Great value for money, very big room, huge bathtub and separate toilet. This is a very hotel. The only downside is the area surrounding the hotel is very quiet at night with not many shops. You'll have to walk 15 mins to restaurants or you can catch a train to other area to eat. It takes less than 5 mins walk to the train station

Quality Services, very efficient on everything, we were very happy to stay there. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends who travel to Tokyo, Japan.

The staff was very accomodating, and willing to help us will all of our needs. They had maps and suggestions for the areas that we inquired about, as well as detailed steps for how to get to these locations via the subway, which was very close to our hotel. The restaurants were very expensive at the hotel, and we decided not to eat at any of them due […] to the prices being so high. They also had a bowling salon that had limited hours and was also very expensive. Overall the experience was fantastic, and the staff was exceptional. Mehr

First and foremost, The Prince Park Tower Tokyo is the place to stay if you are looking for excellent service. From check-in to getting into the bus that would take us back to the airport, I have never seen such outstanding service. The concierge were all extremely helpful with assisting us with questions, suggesting restaurants and attractions and […] giving us directions. The hotel is located in a quaint and convenient area, surrounded by a park and right next to a subway station. It also offers a shuttle to the closest train station, which is a short 15 minute walk. Roppongi Hills, a great shopping and entertainment complex, which offers plenty of restaurants, is less than 10 minutes by taxi. Not to mention that the Tokyo Tower, one of the city's landmark, is literally right next to the hotel and if you get a room with that view you will enjoy its beauty every day. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are very luxurious. They offer bath salts for you to enjoy the amazing bathtub with the jets after a day walking around town. The restaurants at the hotel are also a great option. We had western style "all you can eat buffet" breakfast at one of the restaurants on the top floor that overlooks the city. Every department we interacted with offered the most excellent service we have ever experienced in our travels. Another thing to consider is that we saw more Asians (mostly Japanese) than westerners at the hotel during our stay, which must be an indication that it is a hotel where the "locals" stay at. Definitely will stay there again and cannot cease emphasize its greatness! Mehr

The Prince Park Tower Tokyo was conveniently located to all mass transit and right next to the beautiful Tokyo Tower.

I got a half-price deal from hotels.com and stayed in this wonderful hotel with a view of Tokyo Tower and a beautiful temple and park. Outstanding rooms; quiet; lovely location in Shiba park. Excellent restaurants inside the hotel. Convenient to two subway lines. The only drawback is that there are few restaurants or coffee shops nearby -- you must […] walk or take the metro or taxi to reach places with more activity. One note: The half-price deal does not include breakfast, and breakfast at the hotel is 3000 Yen ($40). It is a great breakfast, but I found it hard to eat $40 worth! An alternative is to buy some delicious pastries in the patisserie in the lobby and enjoy them in your room along with the free hot tea. I'd love to stay there again some time! Mehr

An absolutely fantastic hotel. Excellent service, massive room and easy to get to. From the airport the bus limousine goes directly to the hotel. From the hotel there is easy access to the JR for those with JR rail passes. The spa at the hotel is also a marvel. The best place to stay at Tokyo at a great price from hotels.com

After all the great reviews about this hotel, I have to admit to being slightly disappointed. The staff are friendly and efficient and the rooms are clean and tidy. However, the decor is seriously dated. The rooms feel tired. I suspect its to do with having well over 600 rooms so the hotel feels very, very busy and renovation would be a huge undertaking. […] Reception is like a busy bus terminal rather than an oasis of calm after a long journey. I'm being a little picky because we did get a good rate here and in terms of value for money the hotel delivered. I was staying at the Shangri La for work the previous week and maybe that spoilt me! If I'd paid full rate at the Prince Park Tower (not a huge amount less than the Shangri La) I would have been very very disappointd in comparison. Mehr

This hotel was lovely although a little large and therefore very busy. When we arrived we did not have a room with a good view but it was explained that the hotel was fully booked that particular day and we could change rooms the next day, which was arranged and we were given an identical room on the 14th floor the next day. Our room was much more spacious […] than I had expected and the bathroom was great. The hotel was lovely but we couldnt really afford to eat there except little things from the hotel shop, as the restaurants and bars were very pricey. Around the immediate area not really many places to eat except Tokyo Tower which is quite trashy. The staff were lovely and had great english and concierge helped with maps etc, the shuttle bus was good as it was a bit of a walk to the train station but I wouldnt recommend this with any amount of luggage, better to get a taxi even from Tokyo station which was only about 1500 yen. The Prince Park Tower was wonderful and the staff were great. The location was not great but then again everything in Tokyo is so spread out I am not sure what would be a great location.

I stayed at this hotel with my son as part of a 3 city tour of Japan. This hotel was very good and I would recommend it to anyone to stay. The rooms where a good size and the bathroom was complete with seperate shover room and jet bath. Its a little way from the center shopping district but there is a nearby tube station.

The Prince Park Tower Tokyo is a very nice hotel. Great location convenient to subway and commuter rail lines. Easy access from Narita aboard the N'EX to Tokyo Station then a short JR Line ride to a station that is walking distance to the hotel. Hotel staff was very helpful, check-in was speedy, efficient, and performed at several desks instead of […] standing at a counter. We were escorted to our room and shown how to work the various features. Great views of the skyline and Tokyo Tower from the balcony. Plenty of restaurant choices in the surrounding neighborhood. Convenient shopping within the hotel. The decor in the common spaces was nicely done. Room decor was a bit dated and looked almost like a "cruise ship", but still very comfortable. Very quiet - heard absolutely no noise from outside. Blackout curtains (with automatic operation) made a nice environment for sleep. Entertainment choices were very limited on the TV, even pay services, but that really isn't the point of a visit to Tokyo. Mehr

The best hotel in Tokyo, which is an expensive city. The A/C worked well for summer. The helpful concierge service arranged a tour as requested and confirmed all.

The Park Price was a very nice hotel. We had a little trouble getting to it the first time (since the website site suggests Damion) but after we found the two much closer stations - it was good. It's not really by anything (besides Tokyo tower) but that's not a problem if you're going other places. Its a pretty high-end place, but the rooms were very […] nice. Whirlpool tubs and glass enclosed shower. The deluxe room had a crazy possessed toilet that open and closed itself. The store in the hotel has a nice bakery. The english here was pretty good, but other hotels were better. On our last day, we asked to find a tourist area of town to buy a couple remaining things like chopsticks (cheesy- yes). The hotel sent us to Ginza - the most expensive shopping district in Tokyo. Nightlife nearby is kind of blah - bars closed by 11pm. Mehr

We arrived 15 minutes before check-in time and were a bit surprised that we were told to come back after 2:00 PM. The concierge held on to our luggage and when we returned, we were upgraded to a spectacular room on the 30th floor with a panoramic view of Tokyo. The room was loaded with amenities and there were coupons for free cocktails, which we availed […] ourselves to. Also a happy hour with half priced drinks and eats in the basement bar. The downside of the hotel is the need to go traveling to get to restaurants although there is no shortage of great places to get a boxed lunch on the other side of the park. Mehr

We stayed at the Prince Park for 8 nights and would definitely stay again. The hotel was luxurious, clean and welcoming, the staff were friendly and the surrounding parks absolutely beautiful. When researching this hotel I noticed some reviewers criticised the distance to the nearest train station. There are 4 train stations surrounding the hotel, all […] a 5-10 minute walk through manicured parks. There is also a hotel courtesy bus that drops off and collects from one of the stations (Daimon) at allocated times. If you are travelling from Narita Airport to the hotel, I would definitely recommend the limosine bus (tickets available inside narita airport). It is a long ride but the bus is clean and comfortable. For first timers to Toyko the train ride from Narita airport to the hotel would be very difficult. We decided to take the train from the hotel to the airport and it ended up taking us 2 hours (longer than the bus) on an extremely crowded train. There are quicker trains, we just could find them. If you want a hotel that is in the middle of hustle & bustle then this wont be the hotel for you. But if you want a hotel in a relaxing environment only a few minutes train ride away from the hustle and bustle then definitely choose Prince Park Hotel Tokyo. Mehr

The hotel was in a great location, the only thing missing was a coffee shop downstairs! The sky bar - WOW! The service - excellent!

Very nice hotel, in the lobby!!! It's not in the thick of things in Tokyo but that is a good thing, you won't want to go to Shibuya to the main road crossing every night so the location of the hotel being near the Tokyo Tower and close to the subway is great plus free transfers to and from the JR rail station. We had a Superior Twin Room on the 27th […] floor which was poorly decorated and looked tired but must say the bathroom was very nice. The sirens from the Emergency vehicles from the road below could be heard all night, every night and that is not exaggerating!!! This is not the hotels problem, but every night and all night.....when you go , you will see what I mean. Most staff are very polite and speak good english, they can't do enough for you but it's not like Osaka where they have thought of tourists and planning day trips, they point to things on the map as Osaka had everything ready to go. A bit of a let down for a 4.5 star hotel. Mehr

We were very pleased with our stay in this hotel. The hotel is very clean and modern. They provide free shuttle service to the train station every 30 minutes. and the subway is a couple blocks away. Very great staff, the conciege were very helpful. Everyone was very polite. We would definetely stay there again.

Clean, quiet room. Great views. Easy access to major tourist areas such as Rapponggi, Tokyo Tower and others. Two different subway lines within a block.

Had a great deal for half off the price of a Superior Corner room. Amazing room with all the great ammenities of a luxury hotel in Tokyo. Great view from the 31st floor as well. Only gave a slightly lower mark on cleanliness because the bathtup had hair in it, but didn't even use it, had a great shower and great views even from the bathroom!

Very convenient bakery/shop on premises. Free internet. Everything else, from coffee in the lounge to fitness centre much too expensive. Electronic loo was a bit too much. Very good hotel but a poor choice for a business stay.

This hotel was located in a perfect area which allowed us to grab a quick cup of coffee in the morning and head out to catch the wonderful transit system available within a short walking distance in almost each direction. The grounds were beautiful to walk both day and night and the staff was more than helpful when called upon. Heading to the hotel from Akabanebashi metro station, we weren't very impressed with what it looked like from the outside. It seemed rather drab and run down. But we were pleasantly surprised upon entering the lobby. Simple yet classy. Staff was polite and helpful. Most speak basic English. Rooms are spacious, with typically Japanese thoughtful touches […] everywhere and a nice clean balcony. Wired broadband available in each room. Separated toilet and bathroom which is quite convenient. A sofa bed was available in our deluxe twin room. Nice little garden out the back with a grand view of Tokyo Tower. Jog or take strolls around the garden and surrounding parks. There is a pathway leading to the nearby Zojoji temple as well. The hotel also provides shuttle bus services to Hamamatsucho/Daimon station, and the 2 nearest metro stations (Shibakoen and Akabanebashi) are within 5mins walk. Very convenient. A little pricey even with the promotional price, but that is expected in the world's most expensive city. One gripe is that the gym is not provided free of charge for guests. But you can always jog in the park or down the streets like the rest of the Japanese. ;) Another gripe was that we could not find a direct train/bus to the hotel from Narita Airport Terminal 2. Difficult if you have heavy luggage. Mehr

Pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The rooms were quite large (compared to most Tokyo hotels). The staff was very helpful and courteous. It was also very close to several different Tokyo metro stations making it very convenient for sightseeing.

Unless you have a mega budget i would highly recommend this hotel. i stayed in 4 hotels whilst in Japan and this was by far the best and would recommend a corner room on a high floor. the service was very good. the only downside is the area for local facilities but close to the tube so easy to get where you want. if i returned to Tokyo i wouldnt stay […] anywhere else Mehr

I was unfamiliar with the layout of Tokyo before arriving, so had to book this hotel based on other reviews. Thankfully, everything worked out. The hotel itself is beautiful, large and exactly what I was looking for. There's a free shuttle to one area of town (Hamamatsucho station) where you can take the water bus to Odaiba, and it's within walking […] distance of the ever-efficient subway system. Staff was very helpful, and though we couldn't check in early, I was able to get the room I wanted: high up and with a view of the Tokyo Tower off the balcony. Didn't get to use any of the facilities here, though they sounded wonderful. Naturally, I expected everything to be a bit pricey, so wasn't surprised by some of the charges against everything. That said, they offered a fairly priced airport bus trip which was a great ride. Highly recommended, would absolutely stay here again. Mehr

This's also first time for me in traveling Japan and I'm very pleased on the very sincere and prompt courtesy services by the hotel's staffs. It worths for what you pay regardless the purpose of the trip.

Overall I enjoyed this room, and 4.5 star seems appropiate. Not a lot to do in the surrounding neighborhood, but very close to the subway. Great bathroom and shower. No english speaking tv channels. Very good service.

This hotel was amazing, but it's very much into catering to foreigners. There aren't many Japanese touches other than the entire staff. If you come to Japan to experience everything Japanese, you should probably find a ryokan somewhere else. But otherwise it's an outstanding Western-style hotel. I highly recommend it!
