Rodeway Inn Kissimmee - Kissimmee

For the price I could not expect luxury, but hotel needs updating, it is rundown and could use remodeling, painting and upkeep.

I booked this for my husbands birthday getaway weekend. We were very plesantly surprised the hotel staff were very pleasant. We had no problems with the stay. It could use some work around the pool area. They have some beautiful trees but the pool deck needs some work and so does the landscape. All in All it was a very pleasant stay.

THIS IS THE DIRTIST MOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN, I CAN NOT SAY ONE GOOD THING ABOUT THIS MOTEL.

I enjoyed my time at this hotel. The price and location was great! Did not care too much for the way the outside looked, but the inside was all that really mattered. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would reccomend this hotel to other friends and family.

Booked and Paid for. Got there and our first NON SMOKING room (that I had to pay EXTRA for) reeked of smoke and mold. Smoke detector was missing. I requested another room. Next one didn't smell much better, but we had hopes that at least the smoke detector would work. After spending less than 1/2 hour in the musty room, my head and lungs just could […] not take it any more. We booked another hotel for the next 2 nights, just letting that one sit empty. NEVER AGAIN will I go this Rodeway Inn, no matter how much money I *think* I may be saving. Expensive mistake on my part, but one that I know I won't repeat. Hopefully I have saved someone else from making the same one. Mehr

I usually stay here when we go to orlando. Its decent and affordable. Especially if you just want it to just sleep. They offer breakfast in the morning. And they have a nice pool.

I booked this hotel because its price was cheap comparative to other hotels near disney resort. It was infact a very good hotel for that price. I stayed in another hotel a night before, which was $20 extra, but this was better than that. Only problem is the road to disney had too much traffic, and took 45 mins instead of 15 mins. My only complaint is that shampoo isn't included in the rooms; shampoo is available, but a guest must pick up shampoo from the front desk. That's just silly! If you'll be out all day in the Kissimmee area or at Disney World, the motel serves its purpose adequately as a place to shower and sleep.

Price is right. A bit far, but managed well with a car. Friendly staff. Decent continental breakfast for the price of the room. Quite acceptable, and enjoyed the 2 nights there. douglas and appy

I was incredibly disappointed in this hotel. I stayed here a few nights during the New Years Holiday, because it was the only hotel available. The grounds seemed to be unkept, there were giant holes in the sheets, and our room's telephone didn't work. Upon waking in the morning, I noticed a colony of ants on the tile near the sink area/where the carpet […] meets. There had to be 500 ants. I told the staff, and they said they would spray, but the problem might not go away. That evening I came back, and the ants were taken care of. I went into our room's restroom to change, and the biggest roach I have ever seen was running around on the floor as I came in. He eventually found his way into a hole in the wall, which means there is probably a family living behind there. I woke up the next morning, New Years Day at 7am to a guest blaring their music from their open room. I tried calling the front desk, but the phone was broke. Every time I told the front deskman of the problem, she could barely look at me. You can tell she had heard everything and more all before. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Mehr

The hotel was cheaper than most I looked at online and thus I booked it. Later I saw others in the area with signs indicating they were cheaper. The outside was not very appealing but the rooms were well maintained and clean.

We had a very nice stay only a night in our stop thru but everything was great. So when coming thru again we have a new favorite place too lay our heads after a very tiring day ! Would highly reccomend the stay here.

This hotel was a nightmare! Our room never got cleaned, there were dead bugs in the bathroom, missing face plates around the plugs and light switches, and rust EVERYWHERE!!

I chose this hotel because it said pet friendly n I was traveling with my family and pets. We were forced to stay in a smoking room that was dirty and old looking. The parking lot was full of vultures and cleaning people never came to room thru the weekend. The towels were all stained-thank God we took our own towels. I would not use this hotel again […] even if it was free. I believe the hotels.com staff should stay with their family in these rooms before they add them to the website. Old rundown place.so so neighborhood. Joke for a breakfast. Stale bagel with no butter.juice with floaties in it.rude staff.pet friendly is only thing positive to say

the first room we say was destroyed the second room had mold and was untidy and the towels where dirty one even had a blood stain.

Hotel was very dirty on inside. Looked as though a few too many frat parties were held here. Room smelled horrible and fixtures/furniture were very outdated and dirty. Wouldn't stay here again even for free!

I wouldn't go back even if it was free!!!

This Rodeway Inn, had special rooms for poeple with dogs. We have 2 chihuahua s , first they gave us a room that smelled so bad , it was pure cat pee. Than we got another room, two doors further, there were about 50 big vultures right around this hotel wing. On the roof, at the garbage can, and in the night they were roaming around, our dogs could hear […] them in our room and they hardly slept, so we did not either. The room was o.k., but the location of those special rooms was very bad. I would never go there again. Mehr

This hotel is a dump....rooms appear to be clean....but there are tiny bugs every where....this is what I guess you would call a roach motel. All kinds of weir people wandering around, ac unit leaked in room, and water in the shower was not air rated so stunk like sulfur just to add to the smell of the room. And again BUGS Galore...you really get what […] you pay for. Mehr

Hotel was in good Location rooms were clean. Overall not s bad stay for the money. Had a small issue and, was, taken care of promptly by the staff.

For the price, excellent. Hotel is a bit dated, but the pool was nice (except for the broken chairs), and the front desk staff were very nice and well informed. However, the rooms were clean, but the beds were very hard to the point of being uncomfortable. We had to do without water for about one hour due to maintenance issue, and although there was […] a coffee maker in the room, there was no coffee, which we did get from the front desk. The hotel directions were hard to follow, and when i called them, got an automated response, no person to talk with. Had to stop and ask directions from a gas station. All in all, not a bad stay, but if the beds were not upgraded to something considerably more comfortable, i would not recommend it. Other than that however, good price for what it is. Mehr

We were very happy and we were happy we could have our dog in oue room.

I always still in this hotel and never had a problem. Great service and very friendly. The pool was great as well and very clean. Its close to everything. Also great price. No complains from me... I don't need to stay in a 5 star hotel just to sleep.. since we are out and about the entire day. This hotel is def worth my money.

We used this hotel as it was the lowest bid at the time. Checked in went to bed woke up and went on my way. Again, it was a last minute stay.

I am so unhappy, I had to see and dealm with prositutes that were living there as well as none of what was offered was in the room, the free breakfast was a joke the always ran out of everything, I also had a crack pipe fall out of the metal rod that held my clothes. Very cheap rate which reflects the condition of both the exterior of the hotel as well as the interior. First room had not been cleaned from previous guest. Requested different room. Second room had bed made and clean towels but that did little to improve the overall condition of the room. Female eployee in the parking lot changing oil in her car while […] friend stands in the walkway smoking at check in time. Did not help the already poor appearance. Only used the room to change clothes for a wedding but would not sleep there. Certainly would not recommend with children. Mehr

This location was adequate for the price we paid. It was very close to Medevil Times, and not too far away from Disney. Like many other things in life, you get what you pay for. I got a room that I used for a grand total of 7 hours.

if your working on a budget this hotel is grand, suited us, was close to everything, but was a little run down. but overall was grand.

Room was clean. good location. Could use a little tlc oyherwise good value if youre looking to save some money
