Für ein Stadthotel relativ geräumige Zimmer, ansprechende Ausstattung, gutes Frühstücksbuffet.
Lage
Comfort Suites Independence befindet sich mitten in Independence in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeit: Independence Event Center. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung gehören: Harry S. Truman Presidential Museum and Library und Harry S. Truman National Historic Site.

Comfort Suites Independence stellt Ihnen Folgendes zur Verfügung: Innenpool, Whirlpool und Fitnessmöglichkeiten. Jeden Morgen wird Ihnen ein kostenloses Frühstück serviert. we came to town for a wrestling tournament. closest hotel to tournament. only complaint is maybe they can improve the breakfast.

We arrived early to our hotel on Saturday around 10 AM and they had our room already for us. I was surprised that we was able to go to our room getting there so early. They were very helpful and usefull in all of our needs. We stayed in a room with two full queens and a sofa bed to accomodate our family. We got there early because of attending a family […] funeral. They informed us of all that we had available to us to make us comfortable on our stay. i loved the price that was given to us and they didn't even charge any extra for having up to the 6 people It made it to be a very comfortable and affordable. The breakfast was good, the staff was helpful, rooms were clean and nice. The perfect location walking distance to any restaurant you could want and shopping too. The only complaint I had were the beds were'nt the most comfortable, they may need some new beds. But other than that, I would stay there again.

We do have a regular replacement program in place, and new mattresses are scheduled for later this month. I hope you will be happy with the improvements the next time you stay with us.

"Close to shopping and food."
We were able to bring our puppy, but did not know we would be charged 25 dollars for this. Staff were nice, and we would stay again.
I'm sorry you were not informed of our pet fee in advance, I will make every effort to improve how we communicate this to our guests. Thank you for you recent visit, and I hope you will let us be your hotel of choice the next time you are in the area .

Comfy bed, big room and very friendly hotel staff. Our bathroom desperately needed renovation but if that's the biggest flaw I could find, I really can't complain. The hotel was very clean and in a great location close to restaurants and shops. If you need somewhere to stay a few nights in Independence and don't want to spend a lot of money this hotel […] is a great choice. Mehr

Good location off I-70. A lot of retail near by for shopping and eating choices. Carpet in hallways looks to be in need of being updated. Minutes away from stadium complex.

"Excellent experience"
Stayed here for 3 nights after Christmas to visit family. Room was great--plenty of space for a family of 5. Fantastic breakfast. Friendly staff. Cleaning staff even arranged our daughter's stuffed animals in a fun way for them. Highly recommend!

"Comfort Suite - 4 thumbs way down"
I wish I had more hands so I could give this place 4 thumbs down!! funky smell in the room. musty and not clean. Noisy. Water pressure TERRIBLE.
"Wonderful & roomy"
My teenager & I stayed there for the State Dance Competition, and had driven 4+ hrs to get there. The place was well lit, warm colors of the decor, good staff. The pool was clean, hot tub was great, staff was nice. Bedroom was roomy! Plenty of room for a teenager to throw her clothes around. But the best thing there was: we explained to the staff that […] the teams had to leave for the competition by 6:30am, so they had the staff get the breakfast room ready EARLY so our girls (& parents) could eat prior to going to start their long day. Outstanding!!! Oh, and the bed had extra pillows on it, and there were spare blankets already in the dresser drawers. Wonderful!!! The bed was a little hard for me, but that's a personal preference, not the hotel's fault. And they gave out a common courtesy sheet for everyone upon entering that mentioned courtesies that most aren't consiciencious enough to think of on their own. Made it nice for everyone there. Definately would stay there again. Mehr

"Not first rate"
There were several short-comings at this Independence Missouri hotel. The shower curtain had mold and mildew on the liner, pretty gross. Some of the towels had the edges completely ravelled and threadbare. Not sure they even cleaned the room either, as the same items were there on the floor, glass covers, etc., when I returned to the room in the evening.
