The villas were very large and spacious. The bathroom had all the ammenities. Couch was alittle far from the tv. Loved the patio. Pool was great because there was lots. Fitness room was okay but needed cold water for guests. Breakfast Buffet was great, lots of choices.

great place to stay - gym pool very good - just a little pricy - no extras at all (not even a banana in room on arrival, not even a tooth brush in room, and other little things not there). Poor internet connection and was overcharge for it - loud dripping shower.

Wonderful stay! Staff was awesome and resort was so beautiful. The food was also great. Would definitely stay there again. The shuttle was convenient and free and we could go I to town when we wanted but the hotel was far enough away from the hustle and bustle, that we could really relax.

We were in Pattaya for a wedding and The Sheraton gave us an haven of tranquility. The staff were really helpful especially in the dining room as there were 11 of us staying. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming but the service was at times slow. Every request was eventually fulfilled but not always as quickkly as we would have liked. Overall though a beautiful hotel with lovely grounds, just a shame the sea is full of rubbish as there is not a proper beach for them to keep clean as at some other resorts

Lovely hotel,Only faults I had was firstly all prices on menues etc should be an all inclusive price. I was most surprised to see that Vat and service was on charged On top of the advertised price. For me the pillows on the bed were very soft but that's a personal thing.staff were friendly and very helpful .

We were so pleased with the hotel that we stayed an additional week. The hotel premises are beautiful, including breathtaking view from my terrace of the gulf. Room service was prompt and was 24/7. The resort is very peaceful, specially the lobby had an excellent view and peaceful music along with the free internet. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The only drawback was that there weren't too many facilities besides spa and swimming pool. Hotels.com site says they have a steam room and sauna but they have neither. The only […] sauna they had was in the spa, a herbal sauna that was chargeable. I'd suggest to check the hotel site to confirm the facilities and not rely on the travel sites for the information. very good property, staff is very humble and proactive towards individual needs, kitchen prepares very delicious breakfast . but you will miss the beach. lots of pools with big jaccuzi. Oh! I liked the freash carrot juice at the pool side.

pretty awesome swimming pools (lagoons), the place screams 5 star. i've never been in a five star and i was VERY impressed. The breakfast was good. breakfast is all i ate there. the spa was also very nice.

We loved the drinks and the beach and the spa but this hotel is not set up for older people or families with small children. Due to being built on the hill, you have to be able to do steps to every thing in the hotel. The amount of beach is very limited so you can't really have a beach holiday. What was the hardest for us to deal with was the inability […] to walk on the beach, you can't walk out of the hotel (beach side) to any other locations on the beach so you are limited to go walking (jogging) on the road and deal with traffic. The hotel doesn't have much of a beach (just a yard or two of sand) but it is to be recommended for its other facilities and the way the landscaping gives a nice and cosy feel. Hotel was what you would expect from a 4-5 star hotel. The hotel is a good distance away from the main area in Pattaya. That was good for my wife and I, but for some it may by a challenging. There is no beach, but the pools are nice.

The Staff was great, as we've had everywhere in Thailand! They were welcoming and friendly throughout. Our massages were great; however, unlike other spas that offer free steam/sauna before, those were at extra cost. The food was really good. The bed was comfortable. The supposed adult-only pool was lovely, until the under ten showed up to play and […] the staff didn't enforce the rules of no-one under 16. The beach was a laugh. Very small. And at low tide the water was low and exposed trash, looked gross. Not close to town, so you need to schedule a shuttle for them to take you to/from. We did a Tiger Zoo tour one day that was fun, but we weren't impressed with Pattaya City at all! If you're looking for sleezy night life, you can find it here. And they do have a very nice mall if you need to do some shopping and/or have been away from home for awhile. Hotel looks like it was really nice in its hey day, but it needs to be refurbished, looking run down. If you like to be away from town, then I would recommend, and that's if you really want to go to Pattaya. It is at least worth to take a look if you'll be living in Thailand for awhile, but would not recommend if you only have a couple of weeks. Mehr

5月の連休にオーシャンビューパビリオンに7泊しました。このホテルは2回目の滞在ですが、岬の斜面を生かしたデザインは素晴らしく朝は小鳥のさえずりで目を覚まします。8角屋根のテラスからは45度程度のオーシャンビューが望めました。また、バスタブの天井は磨りガラスです。 パタヤビーチまではシャトルバスで時間帯により8分から30分位です。エアコン付きタクシーは300バーツ、ソンテオは200から250バーツでした。 白砂の人口ビーチが狭いながらもあり、その先の石段を下ると浅瀬ですが満潮時には海面になります。 宿泊客はロシアが半数以上、以下欧、米で中韓日は少数派でした。団体客は皆無でした。閉口したのはロシア人カップルがプールサイドで喫煙していたこと。ちなみに施設内は禁煙では無い。 唯一のトラブルは予約していたショッピングセンターからのホテルのシャトルバスが時間前に出発してしまったことぐらい。で総合評価は レストランに日本食メニュー無し […] -0.2 NHK Premium 日本語放送 無し -0.2 シャトルバス トラブル -0.2 で総合 4.4でした。 Mehr

침구가 너무 편안해서 좋았어요~식사도 너무너무 맛있었구요~근데 드라이는 매번 쓸때마다 꺼내서 조립하구 다시 정리하구 넣기 귀찮아서 불편하더라구요. 리조트 입구에서 객실까지 거리가 좀 되서 짐 옮기려면 포터를 기다려야하는데 기다리는 시간도 꽤 되구요. 식사는 오히려 조식뷔페가 식당 메인메뉴보다 낫더라구요.그래도 룸 베란다에서 보이는 뷰도 너무 좋구 수영장도 특별하진 않지만 놀기 적당하구 좋았어요~키작은 저한텐 수영장이 조금 깊다는거;;ㅎㅎ전체적으로 맘에 드는 부분이 더 많았어요

Ankom tidlig på morgene og rommet var klart. Flott rom og helt i henhold til bestillingen. God og variert frokost og en lunsj restaurant med perfekt beliggenhet. Privat liten strand, og flere bassengområder. Svært vennlige og serviceinnstilte medarbeidere i alle funksjoner. Vi reiser gjerne tilbake.

地點離市中心稍遠,是一個定點休息的好地方.飯店裡有三個泳池.去游泳時服務員會主動送毛巾及瓶裝水,並隨時補充. 房間面海景觀很好.最貼心的是我有三個大孩子在訂房時訂一間房間,飯店自動加床及附早餐沒有另外收費.我們全家都喜歡這家飯店.

6 dage på dette hotel var mere end nok. Trænger til en gennemgribende "makeover". Værelserne lugter af mug og swimmingpoolen mangler en del kakler. Servicen fra personalet er perfekt. Hotellet er beliggende udenfor lands lov og ret så man skal altid med taxi/bathmobil får at bevæge sig rundt. Vælg et hotel i centrum i stedet.

总体来说很满意. 最大的亮点是从房间望出去的海景以及内部的热带植被景观和三个游泳池. 服务也很细致. 位置稍偏一点, 但是对于喜爱安静的休假客人来说正好可以远离步行街的喧嚣. 如果去central festival mall的班车更多些就好了.

部屋はオーシャンビューの4階建ての4階でしたが、眺めは良く部屋もリゾート感溢れ良かったと思います。 夜1回、ルームサービスを頼みましたが味はイマイチ、、。昼にメインダイニング(？)のイタリアンでも食べましたがイマイチでした。朝食ブッフェは品揃え豊富で美味しく、楽しく食べれました。夕食はそれ程遠くないパタヤ中心地まで行って町散策しながら食べる方が良いかもしれません！ 近代的でお洒落、町の中心地にあるヒルトンにするか、リゾート感溢れるシェラトンにするか、旅行の目的によって予約を考えると良いです。

As a 5-star hotel, it's not as good as we expected: getting too old, definitely need to renovate; lack of facilities, too few restaurants. The quality of the buffet breakfast was poor, some food were not fresh. Nevertheless, the customer/guest services were good.

フロントの女性がとても態度が悪かったです。バンコクからはるばる到着したのに、笑顔もなく、電話しながら他のスタッフに顎で指示だししていました。 男性スタッフやレストランのスタッフはフレンドリーでしたが、トレーニングされた洗練さは全く感じられませんでした。 全体的には値段の割に高いと思います。 リピートはありません。
