We were very pleased with the accomodations and staff. Our only disappointment was the length of time it took to get anywhere but thats to be expected in a large city like the Chicago area.

I could not have ask for a better place to stay. The staff at the hotel during my stay made my family feel real comfortable and pleasant. I have been to many hotels and never felt so taken care of 24hrs. I just want to say thank you Cindy (The Chef) for all the routes you gave us for chicago, Thank you Nancy ( For sending us to the Restaurant and looking […] for my wedding band) Thank you Nancy (Night clerk) for Helping me with my phone and thank you Joey for giving me the toll web site, without the Country Inn Staff my family would have never been able to find certain areas around Chicago. I was quite happy with my stay at the Country Inn. The rooms were clean and modern, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the lady in the breakfast area was very helpful and friendly. The parking is a bit funky compared to others in the chain but there was plenty of space nearby. I probably would have liked a bigger selection […] of restaurants in the area but there were a couple of very nice ones and a Subway and one or two others. All in all I was quite happy and will definately stay there then next time I need a room in the area. Mehr

Friendly staff great location Very kid friendly

We decided to visit Chicago for our Spring Break. It was me and my two daughters, ages 14 & 18. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready, and it was after 3:00 p.m. The room we were promised by hotels.com would have a refrigerator, however, only the suites have a refrigerator. We weren't told that -- I was told the rooms with the King Bed all have refrigerators. […] If you stay with 2 teenagers, you have to have a refrigerator. The gentleman behind the desk was so nice, he compensated us by moving us to a suite for the same rate-- saved the whole trip! The stay was great! The room was beautiful, the pool and spa were clean and inviting, and the morning breakfast was very delicious. The staff couldn't have been nicer! Would definitely stay there again!!! Mehr

Hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfasts are very good. The employee who was working the breakfast is very knowledgeable about the local area and helped us avoid a lot of grief by writing out instructions for how to use the CTA to get where we were going. We had a great stay here. Everything was as expected. Very quiet neighborhood and comfortable rooms. The staff was very helpful. The person managing the breakfast area gave us back road directions to the train station, which was very helpful since I don't like busy interstate driving. Would definitely stay here again.

I already prepaid the whole amount online at www.hotels.com. Why was I charged $20 more by Country Inn? I am waiting if this will be credited back to my card, automatically, or should I complain to www.hotel.com to have it refunded to me. Anyway, the air conditioning unit was really annoyingly noisy. Hotel was very clean and comfortable, good morning breakfast and a great staff. The driver took us out of his way to get a rental car. The area is not the best, older part of town, but we did feel safe and walked down the street for snacks

Service was great and they have a very good breakfast in the morning. This is a very good value.

The hotel was well maintained, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection. The lady who was in charge of the breakfast buffet was super. She treated everyone as a memeber of her family and wanted to make sure each person had a good breakfast to start the day. Parking was […] available along the back and one side of the hotel plus a large lot in front of the hotel. Parking wasn't always convienient to the location of the room and the elevator. The hotel is very nice. I like the indoor pool and breakfast. Parking was not a problem. The one think I had problems with was the air conditionning unit but after awhile it got better. The distance from downtown Chicago can be a challenge. Overall I like the hotel and I will stay again.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 night on vacation and was completely amazed. When I walked in it felt like someone's home and not a hotel. The staff was very courteous and extremely helpful. When I went to my room I was amazed at the size. I booked a standard room with a king size bed. The room also had a fold out sofa bed, microwave and refrigerator which […] was mentioned as optional when I booked it and I didn't have to pay extra for the microwave or refrigerator. The pool was a nice size and the hot tub was very relaxing after a long day. The other thing that I found interesting was that the hotel had all sorts of brochures about the surrounding area. It's about 15 minutes from the airport and 10 from the train station so it's in an extremely good location. The amanities stated it included a continental breakfast but it was a deluxe continental breakfast complete with waffles. One morning they had eggs, sausage and biscuit with gravy, the other they had make your own breakfast sandwiches with english muffins, eggs, sausage, ham, and cornbeef hash. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and give it a 5 out of 5 score. I plan to stay there again next time I visit Chicago and I would definetely recommend it to everyone. Your stay will definately be worth the money and you won't be dissapointed. Mehr

宿泊費は、清潔感、ネット、ジム、プール、朝食の良さから割安と思う。 ネットも快適に使用できた。 冷蔵庫がないのが難点、夏は厳しい。 クーラーボックスも持って行く必要有り。 プールも比較的広く、室内なので、夜でも使用できた。 ジムも広くなないが、十分使用でき、清潔感があった。 朝食は、スクランブルエッグ、フレンチトースト、ミートローフ、ソーセージ他ととても良かった。 注意事項：　空港への送迎無料となっているが、朝は、9時以降なので、日本便の方は、使用できないので要注意。→情報に記載をしておいた方が親切です。

Très bon accueil. L'hôtel offre de nombreux services, comme la piscine et la salle de sport. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et heureux de rendre service. Le bar-rastaurant proche de l'hôtel est vraiment sympa.Je recommande très fortement cet hotel.
