"Nice but...."
They only had 13 channels on the 20 inch TV. Such a very clean and courteous hotel. Who cares how modern anything is, but when I am stuck in a room one will get pretty bored.

"noisy hotel"
Our room was located by the road and it was horribly noisy. Neighbors were partying until mid night and staying was very uncomfortable.

The service was good and the hotel stuff were very friendly and welcoming. You get free breakfast and free internet. It's definitely worth going back.

I was very disappointed with the room assigned to me since my view out of my lone window was onto the Sundeck which had a table and a number of sun chairs. Was this a private view????? No, and that bad view certainly influenced a numberr of my other comments on the Dilworth Inn, With a little care, with a little time, and a little more sensitivity, […] the Receptionist could have chosen a different room for me. "Convenient in Kelowna"
Wanting to be closer to the airport for an early departure, we checking into the Dilworth Inn and were pleased with the staff and cleanliness and convenience to everything. You can walk anywhere from here and feel safe.
"Good for a short stay"
Location was great, but the room a/c wasn't working. Beds were smaller than we were told. Other than that, great for our family to spend a night in.

Great location, but really needs to be upgraded... There was dirt between the bed and the bed rails that I think has been there forever, shower doesn't work properly, it sprays all over the bathroom floor! "A bit disappointed..."
A one night stay only and that's a good thing. We chose this hotel for its proximity to Orchard Park shopping centre. It's a well-worn place with 20-year old bedspreads and fixtures. Clean, yes, but dowdy. They also requested a $200. deposit to cover 'incidentals'! In today's 'fraud' market, I'm reluctant to do this. The credit card charge was returned […] to me but it left a bad taste in my mouth. They said that it was primarily to cover their non-smoking policy which wasn't an issue with us. It is also located next to a firehall with alarms that went off twice the night we stayed there. Pleasant staff and an ordinary breakfast of coffee, muffins, juice. 'Will look elsewhere next time. Room Comfortable and clean, but the location near to highway meant it was very noisy all night. I object to having a damage deposit levied and being charger to my credit card even though it is to be returned.
There were 2 adults not 1 but I could not change that on the initial reservation. I would prefer at least one bar of soap. The towels were grey & harsh feeling I left a towel there by mistake. "Dillworth Hotel in Kelowna, B.C."
The hotel is a little older but the condition of the rooms and housekeeping was fine. The whole atmosphere with staff, etc. was very good. We have stayed at the Dillworth previously and were happy this time and would stay there again.

Hotel is clean, comfortable, well situated. A little older but comparable to most of the chains. Towels are on the skimpy side. Internet works as long as you call for the password. Main issue is the breakfast. Coffee, some less than fresh muffins a juice box and some of the smallest apples you are likely to see. This was a great place to stay for myself and my three kids. It is well located, and though it backs onto a busy street, the noise level drops significantly at night. The room and pool are clean and well maintained, and the staff was extremely gracious and helpful. My only issue was with the online definition of 'kitchenette', A mini fridge and microwave […] are not a kitchenette, and this would have been a serious concern if we had planned a longer stay. As it was, the staff was very helpful in providing a toaster, plates and utensils, so breakfast was no problem. Other than this one thing, it was a really good stay. Mehr
"damage deposit"
After giving my credit card, and a $200.00 deposit, it bothered me to find the shower head broken and the bathroom door not working. I wondered if I would be accused of this damage, even though I went to the front desk and reported this. We shouldn't have to worry about this. The hotel was OK , we were disappointed in the so-called 'bath towels' , we spent quite some time in B.C. and these were the most flimsy undersized towels we experienced on the 10 day trip. Also we booked a room for another couple, and someone elses balcony was half way up their windows, and therefore unusable , and their 'neighbours' could look directly […] into their bedroom, we left Kelowna the next morning, disappointed, especially for our friends, who spent their time in our room, other than sleeping, with curtains closed. We were very happy with this hotel. We had not stayed here before, but would definitely stay again and recommend to others. The location is very convenient. This hotel was clean and quite.
The carpet and furnishings in 212 were not what we remembered from previous stays. We will not return.

We spent a night at the Dilworth due to a surgery and follow up appointment the next day. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a good sleep. It is close to the main highway through Kelowna, so was noisy in the morning otherwise we were happy with the price and the room.

The pictures displayed on the site were beautiful but when we got to the hotel it was very run down and in desperate need of some TLC. The room was very large but also lacking any type of furniture as well as class to the room that the photos on the site had displayed. It was not worth the money that we payed. We got may be the worst room of the hotel. Shower was terrible, water spaying in high speed. Only one muffin and a coffee for the breakfast. Good location, big room, service ok.
"3 days stay for business"
overall hotel is clean, older hotel. reception staff was cold. I had the feeling of being an unwanted or just another guest. Wasnt even told about the included continental breakfast. bath gel was running out in the bathroom 2 out of 3 days and never changed. garbage was never removed during our stay.

My room was on the 3rd floor (top) & at first I was unsure if I was happy about it but I chose to see it as a positive because I wasn't under someone who may have been noisy. The room was very clean and welcoming. The decor is a bit outdated and the bath towels were a little on the small size but everything was totally functional. The sirens at night on the main drag woke me up a couple of times but I guess that applies to any of the hotels along the strip. The little fridge and microwave in the room were useful for us. "Dilworth Inn Kelowna - Clean and comfortable"
We chose the Dilworth because of the proximity to the Orchard Park Mall which you can walk across the street to. It's also close to restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and lots of water pressure for showers. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay again
