War echt durch die Grösse der Suite beeindruckt. Zudem bietet das Hotel jeden nur erwünschbaren Komfort. Kleiner negativpunkt, als ich 2 Gläser Rotwein aufs Zimmer bestellt habe, sind mir diese in Plastikbecher serviert worden...hat aber eher wahrscheinlich mit dem amerikanischen "nicht Flair" für Wein zu tun als mit einem schlechten Service...die kennen […] es eben nicht anders. Excellent, no issues at all.

The location is perfect if you are going to PNC Park and surrounding bars/restaurants/clubs. The hotel room was nice but not clean which was disappointing for this property.

The room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast though standard fare was still above average and best of all not cramped. We used the complimentary shuttle service to take us around some of the sites one evening. We were delighted with the friendliness, efficiency, and tour that the driver provided.

We had a wonderful time at the North Shore. Convient for visiting the museums and sports fields. Continental breakfast best I have ever had. They were very busy Sunday morning and the quality of food was not diminished. The remodeling was wonderful. Only sad the the pool and spa was not available. Next time.

Not being from the Pittsburgh area and not being basketball fans, we had no idea of the huge St. Patty's Day parada and the March Madness playoffs in Pittsburgh on the weekend we chose to go to Pittsburgh. We made Hard Rock Cafe reservations/Melting Pot reservations/bought museum tickets and hotel reservations for our weekend away. The hotel shuttle […] took us EVERYWHERE and we walked to the museum it was so close. We want to see a Pirates game this year, and explore Pittsburgh some more, so we found the perfect hotel to return to. I arrived at the hotel around 11:00 a.m. When I walked up to the desk, I was not even acknowledged for quite a few minutes. The clerk rushed me through the check in process and then handed me my door keys and my parking pass.

Perfect place to stay when watching the Steelers play.

Great hotel, and very kid friendly. Went for a dip in the pool at night, then went to the game the next day.

This is a very nice hotel. It looks to be brand new and staff was very helpful. Resturant attached was very nice as well. We used suffle to casino (only a few blocks away) and it was very nice and picked us up at 1:15AM as we asked. The breakfest in the morning was great and had everything you could want and it was hot. We were attending a conference and this venue was right across the street. I felt like it was a little pricey but for the proximity to the venue it was the best deal. This is a terrific place to go for any sporting events in Pittsburgh. The location is a perfect short walk to Heinz Field or PNC Park. The staff was extremely courteous and accomodating upon my arrival. I received an early check in to my room and a parking pass with in a few minutes. The atmosphere and food in the Soho was awesome. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and roomy. Walking distance to our trips destination (baseball game and family) Breakfast was plentiful with many choices. Would definately stay again!

I was very disappointed by the room for the price. Parking is not included and there is a daily charge. The darker drapes don't close all the way so there were only the shear white drapes to block the street lights at night. The tub from upstairs leaked down through the ceiling and I was not offered another room even when I asked for one. The noise […] level was high and voices from other rooms were easily heard. We were there to see a game at PNC, it was perfect. Right accross the street, very clean and the hotel workers were all very polite.

The Spring Hill Suites in Pittsburgh was probably one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed at. It had a nice pullout couch and chair in the sitting area, a awesome kitchenate along the wall( also had plenty of frozen food in the lobby to buy and not over priced at all.) The room with the two beds had plenty of room to walk around and very specious […] bathroom and a sinkl and mirror on the outside. I would say nothing less then a 4 to 4.5 star hotel. Perfect hotel to stay at if you are there for the Pirates or the Steelers. Great place to eat in the lobby and plenty of bars and restraunts withing 2 blocks of the hotel. Mehr

The room is overpriced for what you get and they charge way to much for parking. The rooms arent that great, the pool makes the first 2 floors smell of chlorine. It isn't even baseball season yet and the parking cost was really high.

We were especially happy with the shuttle service and the young lad who was the driver. He took us out and returned us to the hotel in a snow storm. The hotel and the breakfast was first class. Only minor complaint the pull out couch mattress was torn and and seem older than everything else in the room which was first rate.

The bed was uncomfortable but the location was perfect. This hotel is directly across the street from PNC park and within walking distance (~1.5 miles) from Heinz Field and River's Edge Casino. The best part was the free shuttle that drives to and picks up from anywhere within a 3 mile radius until 1 AM. The shuttle alone saved us at least $100 in cab […] fare. Mehr

This was a great hotel for the Pittsburgh Pirates game.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Shuttle to close by activities was very convenient. Overall just a great place to stay. Mini market to by foods and snacks since room had mini fridge and microwave.

Very nice hotel right accross the street from Pirates Baseball staduim. Great room. Not the prettiest view, in industrial/underpass area but close to bridge that crossed to downtown. easy access to major roads

We arrived about 1:30 and they happily let us check in early. The 2 rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy. We asked for a crib and they had it to the room in just a few minutes after we took our luggage up. Everyone was very nice and the front desk people gave us several recommendations for resturants nearby. The hotel was right across the street […] from the ball park which was wonderful! The pool was a little cool for my tast, but the kids didn't mind. The breakfast was good with lots to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay! Mehr

Nice room- decent service- great location (less than 1 block from pnc park). Was a little expensive but definitely worth it.

The place was amazing, and the location can't be beat. Right next to PNC Park and a couple of blocks from Heinz Field. If you are going to a sporting event, THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!

My wife and I stayed here for my company Christmas party in 2009. Our room was very spacious and included a sitting room (with 42" LCD TV), jacuzzi tub, and a queen sized bed. The bathroom had a shower / tub combo. The hotel was clean and well maintained. We had a few drinks down in the bar and the prices were typical for a hotel bar. I have stayed at many, many hotels and this is one of the most elegantly furnished hotels. I enjoyed my stay here and would love to revisit this property in the future.

Front desk staff, Awesome! knowledgeable, friendly and conscientious "Above" expectations, in fact every staff member I had direct contact with were pleasant friendly, and accommodating! The room, Luxurious!
