Good enough for us to re-book for our team. The staff are courteous and helpful, the area has everything necessary and the rooms are generally comfortable and well equipped. Four of out team stayed here and we had mixed experiences. Generally this is a tidy, clean place, outdoors is well tended and the location is quiet yet close to arterial routes. Two rooms were better than average, clean, comfortable and with the long stay facilities for cooking and keeping food. Two were lower than average, one with a damaged door that […] took great physical effort to open and close and one with a lot of grease around the cooking rings. Neither a show stopper but preventing this hotel getting the highest grade! That said we would happily stay again and the hotel is good value for money. Mehr

The hotel was very convenient for shopping and going to downtown Atlanta. The room was clean. It is a little dated but the price was quite reasonable for the location. The other hotels that I was interested in were twice the rate of this one and up. I would only stay here again if I were traveling with a male. There was a significant gap between the […] door and the floor. I purchased a door jam but it slid every time I tested it because of the space. The staff at Homestead Atlanta-Cumberland was very friendly. I was pleased to find the iron was clean and did not discharge brown water (like many pricier hotels) when I pressed the steam button. The location was great; however no one came by to clean the room, offer new towels etc. The beds were very uncomfortable.

This was by far the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The sides of the mattress had stains that looked like pee/blood. TV remote was not working and had been broken. I requested to replace but staff replied, they cannot change. one of lamp was not working. Managed with other light somehow. Bath rooms were dirty. I was totally grossed out by being […] in the room. There is no hair dryer in the rooms as advertised (you have to check them out at the front desk), I would not stay there again. Mehr

It was just ok the room was clean but the bathroom needed work shower was bad beds were small but ok

Last morning of my stay I had bugs in my room. The ac could not keep the room cool, only freezing or hot. Just all around bad. The hot water wasn't even hot.

Not the best place, but good value. I would stay here again.

no frills hotel. clean room. attractive grounds. everything worked fine. hard to find. worth the money for a basic hotel and had fridge, microwave and cooking amenities.

The hotel was good I liked everything about it the room comes with a kitchen with utensils and everything so if your staying for a long period of time its awesome

It s a nice descent hotel . They should provide some breakfast also and some assistance for the room service.

It was an awesome room and in a very nice area. There was a full size refrigerator and cooking space with an electric stove. I loved it.

In every respect, we were very pleased with the hotel. The room was clean and smelled great, the kitchenette was spotless as was the fridge and the bathroom was perfect. For the price we paid, it was an outstanding value. The location was very close to the mall and extremely close to our family and that was a real bonus!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, the grounds, landscaping, and appearance was all very nice! The girl who worked the front desk was nice and helpful. The room was a really great studio room! I appreciated the refrigerator and stove, something most hotels don't offer. I used both. The bed was very comfortable. The location was awesome! […] I was in Atlanta for a Falcons football game, and visiting family. The hotel was in the perfect place to get in and out of the city quickly and not have a far drive anywhere. Luv this hotel close to everythng

I was satisfied with the hotel accomodations. Original room provided smelt of smoke and requested to be moved and was switched without hesitation. It is unfortunate that people can't respect the rooms when they are specifically for non smoking. I felt the room could of been a little cleaner in some areas, such as floors and handles on fridge, ect.

THE LOCATION OF THE ROOM WAS RIGHT OFF THE INTERSTATE , LOCATION WAS OK FOR SHOPPIN AN EATIN , BUT THE OVER ALL HOTEL IT SELF NEED AN OVER HAUL MAKE OVER , THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED WELL, IT HAD A VERY BAD ODOR THE WHOLE STAY, THE TRASH CAN WERE STORED UNDER THE STEPS SO THAT MADE THE ODOR WORST, THE SHOWER BARELY U HAD TO CONSTANTLY GO TO THE OFFICE […] FOR TOWELS AN TISSUE THE FRIDGE DID NOT COOL AN THEY CLEAN ONCE A WEEK. Staff was great but hotel did not measure up to staff's great customer service. The room wasn't very clean. The carpet was dirty, dust was on the fan and burnt out bulb in lamp. When I arrived the room that had been reserved was on the do not use list and staff had a hard time finding me a room. I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy […] . Mehr

Great hotel for the guests who mainly use it to sleep, shower and go!!!! This hotel is NOT for guests who want floor to floor mirrors and all the bells and whistles. .This is also not a hotel for people who want breakfast in bed...... Very quiet..nice neighborhood..McDonalds near by ..close to main 285 junction..close to mall...

One of the best staff and customer service ever . They totally accomadated my every wish which made for a comfortable and realxing stay with my family which includes two very small kids....love them!

It was very nice. I had no complaints at all. It was only 12-15 away from whatever we needed to go visit. My family and me already decided this is were we will be going everytime we go to Georgia unless they go up on their price. It was clean, comfortable, and quite.

Not a fancy stay, but desk was polite, room was clean, everything was in working order and fulfilled my needs. For the price, I would recommend to anyone on a budget.

This hotel was conviently located and came at an affordable price for 1 night. It was raining and the nice guy checked me in early and even made sure that everything was okay when I was having problems with my wifi.

Had a small problem and these people were on top of it with the quickness! Mistakes happen but the way the staff takes care of it is what matters! Great people and a well managed place!

This extended stay hotel is simply worn out! Carpet - dirty. Bathroom tile - grout was stained black in spots from mold. Cabinet faces - chipped and scared. Mirrors - edges starting to lose mirror reflective material. Chair and foot stool - stained. Cleanliness - Poor. The room I stayed in needs to be remodeled replacing tired and worn out furnishings, […] fixtures, etc. Mehr

This hotel didn't look like it did on the internet. The bed didn't look clean. There was a worm on the floor, the dishes left the was not very clean. The desk clerks were very rude. I slept on top of the covers on my coat. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed at this hotel because of location - close to Whitewater park and Six Flags, also near restaurants. All that was great. But the good/bad mix pertains to the hotel itself: size of rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with microwave, 2 burners, fridge, sink, dishes and utensils was fabulous... but the condition of the pullout sofa my 4.5 year old was […] to sleep on was deplorable. Disgustingly soiled arms was bad enough, but the mattress was disintegrated underneath and coils and stuffing were oozing out. The frame was missing springs to support it. And we kept finding miniscule little red crawling bugs on it. Need I say more? So we asked for a room switch the next day, and they upgraded us to their nicest 2-queen bed suite. That pullout was also "tired" but at least not falling apart and no bugs. Our beds and the rest of the room was fine. They kept saying they were at full capacity, but we saw few cars in the parking lot at night at the building our room was in. Strange. Hotel staff was very accommodating once we brought up the problem. In fact they gave us a certificate for one free night on a future stay. Not entirely sure I'd go back though. Mehr

The hotel was in a great location. I had the mall one way and other stores and restaurants in the other direction. If I had to go to downtown Atlanta, it only took 20 minutes. Would definitly recommend to others.
