Das Hotel hat uns an sich gut gefallen und wir werden es sicher erneut buchen. Es hat den grossen Vorteil, dass eine kleine Küchenzeile vorhanden ist, was die Selbstversorgung mit Hilfe des nahe gelegenen Supermarktes sehr einfach macht! Leider ist der Zustand der Zimmer teilweise nicht so gut. Das Hotel erscheint liebevoll gedacht und ausgestattet, […] aber danach nicht genügend in Stand gehalten! Im Bad war Schimmel in den Badewannenecken, die Farbe der Türrahmen blätterte teilweise ab. Die Betten waren erschreckend durchgelegen. Absolutes Minus: Für Ende Dezember sind die Bettdecken unzureichend, wir haben gefroren. Absolutes Plus: Lage direkt am Shoppingcenter und Shuttle zum Disneyland! Mehr

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe mit meiner Familie einen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel gebucht. 4 Tage und 3 Nächte. Uns wurde zugesagt, dass die Zimmer bei Ankunft um 14 Uhr frei sind. Jedoch waren bei unserer Ankunft die Zimmer nicht frei und die junge Dame an der Rezeption sagte uns, Sie wüsste nicht wann die Zimmer frei werden. Vielleicht in […] 2 Stunden oder in 3 Stunden, das ist definitiv KEIN Service. Darüber bin ich sehr enttäuscht und deshalb würde ich Ihr Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Es gibt andere Möglichkeiten Kunden zu vertrösten, vielleicht mit einer kompetenten Antwort??? Naja nun kann man auch nichts mehr ändern. Mehr

Unserer Familie mit 3 Kindern hat es gut gefallen in diesem Hotel. Bei der Ankunft mussten sie trotz Reservierung zuerst schauen, ob sie noch ein Appartement für uns haben, es hat dann aber geklappt. Das Hotel war sauber, die "Wolldecken" auf den Betten machten aber den Eindruck, sie seien schon länger nicht mehr gewaschen worden. Das Büffet-Frühstück, […] das man spontan dazubuchen kann, war sehr gross und gut. Der Shuttlebus-Service klappt, früh an der Haltestelle sein lohnt sich, da der Bus sehr voll wird. Zu Fuss sind es ca. 10 Minuten zur RER-Station "Val d'Europe", neben dem Hotel ist ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum, dessen Restaurants auch am Abend geöffnet haben. Für einen erneuten Besuch des Disneylandes würden wir wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Mehr

Enjoyed it very much. Convenient location, next to the shopping centre, free bus from the hotel to the Parks. Excellent facilities in the apartment.

Stayed in two hotel for our trip. This was much better than the other. The staff where helpful and polite, offering good advice on the local area. The romm was a duplex with lots of space and a well equiped kitchen area. Plenty of towels and linen. The room was well used but none the less had been well cleaned. We noted a couple of itmes needing attention […] before the next guest. This a great location, only a short drive to Disneyland Paris, a free shuttle bus is available (not used), also just a short walk to Val d'Europe, with lots of shops and restaurants. All in all we would happily stay here again. Mehr

The apartment hotel mostly lived up to our expectations. Convenient and affordable for Euro Disney. Faulty microwave oven was quickly replaced but a water leak under the carpet was not repairable.

If you have a Large group of people or a family, it is hard to beat the value at this hotel. They only charge for adults and Children over 11 years old. It is very close to Eurodisney and the front desk staff all speak multiple languages and are very helpful. If you want to see Paris, it is very close to a railway station that can take you to the heart […] of Paris. The rooms are fine but certainly not luxurious. There is a stove, microwave, refrigerator and heaters in every room. No TV and no AC. There is free wireless internet though. I have stayed twice at this hotel with my family and it is the best value for the money. It's convenient location is a big plus too. Mehr

The hotel is situated in a great place as RER and Disneyland are only minutes away. The cleaning of the rooms are not at a very high standard but the price / quality ratio is absolutely acceptable

Hotel is good but the distance is a good 15mins walk from the train station.If the shopping centre is closed walking to the hotel but the road side will be scary at nite .Try to choose a hotel near the train station.Adagio City is just next to a shopping centre which is the only advantage.

We went to ADAGIO due to the fact is an aparthment and is close to the Eurodisney and we have three kids. The emplyees were very friendly and helpfull. The apartment was small, although we use it just to sleep. Had the essential (minus an stove, we tink it would be nice). The worst thing I can point out was the fact it was very durty on arrival, specially […] the toilets. The best thing is that is close to a shopping center and there are free transfers to Eurodisney Mehr

Just returned from a half term break in Paris we stayed at the Adagio City Aparthotel which was a great location as only 5 mins from Disney by car and the Val d'Europe shopping centre was just around the corner. We used the metro located in disney to travel into Paris which was very convenient. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

I was at first very skeptical when I made my reservations. All the reviews were not in favor of this hotel. When we arrived and it was 5 of us we were really satisfied with the quality and all the features. Apartment had fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave and all necessary dishes. We booked 2 room apartment as other reviews said that apartments […] are small. It is true, if there is 4 persons traveling together you should definitely book apartment with 2 rooms (fits up to 6 people). It is small but it is very close to Disneyland Paris, free shuttle bus is available, and about shopping not to talk about. From RER station you have to walk through big shopping mall in order to reach the hotel. Great isn't it. There is big grocery store Auchan in the mall open every day till 10.00pm. I really liked and I will come back with my family next summer. Mehr

Excellent location where it's just 10 min walking distance to La Valee Village, branded stuffs discounted village! me n friends bought lots of branded stuffs with a very cheap price! metro station is nearby, there's a free shuttle bus service to disneyland, ask d bus timetable for it. everything's is perfect for us.

We stayed here for 4 nights and found the location to Disneyland Paris great. It was 5 minutes on the bus or we could walk it in 15 minutes. Rooms were spacious, cleanliness was fine apart from we did have a smell of damp in the bathroom but for the price and location it was great. Would definetely stay again.

This hotel was very convenient to Disneyland Paris with the free shuttle which only took 10 mins. It was great value for money. I would definitely stay there again

The hotel itself is good on the whole. Unfortunately we were given room 143 which has a leak (presumably from the toilet?) which has made the carpet in the hallway damp and very smelly; this spoilt our experience but since it was late evening, we were all cold & hungry and the kids were all tired, we just put up with it rather than start re-packing […] to move rooms. We didn't mind the marks on the walls or chip marks here & there but a strong odour that we couldn't mask with products certainly took the edge off our experience! Location is superb - 7 minutes in the car from DLP, with loads of free parking on the streets around the building, saving the 10Euro per night charge for the hotel's car park. Also it is maybe 3-400 yards from Auchan hypermarket to stock up on your provisions. All of the room equipment is good and more than sufficient for taking all your own breakfast & evening meals, plus dishwasher tablets, teatowel, loads of towels, room heaters, etc. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but the 2nd bedroom was the 'cabin' with kids' bunk beds, which the hotel's own website classes as a 1 bedroom apartment - be sure of what you're booking. The apartments are good, and have facility that u can cook something yourself as well. The staff especially Mr.Fida, was quite nice and greeted us very well.

The hotel reception is impressive and staff were polite and helpful, however our room was quite a different story. There were stains on walls and carpets, the toilet stunk of urine, the bathroom smelt of dampness, there were chunks of plaster missing from the wall, the wardrobe sliding doors didn't work/fell off etc etc etc. However, the location was […] perfect for disneyland with the free shuttle bus and the shopping centre next door was fantastic. We where very happy with our stay here. It is close to Disney and the shuttlebus service was excellent. The shopping centre next door offered a wonderful selection of restaurants etc (even a McDonalds, if you like it ). We will definately be booking here again for next year.

hotel located close to big outlet and hyper market [auchan] free shuttle to disney . receptionists friendly, rooms ok but very dirty toilet and no room services or cleaning. Only reason to stay in was due to self catering facility

Exellent location for Disneyland Paris but also for Paris city and surroundings. Good family hotel but houskeeping is not in satisfactory level. Rooms and hotel are not very clean and in good shape. Surroundings and exterior of hotel are ok.

Ignore all of the negative petty reviews that may put you off staying at this hotel. We were there for 4 nights 2 adults 3 children it was a great place to stay, clean, close to disney, easy to get to central Paris with great links. would stay again. The receptionist were great and more than polite.

just a 10min walk to disneyland 2mins to the Val d'Europe shopping centre. Would highly reccomend

One big factor of a perfect vacation is the place ur going to stay. Our experience to Adagio Val d'Europe is I one of the reason of our perfect vacation. Rooms are quite big it depends on the room your to get. I suggest to get the rooms on the lower level. Some of the floors has a particular smell at the coridors. When we arrive it was almost 3 pm but […] unfortunately room is not yet ready. The receptionist (african guy i forgot his name) gave us an upgrade of the room for us to have the room on time. The room was quite big 2 shower room and 1 toilet. The thing what i liked at that room is that it has a quick access to the pool. The location was perfect, there was a nearby mall and bus station was 2 mins away. Some of the receptionist was so helpful and some seems like they don't care. What I liked most of at this hotel it was like home and surroundings is safe. I will surely be back at this hotel.... Mehr

2 adults and 4 kids stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment in the hotel. The rooms were clean but a little crowded with 6 people. it was obviously not to the standard of a normal hotel that has very littlke traffic with kids - eg marks on walls. However, if you have kids then it can make you relax a little more. The large outdoor pool was a hit with the kids. […] Breakfast was good - a variety of hot food and continental which was per day, 5 euros for kids and 10 euros for anyone over 13 years. There is secure parking inside and in the basement whihc costs 10 euros per day. There is a free shuttle to Euro Disney which takes 5 mins. You can also walk 10 mins to the RER rail station then go into centre of Paris with a 14 euro all day rail card ( half price for kids ). Takes about 45 mins approx. All in all, I would reccomend this hotel if you have kids and want a break to see Mickey and friends ! Mehr

Spent a week here with my family and it's not an experience I'd want to repeat. The rooms have seen better days and are in serious need of refurbishment - dirty marks on practically every wall, furniture shabby, it was all just a bit grim. The worst problems were the beds and lack of airconditioning. We didn't manage a good nights sleep even once, the […] beds were like bricks, even the sofa beds. No airconditioning, we were on the ground floor and couldn't open a window at night so it was absolutely stifiling. If you only speak English beware, satellite TV comprises of BBC World News and that's it - there's only so much news you can watch. Beware if you use the hotel's car parking and you have a larger car - the underground car park is a tight squeeze to get in and out of. On the positive side the reception staff were friendly and the swimming pool was really lovely. All in all I couldn't recommend this hotel to anybody and I would never stay again. Mehr

We stayed as a group of 5 for 4 nights here in July/August 2011. Here are the main pro's: - Good bus service although you have to time it right. - Excellent shopping centre outside hotel. - Seaworld Aquarium close by - Caters for big groups - Good swimming pool - Self-catering facilities - Breakfast available at hotel (surprising for a self-catered) - […] Free shuttle bus to Disneyland - Free Wifi Con's - Quite far from Disneyland although only 6 minutes by bus. - Terrible customer service at reception although they spoke good English. - Carpets in room very very unhygienic esp. if you have kids with you. - Wouldn't give extra blankets - Charges for everything inclu. room cleaning and extra towels. - Poor service at breakfast. - Wifi took ages to login each time we used it - No air-conditioning Overall, I would describe our stay as average. The main gripes were they completely messed up cleaning our rooms even when I requested a clean. Towels were not replace each day and when I asked for new ones they handed them over without charge even though they normally charge for this!? Also, they didn't charge us for breakfast even though it was not included in our booking. They ran out of boiled eggs at 9 even though there were lots of people still coming in. The scrambled eggs tasted like baby food and there was a 15 minute wait for toast. There were no options for fried eggs. Sweet options at breakfast were non-existent. There didn't seem to be any booking service at breakfast so anybody off the street could practically walk-in and eat. Supermarket in the shopping centre is quite a long walk, about 15 mins to be exact at easy pace. Carpets in the room were filthy. Rooms were very hot as no air-conditioning. I would probably not book here again, maybe find something a bit closer to Disneyland. Mehr

Good location with nearby shopping centre (with supermarket inside) and nice indoor and outdoor restuarants, plus free shuttle bus to Disney. Great to have own kitchen/lounge area when with young kids but room was bit shabby and tired looking. Reception was nice though and had toys for kids. We booked this hotel to spend the first two nights in France as we liked what we saw about its condition, location and the reviews. The room was clean and comfortable. The shopping center adjacent to it was fantastic for food, wine, clothes and everything to start a family holiday in France. The RER A station could be found at the end of the shopping […] mall, not too far and the staff at the station spoke english very well so we had no trouble buying tickets and getting advise. Do note to pull away the bright sofa cover to reveal a well made single bed. Well, it was not intuitive to me to pull away sofa covers when searching for sofa bed..... Mehr

This hotel is in a perfect location. You can walk to Disneyland in 15 mins which is ideal because the shuttle bus is a nightmare! Its so full and no-one has any idea how to queue so you literally get crushed in a stampede to get on the bus and its definitely standing room only. The hotel is also close to a beautiful shopping centre with lovely coffee […] shops and bakeries. Theres also a sea-life centre next door too. However in terms of comfort, this room was not ideal. The apartment had a seperate bedroom which we insisted on so that we could put my niece to bed and still have a front room but this room was just bunk beds. Therefore one adult had to be on the bunk bed and there was no wardrobe or storage space in the bedroom. The front room was nice but the bed was a single sofa bed. 2 x adults therefore had to go one bunk bed and one on a sofa bed in seperate rooms - not ideal and the beds were very hard and uncomfy. Overall though they were clean and had all the equipment you would expect. The safe and room key stopped working while we were there and the hotel staff were friendly and polite in resolving it. I didn't get much sleep for the 4 nights we were there though and would strongly recommend you check to see what other rooms are available in this hotel. Mehr

Although our room was in need of redecoration (not in a bad state - just the usual wear and tear) it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was in a great location - easy to get to Disney, right next to a shopping mall, the Factory Outlet and restaurants and a short walk through the mall to the supermarket - so we had everything we […] needed at our fingertips. fine place to stay on most counts. however big problem with noise from surrounding apartments and being kept awake till 3.30 in the morning on one particular night. if this can be resolved would probabally return.

the hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were very helpfull, its only a short walk to a big shopping center and the train station is at the end of the road, all in all it was an enjoyable expirience

Pretty good all things considered. So yes it felt a bit like a travel lodge sort of place but it was cheaper and had everything we needed as a base for Euro Disney. A lick of paint wouldn't go amiss but I've stayed at far worse. It was clean and tidy, had enough towels, linen and stuff for the kitchen (except a toaster) which meant we could buy locally […] in the shopping complex and eat at a fraction of the price charged by hotels and at the Park. I'd definately use it again. Only down side was the pool was closed and the extra for secure parking but better than leaving the car on the street or having to pay to park at Euoro Disney Mehr

Adiago hotel was brilliant I was satisfied with the size of the rooms as there was five of us, sleeping arrangements was comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful and spoke in fluent english . Having a kitchen within the apartment was good as we where self catering. There was access to shopping centre where you coud buy all your essentials […] the shopping centre is a 5 minute walk from the hotel it is locatted in a clean and friendly area. The hotel car park was secured and controlled by a security code. You had a ground floor parking as well as a first floor parking. If you are planning to visit Disney Park then this hotel is just the right one as it is about a 10 minute drive by car. Mehr

Great deal for the area. Large suite--not perfect but does the job. Very close to Disney on the shuttle bus. Will return again when we use our yearly passes.
