the add said there was a lounge bar...it was a counter with stools and 4 bottles sitting on the back counter,something like a kitcenette.we paid 6$ for a 2 coffees which were disgustingly old coffee.the girl was rude and indifferent when we asked about what was available to drink..next to nothing.we asked the girl at the front desk if there was a local […] bar we could go to for a drink..none just sports a bar.so we walked to the next hotel and went in their lounge for a drink .the room was very clean but didn't get a jucuzzi room ,none available. for the money we spent it would have been cheaper to go to niagra falls for a romantic getaway. Rm 212 - the tap in the washroom sink - was dripping, and the fan didn't work in the washroom.

Myself and my 2 daughters stayed over night at the Hilton to go on a shopping spree in Cambrige. We were very pleased with our room ,and took full advantage of the work out room, spa hot tub and pool. We even had dinner at the hotel, which was excellent. We go on this trip every year and I know where we are staying next year, at the Hilton

It was nice to be close to the major freeway but we did not hear any traffic noise. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good It was also close to the shopping mall and the restaurants.

Excellent experience from booking room on-line to arrival at hotel. Easy access from Hwy. 401, Hespeler Road. Conveniently located to the various arenas, shopping malls and restaurants in the area. Excellent stay The only negative comment was about the check-out time. Hotels.com stated it was a 12pm check-out time, but the hotel stated it was 11am. Once I explained to reception...they immediately said "hotels.com told you this?" They gave me the 12pm check-out time, so I was happy.

We decided to stay over night from a New Year's Eve party and wanted a good/convenient/well priced hotel with a good reputation. We were very happy with our room, as well as the room service and the waitress the next day at breakfast was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and book there again.

Very nice! Very friendly! Toilet wouldn't flush and they fixed it very promptly. No problems after that. This is the second time I've stayed there, and have ALWAYS been very pleased. Every time you enter the lobby, the staff acknowledges you and says good morning/afternoon/etc. Highly recommend this hotel!

We were very happy with our stay at this Hotel. The staff were very friendly. In morning we were offered a free breakfast. The girl that was ourr server was very friendly and took time to talk to us. Would stay there again for sure.

"Excellent place to stay....."
Greeted very quickly upon arrival and the hotel was very clean and organized. The room specifically was set-up very nicely and included everything you would need for a stay of either short term or longer. The only con I can see is the pool was rather small. It would be difficult to have mulitple families in the pool at the same time.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The hotel staff was very friendly. My wife commented on the softness of the towels, the cleanliness of the bed sheets and even the bed covers. The hotels not only provides free Internet access, but also printing. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. Great value for your money.
