Close to the airport across road from departures

Right across from the BRU airport. Good location for an early flight, nothing nearby - but Gare central is just 20 mins by train from the airport. Taxi to Grand place runs around 65 euros in the evening. But trains run until 23.27, plenty late enough if you have an early morning flight. Really nice hotel just 30 meters from Brussels airport terminal. Nice big rooms for the frequent business traveller (workdesk, minibar, iron, roomservice etc.).

If you have an early morning flight and want fast and easy access to the BRU airport, look no further. Walk out the front door, cross the street, turn left to walk about 100 feet, then turn right to enter the departure level of the airport. It couldn't be more convenient. The hotel and our room were both beautiful. Both dinner and the breakfast buffet […] were excellent. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of hot foods, pastries and fruits, plus a machine that dispensed fresh-squeezed orange juice. The only negative is that signs at the restaurant and throughout the hotel tout their breakfast, showing pictures of Belgian waffles - which is what we wanted for breakfast - but for some reason are not available on the buffet. We have stayed at this hotel before, and it's proximity to the airport is great, and the service we recevied during our last stay was great. We didn't use the stay we paid for this time because a national strike in Belgium resulted in the cancelation of our flight out of Brussells. So, we were out our booking rate for this stay and had to pay for train […] tickets to Paris, and an extra night in another hotel. The hotel itself is fine but traveling through Brussels and no information from Hotels.com regarding this was not. Mehr

The location of this hotel is just perfect : just a street to cross! It makes it the perfect location for early flights. The girl at the check in was really friendly too, I felt treated personnally while I did not expect it in a chain hotel. I will stay over there again for early or late flights!

If you have an early flight out of BRUX, the very best place to stay - no contest. Besides, the staff are generally better than average -to -exceptional.

NO SHOWER IN THE FITNESS CENTER! Can you believe this?

Convenient and efficient, comfortable hotel. Food less enjoyable, especially a rather poor quality and choice at the breakfast buffet. Even the airport food would be an improvement!! Still, really handy for the flights

After we made this reservation and told our Belgium friend that we were staying there before our morning flight departure, he was very impressed. He said he stays there before his morning flights and it is so convenient that he walks across the street to the airport, checks his baggage then comes back to eat breakfast before departure. We did not do […] that, but we purchased food at the supermarket at the airport to eat in our room which worked out well. Mehr

The rates are not cheap, but if you have an overnight, it is great just to walk over to the BRU terminal and catch a flight.

Paid 25 euro for a bad breakfast, if i knew that it wasn't included i wouldn't even have paid 5 euro, eat somewhere else

The Sheraton at the Brussells Airport is a great place to stay if you are departing the next day because it is just across the street from the airport. I do not however recommend the restaurant. The food was not that great and a meal for two cost more than the room did for one night. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and well maintained.

-I would prefer to have a better workout facility including a sauna or steam room with a men's locker room

This was my second stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and comfortable. Unfortunately, although I requested a non-smoking room I had a smoking room. They said they were sold out and this was all that was available. I pre-paid and booked several weeks in advance so this was disappointing. excellent service from hotels.com and also front desk manager following receptionist saying that the room i had booked was not available - and putting me in a lower grade smoking room - however issue resolved when i rang hotels.com

The hotel was, as in past years, located in a very convenient location in which to meet friends, or business associates upon their arrival to, or departure from Brussels, and then to travel to other locations within Belgium. Upon my arrival, the 29th of May, the hotel was conveniently located to provide me with a full day in which to relax and make […] final preparations for meetings. The hotel was well positioned for travel to various locations, and then to France, to meet associates, before returning May 4th to spend the night and board a flight early May 5th. Last year, being close to the airport, afforded me the convenience of Brussels Airlines for flights to and from Heathrow. With all that convenience, and the excellent accomodation I enjoy, I will continue to stay at Seraton Brussels Airport Hotel. Kindest regards, Roger R Mehr

This airport hotel provided a comfortable, stress free last day to our vacation in Belgium. It was a good choice for leaving on a morning flight.

I was not impressed at all. There is one receptionist at all times and she has to do everything subsequently resulting in too many errors. They tried to charge me for an extra night and in doing so made me miss my shuttle bus to the airport. I had to wait another hour for the next one. Everything was amateur.

This property is excellent for passengers who have early morning flights out of Brussels.. It's quiet, calming, and the staff is consistently friendly and accomodating. The only negative is that it's a bit pricey, especially on weeknights.

Room was fine. Restaurant was mediocre and service was non-existent. Had to chase down the maitre'd just to pay my bill.

This hotel is great for people who have early flight out or late flight in. It is very clearn, decent size of room and has friendly staff members.

I did not get a wake up call and I almost missed my plane. Staff not careful to attend the needs of clients.

Excellent hotel for convenience to the airport. I took the train to the airport and walked across the street to the hotel. It couldn't be easier than this. The photos of the hotel don't do it justice. It's sleek, modern, and the staff is superior. I'll stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is less than 100 yards from both Arrival and Departure areas, so it saves a great deal of time getting to a hotel when you get in late, as we did, and need to leave in the AM to catch your next flight.

black mold was growing on tiles in bathroom. dirty walls. overal maintenance of this hotel is unacceptable considering the high price we paid. never again will we stay there.

I have never encountered staff at a hotel as rude as the staff were during check in and check out.
