and definately get the breeze. We had a very comforatble room, plenty of space for all the family. Nice to have a balcony too. There is an indoor pool in the basement, which is slightly heated with a warmer jacuzzi. Plenty of car parking when we were there although since it is not 'gated' in any way I would wonder if it downt get a little fuller in the summer with beach goers? Good breakfast with plenty to choose from, coffee and plenty of juices, muffins, bagels, toast, waffles, sausages, boiled eggs, cereal ... which sensibly finishes at 10am. The beach is straight across the road - a little rough when we went @ Easter, but there were still people swimming and surfing. Loads of eating places, fast through to fish - Joes Crab Shack was not the cheapest by far, but we had a fun experience and the crab was great! We were limited on our experience of the Island since we were only there for one night and next day up to the airport in Houston - but enough of an experience to suggest we go back another time and see some more. Yes, we would stay in the same hotel but I would definately ask for a 5th floor room. Mehr

What can I say it was a great hotel from price to cleanliness to location

I would say that the breakfast area need to have fans is very hot when people are using all the machines at Breakfast time. Breakfast excellent and service too. In the evening you can feel the noise around after midnight and on top of your room you will feel like horses running, don;t be surprise they are kids running up and down on top of your room […] in the evening, maybe parents gave Coke to the kids before going to bed and they are bouncing the walls and the floor too. I am a picky OCD type person, but this hotel was CLEAN and KEPT! It was really a great stay and for the price, I was kind of expecting to be possibly be grossed out. We were just staying a night to sleep, so I wasnt going for any resort type place. Anyway, I was totally impressed by the cleanliness, price and comfort. The staff was excellent, too. When we arrived in our hotel the floors had a black firm on the floor that was left on our bare feet, we had to wear shoes in our own hotel room, My wife went into the restroom first off and was meet by a roach about an inch long due to the hole in the wall. I would like to go on but its not needed.

Enjoyed my short stay, next time please cut off the rain...

We checked in late and no problems. The room was nice two flat screen tv's comfy bed and the balcony was nice. Good view of the water and the location was perfect, close to everything. The only thing bad the coffee at breakfast was horrible. But it was a good place for a great price.

We were only there for the one night but the Hotel was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again if we were to return. great views friendly staff close to several restaurants and right across from the ocean

We stayed here there night before we left on a cruise. The hotel staff was extremely nice and pleasant. Check in was fast and our room was very nice and very clean. Amazing view!! Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was fine. We stayed two nights. The first morning that we were there, we told Housekeeping that we were leaving and would be gone for the day...they were asked to clean our room. When we returned later in the day, there was a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on our door and the room had not been cleaned. I requested new towels from the front desk and […] told them of the problem, but they did not seem to be concerned. Mehr

I was a bit nervous about this hotel, but it was great. The hotel is located in a great place, the rooms are good but could find some red ants in the rest room. Apart from that everything was gud. MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR A ROOM ABOVE THE 3rd LEVEL, we got the room on 2nd level and could not get a decent view of the ocean.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was far better than the normal doughnuts and watered down OJ. We were within walking distance of fast food, nice sit down food, and make your own sandwiches with Krogers, Wal-mart, and Randall's all being close by. It was just as short walk to the water, and we could see it from our room! The hotel even […] allowed us to store our mountain bikes on our balcony when we were not riding the island. As a bicycle loving family, knowing that our bikes were locked up and safe on the 4th floor guarantees this hotel the highest rating possible. Thanks for making our Galveston week memorable. This hotel is right across the street from the beach and a fising pier, which has a little ocean viewing area you can go up in. The hotel has an amazing continental breakfast. Ran out of sausage by 9 the first day (breakfast was 7-10), but the other 2 days we were there they had everything. People are very nice and the rooms were clean. The only thing […] I didn't like was they didn't replace our toilet paper and kleenex and we had to go asking for more. But I would highly recommend this hotel and the price was very competitive.. I would choose this hotel over any other if I go to Galveston again! Mehr

I found this hotel very friendly and comfortable, I really enjoyed my stay there.

This is a terrific bargain with great location.

We had a wonderful stay here the staff was great we got in a little early check in at 4:00 but they let us have our room which was very clean and nice we will definatley stay here again

The room was not large but the place was clean and a great location for the price. You can also leave your car there for free while you are on a cruise ( they don't offer a shuttle to the cruise but will call a taxi for you). We just wanted somewhere to crash one night before our cruise left and this worked great !!!

Booked one of the last double queens available and wasn't expecting much. Wow, was I surprised to have a lovely room right at the front with a great view. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was great! I would most definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone.

I was very pleased with my choice! Plan to return!

The only down side was a little construction, nothing that kept ua from a great stay. The room was very clean and the housekeeping personel disinfected our bathroom everyday.

For the location and price this is a great hotel to stay at. They could improve the bedding (very worn) and make sure that there is more than one person on staff at night so they can help with needs. We had 4 ppl staying in a suite but there were only 3 towels - the desk help couldn't leave post to get towels because she was alone.

Loved the location on Seawall Blvd. Right in the middle of good food and great beaches. Balcony was a nice addition to see the beaches. Enjoyed a wonderful wknd.

I had miminum contact with staff but what contact I had was friendly and efficient. The room passed my wife's inspection (high honors indeed!). The pool was not in the best of condition. The location was excellent for my purposes. Would definately recomend this hotel to others.

First of all, I want to say that the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. That being said, we spent 2 nights during a min-vacation to Galveston. For most of our stay, only 1 of 2 very slow elevators was working. Our room was not clean - dried urine on the base of the toilet and mold in the ice container. Plus, we had holes in our sheets.

The front desk was efficient and friendly, the elevator very slow, the view from the balcony OUTSTANDING, the breakfast had a wide assortment of fresh fruit, cereals, pancakes, pastries etc. The hotel is in a great location for easy beach access and easy access from Houston. Unfortunatly people have violated the no smoking and there is a lingering of […] smoke in the hallways, bedrooms as well as in the headboards. Had our stay been longer than one night, we would've moved. Understandably that is not the hotel's fault, but it made our stay uncomfortable. The hotel has a large volume of people in and out, and with that in mind they do very well. Mehr

stayed 2 nights no view on east side ,under heavy construction,construction workers and trucks everywhere.tried to get room service several times, but the phone just rang forever nobody ever picked up.no view window in room faces a wall 10 feet away.no balcony for any rooms, good beds .lots of espn no movie channels,was not impressed for a sheraton […] on galveston seawall vacation hotel went down the street for a better hotel and less price by 50 bucks a night Mehr

Loved this one! Soft comfortable beds, cold a/c, and flat screen tv. It's located right across from the beach and away from the main drag of the seawall. The rooms were like new and clean! I didn't eat in the dining room or order from the bar so I can't review them. The only complaint would be the onsite construction.
