Schönes Hotel mit Strand und freundlcihem Personal. Es liegt direkt am Walk sehr zentral! An der Straße vor dem Hotel hat man viele Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen. Internet kann nur durch hohen Aufpreis gebucht werden.

Zum weiteren Angebot zählen Massagen sowie Hydrotherapie- und Pedi-Spa-Entschlackungsbehandlungen. Des Weiteren steht ein Fitnessraum mit Hanteln zur Verfügung. Yalumba– In dem modernen Restaurant werden internationale Gerichte und australische Spezialitäten, frische Säfte und Smoothies (Mixgetränke aus Obst und Milchprodukten) serviert.Zum Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen geöffnet.Am Wochenende wird Brunch angeboten.
Seafood Market– Großes holzgetäfeltes Restaurant mit Süßwasseraquarien an einer Wand.Zum Mittag- und Abendessen geöffnet.Auf Anfrage steht ein kleiner separater Veranstaltungsbereich für bis zu zehn Personen zur Verfügung.
Gourmandises– Kleines Café im Lobbybereich.Hier gibt es Snacks, Gebäck, Kuchen, Kaffee und Tee.Zum Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen geöffnet.
Sukhothai– Serviert werden authentische südasiatische Gerichte in ruhiger, thailändisch inspirierter Einrichtung mit Holz und in grünen Farbtönen.Zum Mittag- und Abendessen geöffnet.
Warenhaus- Eine Kombination aus 4 Bars, 2 Restaurants, einer Sushi-Bar, einem Weinkeller und einer Sitzecke im Garten.Ist auf Cocktails spezialisiert.
Long Yin – Serviert Kanton- und Sichuan-Küche à la carte in modernem Ambiente. Zum Mittag- und Abendessen geöffnet.
Dubliners – In dieser irischen Sportbar mit großen Fernsehern für die Übertragung von Sportereignissen werden typische hausgemachte Irish Pub-Gerichte und internationale Biersorten serviert. Außerdem ist eine Tanzfläche vorhanden. Gelegentlich gibt es abendliche Karaokeveranstaltungen. Täglich ab Mittag bis in den späten Abend geöffnet.
Al Mijana – Auf der Speisekarte stehen traditionelle libanesische Gerichte und gegrillte Fleischgerichte, die Gäste in einem arabisch gestalteten Ambiente genießen können. Zum Mittag- und Abendessen geöffnet. Es wird regelmäßige Live-Abendunterhaltung geboten, beispielsweise mit Oud-Spielern und Bauchtänzerinnen.

M's Beef Bistro – Hier sind erstklassiges Fleisch und wahlweise vegetarische Gerichte im amerikanischen Diner-Stil erhältlich. Täglich zum Abendessen und von Samstag bis Donnerstag auch zum Mittagessen geöffnet.
Casa Mia – Dieses helle und luftige Restaurant bietet italienische Küche à la carte, darunter Pizza aus dem Holzofen, Desserts und eine Auswahl italienischer Weine. Zum Mittag- und Abendessen geöffnet.
Kiku – Dieses mit massivem Holz eingerichtete und mit Grünpflanzen geschmückte authentische japanische Restaurant bietet einen Teppanyaki-Tisch und einen separaten Tatami-Raum. Serviert werden japanische Gerichte wie Sushi und Sashimi sowie Sake. Zum Mittag- und Abendessen geöffnet.
Pool Bar – In der gegenüber dem Außenpool gelegenen Bar mit Terrassentischen und -stühlen werden neben einer Auswahl an süßen und herzhaften Snacks auch Biere, Säfte und Erfrischungsgetränke serviert.
Jules Bar – Nachtclub mit abendlicher Livemusik der hoteleigenen Bands. Ganztägig wird typisch mexikanische Küche serviert. Täglich ab Mittag bis in den späten Abend geöffnet.
Pearl Bar – Moderne Bar in der Lobby mit dezenter Beleuchtung und entspannender Musik. Ganztägig werden Getränke, Cocktails, Snacks und Zigarren serviert.
Das Fitnesscenter bietet einen Blick auf die schön gestaltete Gartenanlage. Es verfügt über ein Herz-/Kreislauf-Studio mit Nautilus-Equipment, einen Hantelraum, einen Bereich für Stretching und Bauchtraining, ein Studio für Circuit-Training sowie ein Studio für Personal Training mit qualifizierten Personal Trainern und Ernährungsberatern. Am Nordufer des Dubai Creek befindet sich Deira, eine Schnittstelle zwischen den Hochhäusern der Geschäftsstadt und dem traditionellen arabischen Handelshafen. Moderne Einkaufszentren befinden sich hier direkt neben alten Suks, auf denen Seide, Gewürze, Gold und Parfums angeboten werden, oder neben einem lebhaften Fischmarkt. Eine breite Uferpromenade führt an der Dau-Werft vorbei, an der die Ladung von Holzschiffen gelöscht wird. Dahinter befinden sich die Schiffbauhöfe der Daus sowie der elegante Golf- und Yachtclub von Dubai Creek.

Gute Lage für einen erholsamen Kurzaufenthalt. Aus der Beschreibung stellt man sich etwas sehr schickes vor, würde es selbst mit 4 Sternen bewerten. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Wer nicht viel Zeit hat, kann sich für eine geringe Summe direkt im Hotel ein Auto mit Fahrer mieten für 2 Stunden. Der fährt eine private sight-seeing Tour ganz nach […] den eigenen gewünschten Zielen und Wünschen. Unser Fahrer war sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar noch zu allem etwas erzählt. Sehr leckere Snacks an der Poolbar und riesige Gläser frisch gepressten Orangensaft, ansonsten ist der kleinere Pool mit der Brücke eher zu empfehlen (schöne Grünanlage und leer). Mehr
"Flughafen Hotel mit viel "Walk in" Kundschaft."
Zimmer und die vielen Restaurants sind ausgezeichnet. Die niedrigen Gänge mit ein bisschen muffigen Teppichen trüben das Ganze ein wenig. Mit fast 2000 Angestellten ein excellentes Angestellten/Kunden Verhältnis das speziell im Royal Club bemerkbar war.

The service of the staff at this hotel is excellent. I only had a few issues. This is the second time I have stayed here. The first time I got a regular room - the room was spacious and really nice. This time I sprung for a suite - it wasn't any nicer than the first room I had! The other issue I had was that there were a whole lot of working women of […] the night. I don't like seeing them. I know that they're an integral part of the GDP of Dubai, but I'd rather not see them. Outside of that, the hotel, the staff, the room service and the proximity of the hotel to the airport was excellent. Mehr

Cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. We upgraded to the Royal Club and were treated to a free airport transfer, buffet breakfast, afternoon tea/scones/cakes and hot canapés with free drinks during happy hour. The staff in the Royal Club Lounge and private patio couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable and entertained. The wider hotel […] amenities are also first class - including the village with a great selection of restaurants and night-life. Overall we were very impressed with the maintenance and cleanliness of the whole establishment. Finally, the hotel location near the airport seems a bit strange at first. It's worth noting that the hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the metro station at Terminal 1. Alternatively taxis in Dubai are very cheap, so getting around is not a problem. This isn't the place to stay if you want to lounge on the beach all day, but it isn't short of sunshine and is better value for money than most of the beachfront locations. Mehr

My recommendation if you are in transit, airport transfer only takes Minutes, since the location is right opposite the terminal. Good and clean rooms. Even though it is close to the airport, there is almost no noise from the planes. Nice pool and bars for relaxation
"Club Room - Poor Value"
Happy hour was ok, but there were no snacks available except nuts and the hors' doevres were exceptionally small; 2 very tiny feta cheese spring rolls on one night and none at all available on the second night. Simply not worth the extra cost.

"Perfect sleepover in Dubai"
The beds are extremly comfortable. Their Room service is outstandingly profesionel, but the best is the Fitness Gym ! They have state-of-the-art Nautilus machines and plenty of free weights and cardio options. The drive to Dubai airport T3 is ~5 min

Hotel is right next to the airport without feeling like part of the airport. So, very convenient location. Hotel is beautiful and clean with great facilities on site (food, drinks, pool, fitness, etc.). Survey forced me to rate the surrounding neighborhood. I did not leave the hotel, so I don't know....picked 3 for don't know. My only complaint about […] this hotel (and pretty much all other luxury hotels) is the service can be a bit over-the-top. "Needs a comprehensive renovation"
Friendly staff overall. Restaurants with the exception of breakfast slightly disappointing. 5 Star breakfast bakeries!! This was the highlight of our stay. Room and particularly the bath room is 3 Star at best, The dimensions are to small and quality of the plumbing is poor. "Better than expected!"
This is a great place to stay in Dubai close to the airport. We stayed for about 17 hours for a stopover and were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Since it was Rammadan going on, only room service was available, but that was just fine with us. The hotel is a short 3-5 min taxi from the airport. The check in was fast and easy. The room was clean, […] cozy and comfortable. A nice view of the pool. Room service was very nice and quick with a great selection of foods. Check out was quick, easy. Getting back to the airport was even quicker... Overall, better to stay here than the Emirates Terminal 3 hotel in my opinion. Mehr

Le Meriden Dubai is my hotel of choice whilst travelling through Dubai having stayed well over 25 nights in the last 18 months or so. Whilst situated away from the main attractions 'downtown', it's convienent location in Garhoud, 2 mintues from terminal 1 and outstanding choice of restaurants, bars and probably the best equipped gym and social area […] in the middle east, make it perfect for the business traveller. Recommend booking the Royal Club room which provides chauffeur driven limo from/to airport, recently refurbished rooms, soft drinks and afternoon snacks/sandwiches and free alcohol and canapes from 1800-2100 which can result in substantial savings on dubai drink prices. Fantastic breakfast is also provided in the morning. Whilst recommending the hotel, and the superbly friendly staff, for business travellers, the place is surprisingly full with viistors to Dubai enjoying the several swimming pools and extensive gardens. Would recommend Dubliners Irish Bar in Le Merdien Village for a reasonably priced pint, cracking english style food and sky sports playing Premier League football on huge screen. Mehr

I have stayed here 3 times now and can not fault it in anyway - use hotels.com to crack a great rate and then enjoy, its a no-brainer. Also use the hotels restaurants and sign up for the gourmet card - it saves you money!!!!

It is a bit far from the busy areas of the city and despite being across the road from the airport, it is strangely not as convenient as one would think and you still need to take a cab. I have stayed at the Le Meridien Dubai for several years and have never had a bad experience. Staff are extremelely helpful and polite and very customer orientated - nothing is too much of a problem. I highly recomend this hotel for business and short vacation breaks Fantastic I will be returning

Just had a quick weekend break at Le Meridien, this is the 4th time I've stayed there in the last 12 months, and to be honest there's no reason why I'd want to stay anywhere else ona quick stop in Dubai. I stayed in the Royal Club, the staff are all very polite and helpfull, the 3 hour happy hour is worth its weight in gold (if you like the odd drink […] or 2). The one down side that I had this time was my room location as this was the upper level and facing towards an area currently being developed, but there was no excessive noise and it really wasn't any great hassle. The Meridien offers a wide variety of restaurants and bars, all of which are good quality, meaning you never have to leave the complex as everything is there for you. Close proximity to the airport and a reasonable rate made this an easy choice. The amenities were very nice as well.

If you're looking for a clean, quality hotel near the airport you should consider a stay here. Do not take a taxi. Before you go outside of the airport there are a row of hotel kiosks and the Le Meridien personnel will shuttle you free of charge to the hotel which literally takes 2 minutes! My flight was at 5 am. I had asked for a 2:30 am wake up call. I received the wake up call after I called in at 3 am to ask for someone to pick up my bags. If I had not set my own personal alarm, I would have missed my flight.

I am a passing traveler and I needed a nice comfortable room and a warm atmosphere. This place was a gem. Short distance to the airport, a friendly and courteous staff, great condition of the room - I couldn't ask for more at such a reasonable price. Definite recommendation.

This grand hotel is starting to show her age. The staff is wonderful. The food is grand, but the Hotel is showing its age. The pool area had tiles around the pool that were missing, that could be dangerous to children or anyone not seeing them. The rooms are also starting to show there age. From the moment the hotel limousine picked me up at the airport, to the final checkout, every detail was perfect. The room was immaculate, the drinks in the hotel lobby bar were ice cold, and the staff couldn't have been nicer.
