My girlfriend and I was looking for a nice place to stay for one night in Sedona and we found it. This was very nice place with a clean room, turn down service, comfortable bed and courteous staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Have driven by this place many times, but it was usually too expensive to stay at. Got a decent price this time and only stayed one night. Loved it! Would def. stay here again. The room was comfy as was the bed. There is an $18 resort fee, which is a little irritating. You do get a free small plate at the attached restaurant, but I would rather have […] not had the free plate and not paid the fee. Mehr

We stayed at this hotel for a family vacation. The room was great and the staff couldn't have been any friendlier. Would definitely recommend!

I really wanted to love this hotel. It is decorated beautifully and has a fantastic gym and spa that we thoroughly enjoyed, as well as a great concierge service which we took advantage of. However, when we first got there, we were given a room on the first floor, with a view of the parking lot. After making a comment about it, they didn't seem to want […] to budge. It wasn't until I mentioned it at the spa, after we had a massage, that they agreed to move our room. They then moved us to the second floor with a view of an adjacent parking lot. But the real reason I give it a 2 is that we found blood stains on blankets on both of the beds in our room and on a towel. That's just gross. And when I told them, they had the nerve to ask if it was from me and then just said sorry and that they would take care of it. Can't say I'd recommend it to others. Mehr

My husband and I spent 4 days in Sedona and stayed at the Sedona Rouge Hotel and Spa. We enjoyed the facility very much. It provided every thing that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The last night we were there, we had a wonderful meal at the hotel restaurant, Reds. Wow. Great steak! We also each had a massage at the Spa while there. The name […] of my masseuse was Bobbie. She was wonderful, and I would request her again if I ever get there again. Thanks! I do think it would be nice to have more of a discount on the Spa services when staying for an extended stay as we did. A facial would have been nice!! Mehr

Very nice room and bathroom, well maintained grounds, very friendly staff. Nice and quiet. Good breakfast in hotel, reasonably priced.

If you plan on any spa services book well in advance as it is hard to get an appointment after arrival. Also we did not bring our swim suits because on web site the pool was listed as seasonal but during our visit in march we learned it was heated and was being used by many guests.

Excellent hotel. Room was very spacious, huge bathroom with walk in rain shower, lots of towels and comfy robes. Hotel has a very nice pool & hot tub, rooftop patio area with a fire pit was great. Lounge & restaurant all excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

I booked this hotel for myself and my friends for my sister's bachelorette party. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone.

The rooms were quiet, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Room service was fast and the staff was very professional and efficient. Friendly atmosphere, fabulous spa, close to everything, and just overall peaceful and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

I checked for the activities offered specifically for the convenience of hiking, yoga and travel around the area. They offered one yoga classes a day, at 8am, activity planning wasn't really convenient to coordinate. I was disappointed. Hotel was clean but that was all.

I booked this Hotel expecting a view. There was no view. A little dissappointing. Pretty hotel but the best part was the Bar and resturant.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable rooms. Beds were great. Hot tub and pool were nice. Good equipment in the workout spa. The wife had a wonderful massage. Location was good as it was a away from downtown.

We stayed 2 nights in this cozy-modern hotel. We loved the roof-top patio for star gazing and the restaurant, REDS, serves great food. The staff were very friendly and helpful in getting out activities planned for a fun 3 days in Sedona. Will definitely stop by again, if visiting Sedona.

My mom and I were looking for a comfortable, relaxing night in Sedona and we found it here!!!! We were able to have dinner at Reds and take our wine up to our room and relax. It really was a very nice experience!

While the room decor was beautiful and our check in attendant was very nice, the location, size and view from our room was not at all what you would expect for the price. This was a pleasure vacation, not a business trip and therefore, we were not pleased at all with the ambiance of this hotel. Our room overlooked the air conditioner and grovery store […] parking lot. There was no balcony to sit on, but since we had no view I guess that didn't matter. The observation deck was closed and the third floor was under maintenance. The hotel was lovely. We were there on a Sunday so can't comment on room service on other days. No table. No place to put your plates. Literally 'breakfast in bed.' They need to get carts. The shower/bath was excellent. Must have water softeners. Wonderful. Don't know if other rooms had views of the mountains. We did not.

This hotel was listed a much higher star category than accurate so price point was too high. Hotel sits right next to a busy commercial grocery center and at a level with no views of the red rocks Sedona is known for. Workout equipment was in disrepair hotel room air conditioning didn't work properly. It was obvious they were trying to reach the boutique […] market clientele but they missed the mark. Mehr

The Sedona Rouge hotel proved to be a very tranquil and pleasant hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very clean. I enjoyed my stay. The only complaint I have is regarding the A/C system in the rooms. It was not user friendly and it was very loud. You would either need to deal with the noise if you would like a cool, comfortable […] room or turn it off and feel a lack of air altogether. I suppose an alternative would be to leave the balcony slide door open, which doesn't contribute to peace of mind while sleeping. Mehr

Spa is very good!

The hotel was very nice but housekeeping forgot to leave our room with toilet papers, kleenex, etc. We had to call them to deliver it to us. Also, the workout area was very small and they end up closing it for construction work. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

This a great resort in Sedona. The staff is unbelievable, they are efficient and extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms have limited storage and views but the third floor deck is great for red rock views and stargazing. The onsite restaraunt "Reds" is great food for a fair price at dinner. The breakfast menu is a bargain in Sedona. We have stayed […] here on four trips for up to ten days and would go back with no reservations. Mehr

The hotel is beautifully designed. The beds and linens were deliciously cozy and comfortable. The staff was gracious, friendly and willing to do whatever it took to make our stay a good one. The room was well appointed, quiet, with a view of the mountains. The food in the restaurant was delicious, service excellent. We also utilized the spa. We enjoyed […] the services we had. I would highly recommend this hotel. Though it is close to town, the way they designed it seems like it is off the road and remote. A great boutique hotel with a North African motif. We were a family of 3 staying for 4 nights. Since Sedona is small, the location is not a huge advantage but it was conveniently located next to a Safeway grocery store (which was important for us). Only some rooms have a view of red rocks - our room opened into the lobby courtyard which has some nice […] fountains and seating area. The upside was that it has a private entrance to the pool area. The concierge was great in helping arrange for tours and giving suggestions on restaurants. If you are planning to hike, make sure you visit the Hike Store - they have a service which will help select the ideal hike for you, based on criteria you give them. It is free, and quite good. Mehr

This resort was just what we needed. Beautiful, luxurious, great spa, great rooms, great food. We upgraded and also had a great view of the Red Rocks. It was a very good value. The only complaints we had were that the fridge had not been cleaned out before we arrived and the server at the pool included a 20% gratuity in your bill and then left a place […] to tip also. I feel for it twice before I caught it. I really felt ripped because the pool was the only place the service was not awesome. Had to get up to ask for refills at all three visits and look at dirty cups and dishes for the duration. Mehr

We enjoyed the hotel very much. The grounds were beautiful. Customer service was excellent. Our only complaint is the beds were uncomfortably firm. That being said, we still think it's a good value.

My husband and I visited Sedona for the second time in a couple of months. This hotel was a great find and we loved our stay. The room was a nice size, the bed was very comfortable and the in room Keurig coffee maker was great. We really enjoyed the patio and it went right out to the pool with a private gate. My sister and I stayed here for one night recently and we had a great experience. The guest rooms are decorated nicely and very clean. The resort is beautiful and the restaurant ( REDS) is very delicious! I would recommend this place to anyone!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. We had a great time! The staff was very nice, and the room was big and comfortable. We sat in the bar at the restaurant one night and enjoyed some great jazz entertainment. I highly recommend for a Sedona getaway!

The Good: Large room, comfortable bed, instant fireplace with TV mounted at great angle for watching from bed. Some rooms have views of Red Rock, big bathroom with shower, fluffy towels and robes, natural soaps & lotion. The Bad: Sink is in the bathroom so you can't use it if someone is showering, there was no tub for a soak after a 30-hour jeep ride, […] soap dish lets soap slide onto the floor, shower is level with the floor and slippery. We had a view of the parking lot instead of the view we were promised, it was hot and the air conditioner was not turned on before our arrival and did not work at first. Check-in girl was unfriendly and unhelpful. The Breezy: They have mini-split air conditioners mounted above the bathroom door where it blows cold air on you while you're trying to sleep--HATED that. Also it had a very complicated remote control with no instructions on how to operate the system. I had to call someone up to fix it, and still he did not show me how to change the settings. Mehr

This is a beautiful hotel! Only one problem...our first night we had no airconditioning....very uncomfortable when you are in the dessert. Also was wakened early so maintance could repair the unit. After that it was great. I would stay there again. I just think we had "a little bad luck".
