This is by far the nicest hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Clean, great location, helpful and friendly staff. Can't say enough good things about it. Will definately return.

I gave a room at the hotel as a wedding gift to my daughter and son-in-law. When the hotel staff found out that they had just been married that day, they were upgraded to a top-floor suite. The newlyweds had a wonderful time. It was a great gesture by the hotel staff.

super location; easy walking distance to inner harbor and baseball stadium

We booked this hotel for two days, as we were attending a weekend event. There were two of us, and we had booked a double room -- but when we checked in, the room was a single. Hotel staff were sympathetic but "overbooked," even though the room was NOT the type we had requested. Working with hotels.com (and, to their credit, the staff at the hotel) […] we were able to get a refund for the unused second day. Well done. Apart from the confusion, the rooms are lovely and very comfortable, with a good bed and extra pillows. The kitchen area is acceptable, with a few nice freebies thrown in, like popcorn for your microwave. A nice hotel, and we would have stayed longer, had the correct room been booked. Mehr

Walking distance to Inner Harbor and both the baseball and football stadiums. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, well-stocked rooms. Only downside is you have to pay $32 to park your car but that's pretty standard.

Stayed here the night before an exam. The room way great and the staff very nice. My only complaint was that even on the 11th floor I could hear cars going by on the street as loud as if I were on the ground. Not great the night before the exam.

The staff was friendly, if a little brusque at times. In the room, everything was neat and tidy, but saw a few runnels of what appeared to be dried coffee on the bathroom sink, and the sheets had a couple of stray foreign hairs. (Like from the housekeeping making the bed--at least I hope that's what it was.) The complimentary hot breakfast was exceptionally […] well-made, and the kitchen staff quite friendly and fastidious in their work. Overall, worth the hotels.com price in light of the location, but definitely wouldn't book at the regular rate! Mehr

Clean and centrally located to the inner harbor area of Baltimore and a short walk to the convention center, staff friendly and helpful. not a regular hotel its a residence inn so you do have some families etc there fro extended stays but overall very nice place

My son and I came for a weekend getaway to Baltimore and had a great time! The hotel was great - super convenient to Inner Harbor, right at stops for free bus shuttle to all over the area (although the bus got crowded at times). Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, room was nice and clean, breakfast was really good for the type. Good location; close to the Inner Harbor. Wonderful restaurant choices nearby. We were surprised by the outside (street traffic and people)noise level after midnight. Still, really liked the hotel and the service. Parking is expensive, but not out of line for a city hotel.

Very nice hotel - tremendous value for the area - centrally located near the harbor and convention centers. The good - Rooms were nice sized, clean and the kitchenette was well stocked. Breakfast was much better fare than typical continental. The note so good - Had difficulty connecting to the hotel's WiFi. The neighborhood has a large homeless population […] and a scuffle took place outside the hotel that scared my 11 year old daughter. All in all though highly recommended Mehr

The room was very comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was good. The front desk staff very helpful. Valet parking quite expensive. Alot of noise from the street. I guess that can't be helped but worth knowing ahead of time.

Stayed at this hotel for a professional conference at the Baltimore Convention Center with a co-worker of mine. We both had our own room (we had a two bedroom suite) and the convention center was only a short walk away! This hotel was a great value and I will be using this hotel chain again!!

This was a great hotel. It's clear that it is frequented primarily by those on business, and the hotel did well accommodating that. There was always coffee available free in the lobby (excellent coffee too, with great travel mugs), breakfast was fantastic (the DIY waffles were fabulous), and there is a small convenient store in the lobby for late-night […] or last-minute necessities. We were checked in and checked out by friendly staff who were quick and accommodating. Our room was excellent: a full kitchen, large main room with couches, ottomans that double as coffee tables, a full desk and separate dining table, in addition to a separated bathroom. The sink and mirror are outside the actual bathroom, so you can get ready while someone else is in the shower. It was fantastic. Our room also came with coffee and tea as usual, and a bag of popcorn which ended up being wonderful since I was starving when we came in. The only downside to the hotel is that it's in Baltimore, which is not the hotel's fault. Baltimore is just a dangerous, intimidating city. The only parking available through the hotel is $32 valet, but there was a parking garage across the street for $20 overnight. We were not able to even get from the hotel to the garage without a few scary native begging for change or approaching us for God-knows-what, but again I can't fault the hotel for this as it was our decision to use the garage and not valet. As for the rooms, the only thing that would've made the experience better is if there were complimentary bottled water. I say this at most hotels because when we come in after a long flight and a lot of travel, we tend to forget stopping at a store for water and end up parched by the time we unpack our bags. Also, we were hoping the mattresses would be Sleep Number but they were not. Other than that the room was wonderful. If we had to stay in the city again I would absolutely choose this hotel again and again. What a wonderful experience. Mehr

Overall the hotel was good. The room was very clean and had an updated style. My only complaint was about the bed which was very uncomfortable. I can pretty much sleep anywhere, but did not sleep well due to the mattress and pillows. Other notes: - The complimentary breakfast was ok, not spectacular. - Proximity to the Inner Harbor is great (2 blocks) - […] If you drive, don't bother with the valet. Park it yourself in the lot across the street. Mehr

I booked 2 suites for my family. I was upgraded on one of the rooms which was totally unexpected but terrific. We asked for a late checkout because I had with me my 82 year old mother who has some disability issues and it takes alittle longer for her in the morning and the hotel staff was very obliging. Great hotel at a reasonable price. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for a show at the Convention Center and it was perfect. The room was huge compared to what I'm used to in big cities and the furnishings and decor were current, so it felt like a modern, hip place. They have a free breakfast with eggs, sausage, pancakes, and everything you could want, and also free receptions on weeknights. Along with […] the free wi-fi, this place was an outstanding value. When I arrived in my room, the people next door were clearly in town for a party, so I called the front desk to ask if I could switch to another floor and they did it quickly with no questions asked. In 5 minutes, someone delivered my new keys to my room and I was happily 3 floors above any potential problem. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Mehr

Truly a wonderful hotel. Individuals were gracious, smiling and very accommodating. Hotel was comfortable and state of the arts w/MP3, flat screens etcs. Clean and comLocated within blocks of the Inner Harbor.

Very nice hotel with an awesome price. Service was awesome as the maids would even do your dishes, which were provided. Safety was important to me and I felt extremely safe here. Will definitely stay again.

When you book w/hotels.com you can NOT get points of your stay.

Desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Seamless check-in. Comfortable room, just 3 blocks from the Inner Harbor. Comfortable "living room" just off lobby with free Internet access to print boarding passes. We actually like this hotel well enough to return for an additional night at the end of our trip.

Large, comfortable rooms. Convenient location. Hospitable staff. Great breakfast buffet. One minor issue they handled with professionalism. I have no complaints whatsoever, and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

For the price I paid I expected to have more of a plush room. The beds are so hard and the pillows flat as pancakes. Did not sleep at all due to the yelling of people leaving the bars in the alley. Hours of yelling! The hotel staff should be aware of such behavior. The staff was nice and the hotel bartender was awesome! I will not stay there again. […] . Mehr

Upon arrival, we were upgraded at no additional charge to a luxury suite. We don't know why, but we didn't argue about it. The only complaint we had with the hotel was that the rooms are not well insulated and the bedroom curtains do not block outside light very well. Therefore, we heard a lot of street noise throughout the night (sirens, cars, etc.) […] and that affected our sleep. Other than that, everything else was quite good. The hotel is very close to the Inner Harbor and Camden Park. Security was good. Valet parking was fine. Breakfast was fine. Everything was fine except the noise level. Mehr

This hotel was close enough to the inner harbor and the stadiums, that we parked the car when we arrived and didn't use it again until we left!

this hotel is only 2 short blocks from the Inner Harbor, wakling distance from the Aquarrium & Camden Yards. Perfect place to stay if you're visiting downtown Baltimore. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The room was great with a full mini kitchen. This came in handy for our 2 1/2yr old grandson. It had enough beds to sleep 5 people. The hotel was no more than 4 blocks from inner harbor activities and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would rate this hotel at least 4.5 stars.

The hotel itself was very nice. Great location. The valet parking,which was the only choice was in my opinion a little pricey at $29.00 per night. Also, a guest in out party had their car damaged by the parking staff. Upon checking out there was some question as to whether I had paid for the parking service, I paid the attendant not knowing the hotel […] was going to bill me for it, but it was resolved. Overall a great place to stay. Mehr

Right in the middle of town. It was a pleasant surprise to have a suite. Not certain all were suites, we may have lucked out for the moneu thru hotels.com. Free breakfast was excellent also!

Hotel met expectations, however the breakfast included was horrible. It was makeshift like they just set it up that morning. Nothing was in order, they did not have enough tables and the stations were all over the place. Most food was running out quickly.

From check-in through checkout I had a great experience with this hotel. The service was friendly and helpful. I needed a crib delivered to the room. It was delivered promptly and the front desk followed up with a call shortly thereafter to make sure it had been delivered.

I was very impressed with the hotel. As soon as we arrived, we were met at the door by a very courteous gentleman. Our luggage and car were immediatley taken care of and we were promptly checked in. The room was everything we expected and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Location to Inner Harbor is excellent. Only a few blocks away.

This is a great place for a quick get a way. It's in a great location - a few blocks from the Inner Harbor. The room was so comfortable. When we go back we are staying here.
