The staff was very friendly. The indoor pool was a + for my kids and it is close to LegoLand and nice shopping. The area was very nice and clean. I will definitely use them for future travel.

the hotel was fine but I would opt for a hotel without a parking fee. The whole point of my booking on line was to get the best rate. As it is there is always a considerable hotel tax. I don"t need to pay a parking fee. There are other options.

Adequate, but just barely. Our room smelled like mushrooms. One of few in the area with an indoor pool, which was ok, not great. Breakfast was no good. Be warned that parking was $20 per vehicle per night!

I was attending a beer/wine tasting nearby (2.4 miles). I had chosen the hotel because it was close, so I wouldn't have to drive to (or more importantly from) the event. After I checked in, I asked if the shuttle could take me. I was told NO, it was outside of there 2 mile radius. As I was waiting fro the cab, the shuttle driver just sat there.

The staff was friendly and helpful at this hotel and the complimentary breakfast was well-stocked and plentiful. The room itself, while spacious and comfortable, wasn't as clean around the edges as you might hope and the hot water came out in a trickle, making it impossible to have a shower at a decent temperature. The plumbing also made a high-pitched […] squeal when you turned on the hot water so something was definitely wrong. The hotel stay was good, the staff was great, the hotel was very clean, The bed was very comfortable and We loved coming back to a very clean & restocked room after a long day at the Aquarium! The two elevators we rode on had inspection cards that were expired one in 2011 and another in 2012(very dangerous) 3. "The Market" was EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE $2.50 for a small bag of chips, we had to leave the hotel drive about 15 mins to a Kroger to get snacks for our family which was an huge inconvenience. $20 to park was pretty steep for this hotel, especially when there were issues with the parking gate. You had to pull all the out and back in a couple of times to get it to work. If I'm going to pay $20 or more for parking, I'll stay somewhere else next time

I can guarantee I would not stay here again. It was in a great shopping location, but so were also lots of other hotels. It's location was it's only upside. It wasn't just that the hotel employees were rude; they were inefficient, openly hostile and actually dishonest. I visited this hotel with my boyfriend for a late birthday celebration while he was home for his USMC 96 leave for veterans day. The hotel staff was wonderful! I was actually disappointed with my stay at this Springhill Suites. Initially, when I booked the hotel over the phone with hotels.com, I was told that the parking would be free. However, when I checked into the hotel, the front desk clerk told me that I was given incorrect information. Parking was actually $20/day. He collected my credit card and said […] that he would charge it for $40 for incidentals and that the parking fee would be deducted from it. Had I known ahead of time about the parking, I would have booked another hotel. Next, I was put on the second floor in which the view of my room was the roof of a second building. I was questioning whether I was getting the worse room in the hotel because I had booked through a third party site. Next, it appeared to be mold in the corner of the ceiling in the shower. So overall, I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I doubt if I will stay there again. Mehr

The only complaint was from my husband who said the mattress was uncomfortable. It was okay but have slept on better. also we call the pillows "marshmallows" as they are too small. Hotels need to upgrade to king size so that one does not roll over and off of the pillow. But our stay was good and I would stay there again.

Everything about our stay was great. The front desk was friendly, fast & professional. The room was great, breakfast substantial, and location perfect. The only room for improvement would be changing something in the bathtub (or adding a mat). It was very slippery!

It was way out of the way. So much traffic. Parking garage not conviently located and hard to get into the building...not enough information in the parking garage. Lady at the service desk was very impolite.

The hotel was great and the front desk clerk Micheal was super. He will make a Great Manager someday if thats what he wants. I would surely recommend this property. Traffic was crazy but they had alot of events going on.

The perfect place to stay, we took our grandson to Legoland and this location was just a couple blocks away. Clean, quiet, and roomy. The pool was a disappointment because it was only 3-4 feet deep but we had it all to ourselves. We only stayed two nights so not a problem.

The overall stay was perfect. My only issue was the parking. There were 2 nights the lot was full and I had to park in the bank's lot. Although it was ok my fear was that I would be given a ticket or towed even though I had the hotel's parking pass. Got up earlier than planned as a result.

Overall room was clean, condition of hotel was fair, and the room was extremely comfortable. One negative is the hotel charges $20 a day for parking which is not stated anywhere on hotels.com unless you dig for it on their site. Hotel did not take responsibility for this and said I needed to take up the charges with hotels.com.
