I did not like it because the room was so dirty and smelled awful, a left the hotel, and lost my money.

The shower was dirty and the head didn't work it leaked out the back and there was NO water pressure. the dresser drawers were all broken, the heater didn't work good. Every day i had to have my card re made to get into the room. breakfast was terrible. too much to describe.

This hotel isn't what I expected when I arrived. The employees tried their best to accomodate my requests when asked. It is an older hotel. There are issues with hot water and old coil beds. This hotel shouldn't be used for an extended stay.

The rooms were nice, newly remodeled, had more space than average hotel rooms. The pool was nice and the staff very courteous and helpful.

Broken hot water line made it necessary to move to another room at midnight. Second room carpet was dirty, coffee pot did not work, wake up call did not happen, bare light bulb in ceiling fan. not a good experience.

Was very upset with the hotel. I am not that picky when it comes to a one night stay at a hotel, however, never again at this one. The bathroom had mold growning from the floor up the wall, and the window in our room was broken. When we checked out the next morning, I informed the hotel clerk and the response was they know. The whole area is under construction and this motel is hard to get to. Nothing is around the hotel for food and drink. Motel needs some maintenance

We had adequate service, and basic needs were met. Its daily rate is reasonable and strategically located for those with events at the Lackland AFB. Front desk was prompt and efficient, very helpful.

The cot was very uncomfortable, I made coffee and the coffee was left in the pot for two days. The carpet was filthy. I was walking around with white socks and when I took off my socks they were black. Continental breakfast was very limited and pastries were not fresh on any day. Sometimes there was no milk for the cereal.

When I first got there I was given a key to a room that was still occupied. Good thing I wasn't a theif. Then I got a room at the end of the stairwell that someone had a party at 3am. The WiFi never worked. Glad it was just a place to spend the ight and leave early. Won't do that again.

Where do I start?! Of the two beds in the room, one had a huge endentation in it that you would "fall into" if you even sat on the bed. The other one creaked everytime I moved. The light switch at the door control nothing, and when I went to turn on the floor lamp, the plastic knob was gone and only a 1/4" metal pin was in its place and was inoperable. […] The outlet at the sink didn't work, as neither the hair dryer (which I needed), nor the coffee pot (which I did not need) would work. I checked the GFI test/reset buttons to no avail. The water in the shower switched from cool to warm ever few seconds the entire shower, And when I went to the lobby, I heard the man at the desk say to someone on the phone, "well, I can't do anything about it now, we'll have to spray it once you strip the bed." So I suspect they may have bed bugs as well. I checked my room thoroughly, and didn't see any, but made sure to keep all of my belongings (not on my person) off the floor and beds. I went for a swim in the pool, and there were no pool towels in the room, so I checked the armoire outside the pool, which was labeled "pool towel" and it was empty, so my family and I used our bath towel and when I went to ask for more towels, I was lectured/scolded by the cleaning lady that I should have come asked for pool towels and not used the bath towels. Needless to say, this was a poor experience and I will definitely NOT return to this location, ever! Mehr

We booked the motel because it was near Lackland AFB and other nearby motels were either full or much more expensive. It was a typical older motel--a bit past its prime but fairly clean and well maintained. On the plus side, the room was quite large and quiet and parking was easy. This motel was horrible, I would rather sleep outiside, then sleep in another room such as this one. When I first arrived I was trying to open my door and my neighbors had thier doors wide open. I observed a latin male sitting on the bed snorting cocaine, he had no shame! Also I emptied my water cooler in the sink and all the water went to straight […] to the floor. It was only 62. a night, but it should have been free. I didnt want to sleep by the window, I just knew I was gone get shot. Overall it was a piece of crap. Mehr

glad I only had to stay one night. The hotel is not maintained well and the gang of kids hanging out in the parking lot was not very comforting. Water temperature was hard to control in the shower and went from cold to scalding hot constantly. Very inconvenient location. Quality of th eroom was very below average. Took almost 2 hours for room temp. to reach 75 degrees. Bathroom was very smelly.

Very convenient to Lackland AFB, less than 5 minutes away. Only criticism is that I ordered two rooms. Our rooms were in separate buildings while the room I was in had an interconnecting door. It would have been nice if management had been considerate.

We stayed one night and had no problems. The beds are soft and if any one moves on the bed it shakes the entire thing. The hotel is a little off the main roads, The a/c unit is loud, but I heard no outside noise. The pool looks well kept, but we did not use it. Breakfast was cereal, fruit, donuts, juice, coffee. This nightly rate seemed a little high […] for condition of hotel. (priced for location/ not condition). Over all I would stay here again if traveling to the same attractions. Mehr
