Das Hotel lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Tolle große Zimmer mit allem erdenklichen Komfort. Im Badezimmer sogar ein Whirlpool! Toll wäre, wenn bei der Größe des Zimmers im Wohnbereich das Sofa eine Schlafcouch mit Aufbettung für die 3. und 4. Person eingerichtet wäre. Aber, das ist nur eine Anregung, keinerlei Kritik.Die Lage ist auch klasse, nur ein etwa 150 langer Spaziergang und man ist mitten auf dem Strip. Wenn wir mal wieder kommen, würden wir sehr gern wieder hier wohnen!!

Wir waren 5 Tage in Las Vegas im Trump. Das Hotel hat die 5 Sterne absolut verdient. Es liegt etwas abseits vom Strip, ist sehr ruhig und hat kein Casino, was uns besonders gefallen hat. Daher auch eine Nichtraucherunterkunft. Shuttel zum Caesars Pallace alle 15min, ansonsten ist man aber auch zu Fuss gleich am Strip und kann bequem durch die Fashion Show mall flanieren. Uns hat es super gefallen. Das Hotel erhebt allerdings eine Ressort-Gebühr von 25$ pro Tag. Damit ist aber Internet etc. inklusive.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht, ruhig und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich, leider wurde bei unseren 2 Übernachtungen nach der ersten Nacht wohl vergessen unser Zimmer zu reinigen, ok gibt schlimmeres, man kann ja die Handtücher auch 2x benutzen und da man in Vegas eh erst spät zurück ins Zimmer kommt, gehts halt mal in ein ungemachtes Bett. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel wird zur Zeit umgebaut, wir haben davon aber nichts mitbekommen, das Zimmer war schön ruhig. Da man direkt in der Freemont Street wohnt, kann man, sofern man nicht auf den Vegas Strip möchte, sein Auto stehen lassen und auch mal ein paar Drinks mehr zu sich nehmen. Die Freemont Street hat sich noch ein wenig den ursprünglichen Charme und Charakter von Vegas erhalten, es gibt hier sogar noch einige Casinos, wo man noch mit Münzen in den Slotmachines spielen kann. Wer mehr als nur 1-2 Nächte in Vegas verbringt, sollte sich diesen Teil der Stadt unbedingt auch mal anschauen, es lohnt sich. Wir würden beim nächsten Vegas Aufenthalt in diesem Hote auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten

Das Hotel liegt ca. 7km südlich des Stripes. Mit dem Mietwagen ist das kein Problem, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln eher schwierig. Very large, well-appointed 1 bedroom suite. Full kitchen with all utensils, 2 TV's - though no HD. Sound proofing not great, but wasn't too noisy either. Would go there again.

The hotel was fantastic with the mountain view and a casino located next door. I must also say that the food at the next door casino was off the chain with quality and for the price. "A surprisingly pleasant stay"
I definitely expected a nice hotel when I reserved my room, but WOW. When my wife and I walked in the front door, we were surprised it was so big. A full kitchen, living room, bathroom, jacuzzi tub and king size bed was more than we expected, and the pools looked fun. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use the jacuzzi since they only want you to […] use it from 8am-10pm, and we would leave in a hurry in the mornings and get back late. This place was a dream, though, only about a 10 minute drive from the Strip hotels. The only con would be that they charge for WiFi and there's no ethernet plug. Mehr

Located just a few miles south of the strip on the same road (vegas blvd) the location is a timeshare otherwise with separate living room an kicthen and even a washer/dryer in the "apartment". Stared here for an event at the South Point Casino and Convention Center. This Vacation Rental is a nice change from a hotel or casino room. Location is about 6 miles South the end of the Las Vegas Strip but it is easy to get up to the strip using either I15 or Las Vegas Blvd. Non - Las Vegas Strip Stores, Services and Restaurants are a short drive […] (less than 3 Miles). Good Sized Rooms, Pools are convenient and Jacuzzi is away from the buildings so the sound did not carry. This is a Suites property and you have the ability to get connecting Suites for a larger space. Good place to save $$ with a full kitchen and for family's away from the strip with ease to get to the strip. Mehr

We we were very happy with our stay at the GRANDVIEW. The gym, pool area and staff were great. We felt like we were in a home. We had all the amenities. Being on a restricted diet, it really was great having a full kitchen. DVD player was an added bonus. We were able to catch up on some movies. The only thing that needs work was the jacuzzi. It was really easy to find and right next to the South Point casino which was great for dining and entertainment since we have two small children. We are actually RCI timeshare owners so we didn't participate in the timeshare tour but I was very impressed with the property/rooms compared to other timeshare properties. "Spring Break at Grandview Resort"
Service at Grand View is excellent. The place is clean and very convenient to everything. Our grandkids enjoyed the warm water at the pool and played bowling to the adjacent casino. We would definitely come back. Special mention to Gloria, at the front desk/registration who was very helpful and pleasant.

This hotel was beautiful and for the most part clean. Located on las Vegas blvd but not too close to the stip itself. Very quiet area, and very polite staff. Pools were clean and conveniently open til midnight. Or hotel room had a jaccuzi tub however where the jets are you could see build up of mold or something close to it maybe soap scum from the […] use of it over time with this WE did not use the jaccuzi tub UNFORTUNATELY! THE DISH WASHER ALSO DID NOT CLEAN THE DISHES AND WE HAD TO WASH EVERYTHING BY HAND. OTHER THAN THAT THIS HOTEL WAS PERFECT FOR A FAMILY GET AWAY ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE DIRECTLY WHERE ALL THE MAIN STRIP IS. ROOM WAS SPACIOUS, AND CLEAN. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RENT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. :) Mehr

Nice hotel and area. Far enough away from all the busy streets but close enough to shopping and the strip. The room was great besides the bath tub not being clean when we got there. Over all, I would stay there again.

Not what I was expecting, but it was great. It seems to be some type of timeshare that rents nightly for vacancies. 800 sq feet with fridge stove microwave and dishwasher. I would definately stay again.

This isn't a hotel room, it's a fully equipped condo...and at the price I got it is a great value. Service was good and the overall property environment was secure, quiet, and very well maintained. Room was great. One complaint is that there are hotel "black out" drapes in the living room but not the bedroom! If you need darkness to sleep past sunrise […] you'll need to bring eye covers. Mehr

Have to say that I stayed at this hotel/apt for an extended period (4weeks). It really does allow you to have the comforts of home while away. The price was probabaly a bit too high for a 4 weeks stay, the amenities out dated (ie CRT TV vs flat displays) However the comfort, cleanliness, and overall experience is well worth it.

The WIFI is not free. What a rip off !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sofa beds at Grand view are extremely awful. Its not comfortable. The room rates are extremely expensive. The check out is at 10AM - you have too call to front desk to get late check out if that weekend is really busy its really hard to get late check out. Most of the time they let because of the economy […] and they want your business instead of losing you. The only reason I stay here because my cousin has a young child & they don't him near the smoking area like at the casinos. I would totally stay elsewhere for cheaper than this EXPENSIVE place! Mehr
Thank you for your comments. We are surprised that you found the Grandview at Las Vegas Resort expensive. Many of our guests are amazed that we can offer such large luxurious rooms with so many ammenities like full kitchens and jacuzzi tubs at a price that is very comparable to other Vegas properties. We do charge a fee for the convenience of wifi in the private rooms but the resort offers complimentary internet usuage in a public area of the resort. We are sorry that we have not met all of your vacation expectations but we hope we have the opportunity to share our hospitality with you again.

We had a wonderful time at the Grandview. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The poolside deli made breakfast very easy. We placed the order and it was delivered to out room very quickly. This hotel is close enough to downtown to get the with ease and enjoy the action but far enough if you want to escape the craziness. Having Southpoint next […] door was also a big plus. I am a working mom so I brought my nanny, two young kids and husband along to Las Vegas for the CES convention where I worked. I had a car and found it convenient to commute to work from the Grandview. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Grandview because with such a large group we had a kitchen, and our own washer/dryer which made family living […] great. The kitchen is fully stocked and convenient to use. We didn't mind that the housekeeping services were minimal but it would be this way with a VRBO so it was not big deal. We got a 2bd suite which was basically 2x the one bedroom suite which was AWESOME and were only charged 30% more than the 1bedroom price. My hubby got to work out at the gym, the kids liked going to the arcade at the Southpointe hotel next door. Parking is awesome, free and close proximity to our room. We like the do-it-yourself luggage carts because my family is cheap and don't like tipping bellman and valet parking. Great value. Our 21 yr old nanny was a bit isolated and bored, so not recommended for the young hipsters looking for Vegas action. But if you are a bit older, or have a family, have a car to drive into the action this is the place for you. Mehr

The rooms were large and nice. Our problem was with the upkeep. There were stains on the carpet, black goo came out of the spa, a cabinet door fell off its hinges and the key card reader on the door broke and they had to jimmy our door open at one in the morning. The staff was hit and miss; either great or rude.
We apologize that your stay with us was not everything it should have been. Our resort ranks high in housekeeping with RCI and what you experienced is certainly not our normal standard. While mechanical issues such as faulty equipment do occasionally happen, we work very hard to minimize these issues. Thank you for your comments and we hope we may have a future opportunity to prove that we are the cleanest and friendliest resort in Las Vegas.

I booked this hotel simply because everything on the strip during the CES convention is quite expensive. Was expecting a shabby small room with an undersized bed. What we got was a complete apartment with a bedroom, living room and kitchen. There was even a jacuzzi as well as a washing machine in the apartment. The only downside, of course, is the hassle […] getting to the strip, but there are hourly shuttles to and from the strip every day from 8am to 1am, so if that does not bother you, I would strongly recommend Grandview.
