The convenient location was the only good thing about this place. Very small rooms, no elevators to the third floor, their definition of a private bathroom was three doors down the hall. Free breakfast was on overrated continental breakfast

Despite minor problems such as non-working safe deposit box and some power issues that had been resolved fairly quickly, this hotel is located perfectly and provides for the nice base right in the middle of everything. 1. We booked for a Double Room but were given a Twin Room instead. When we checked with the concierge, we were told that they '"sometimes Double can also be Twin"! As this was our Honeymoon trip you can imagine that we were very upset. 2. The lobby looks nice and new but the rest of the hotel is completely different - Old and dark due to lack of lighting. 3. […] Mirror in the room was hung so high up that I can't use it at all. 4. TV was not working due to extremely poor satellite reception 5. Very old and noisy air conditioner. 6. The lack of elevator was a killer especially when you had to carry your luggage all the way up. very good price, but not a luxury experience...Great location....train station around the corner...if you have to catch an early train out of Venice, this is a Great hotel to stay at....breakfast was not very good, still...it was a cornetto and a cafe'.....

This is clean, cheap enough & near the train station, but if you're over 50, better be sure you're on the first floor & get a bathroom in your room. Breakfast nice, and all were friendly despite the holiday crowds.

This hotel should add an "s" into the name because its basically a hostel. It's location is nice and the staff is friendly but that is where the good review stops. The bathrooms are shared at the end of the hall. The smells in the corridors are god awful. They cut at every corner and it shows. The breakfast is bad and cheap as well. I understand some […] cereal and bread rolls is enough but the orange juice out of the machine was clear because it was just water. They also overprice everything. 5 Euros for an hour of internet? Come on! They act like you are staying at the Ritz. Do not be fooled by the nice lobby, it's all a ruse to cover up how bad this place is. Mehr

This hotel felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Room was decent but bathroom and shower down the hall and shared with 5 other rooms on this floor. Inexpensive, in a great location, but I definitely would not stay there again nor would I recommend it to others. The bathroom situation, the absence of an elevator and the absence of anyone to help with […] getting my luggage up the stairs makes it a loser to me. The hotel is in excellent location within walking distance to train station and coach station. the service is not that good, we have ask for extra pillows and hangers and still havn't got it until we check out.the room in the ground floor by reception is very noisy because there is a restaurant behind our room. the TV is so small, it about 14" and hang […] it on the wall taht nearly taller than the wardrobe.It make you feel not comfortable to watch the TV. Great location, big rooms, nice standard breakfast, nice staff. had to share bathrooms but for the price its all worth it.

There is no vivid sign on this hotel. Once you get into this street, walk down couple of buildings and it will be on your right hand side. Please bare in mind: this hotel DOES NOT have an elevator! If you are like me, and pack a big suitcase full and heavy, you'll have a hard time up the stairs. Luckily my husband is strong and he carried my suitcase […] up the stairs to the 2nd floor. The room is clean. The remote control did not work at first...but the receptionist was nice and fixed it for us. Also, the room comes with breakfast! No room service...but they have pastries, coffee, juice, and cereal in the lobby. The location is perfect. It's a block away from the train station. This was the most important for us as we've traveled though Italy by train. All in all, a good choice. Mehr

Overall this hotel was great! We really wanted to stay right in Venice and this was an inexpensive way to do it. We shared a bathroom, which, honestly was not a big deal and the convenience of being on the island was worth it. Our room was comfortable, the staff was good and breakfast was fine. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. All this for half the price of other Venice hotels made this the best value on my trip. If you are a budget traveler this is a perfect choice.

My booking for Triple become a double room when I arrived. Very impolite staff (not willing to help). No lift in this hotel. Not recommend for the one with large luggage. Double room very dark and small. Some without toilet. The shared toilets has no one to take care about the flooding washing sink basin.

best value for money. good breakfast. easy to approach .. once you get off bus in venice or train station its only five minutes away by walk... people are friendly and cooperative. can keep your luggage on the last day till late even so that you can use that day for visiting around and come back and collect it. only down size would be shared baths and […] toilets but if you have ever lived in student halls or still live with family members it should not be a problem. i think it was much more better then i expected... This hotel is a 3 minute walk from the train station. Breakfast was delicious with pastries, cereal, bread. Overall the room was clean and well maintained. Problems we had: except that the AC in our room wasn't working. The two single beds were made up as a double bed, and we couldn't get single sheets so had to make do with folded double sheets. Had […] we arrived at a time other than 4am they might have been able to do something about these two problems. There was also a puddle of water on the floor hidden under the bed. Mehr

The hotel is close to the train and central bus and waterbus station. The people are nice. The breakfast OK, the room w/bathroom OK.

Convenient hotel for the price. Only 1 block from the train station. Have strong legs because there is no elevator and you will have to climb the stairs to get to your room. Unfortanely, we had the top floor (4th). Good thing my wife and I are in decent shape and left the big luggage in Rome for this 1 night excursion. The hotel was nice. Had to pay for internet and didn't have an elevator and we were on the 4th floor. It's super close to the train and bus station, but it's on the outer edge of Venice so to get to anything is a walk. Good breakfast in the morning. Would recommend

Strategic located at the back alley of Ferrovia but surrounded by shops, restaurants, water bus stop and the train station. The downside are our room facilities. No kettle, no coffee n tea packs, only one wall plug that need to share with the mosquitoe repellant, a mini flat screen tv w/o remote control, being told by their evening reception / technician […] that every room has a power management / load balancing to monitor the customer's power usage!! Our room was thrown into darkness after a power tripped when we tried to boil a water using our mini travel kettle. We ended up using the hall way wall plug to boil the water. We were told that we can get a hot water in their restaurant but it only opens in the morning. I wonder how's this hotel get their 2 stars std ?? Mehr

Everything is OK for young people BUT No evelator could be problem for old people (>60) to carry luggage(50lbs) to room (4th floor, check in) and down (check out).

We arrived in Venice at 6 in the morning and were just hoping that the hotel staff would let us leave our luggage there until check in time which was at noon. And they were very nice about it and said that we could come in around 9 and check in. Not only that we had breakfast on the day we checked in and the next eventhough we stayed only one night […] which could be money saving if you're on a budget. The rooms were clean, the location was very convenient (3-5 minute walk from Venice's Santa Lucia train station, and water buses were right by the station as well.) The only thing to keep in mind is that the bathrooms were shared (but were very clean and each floor had 4-6 bathrooms) and there was no elevator. Neither of these were a bother to us at all. We were allowed to keep the luggage there after we checked out as well. All in all I highly recommend it for the value in Venice. Mehr

Though we paid extra for the private bathroom, it wasn't connected to the bedroom so we still had to lock/unlock while we went down the hall to the bathroom. The room and bathroom seemed cleaner than the cramped entrance and narrow stairway. Light but filling breakfast which consisted of croissants and cappuccinos. If you would like to be close to buses, trains and vaporettos, this is the place, three hundred yards from the buses to airport, one hundred yards from train station, yet in Venice proper, this is the place. However, rooms are tiny and cramped unless you have triple or quad. Breakfast is excellent, mosquitoes frequent

I was very impressed with the location of the hotel, and it was very easy to find coming from the bus station. the area we stayed in had plenty to offer and was just by a vapperetto stop, so it was easy to get around! The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that there was never enough food at breakfast!

Very close to the train, bus, and vaporetto stations. Room is small but adequate. The double bed was really just two twins pushed together so there was a distinct ridge down the middle of the bed. We were only there for one night and only slept and showered. It was sufficient for our needs.

The hotel was in a great location to the train station or bus station. It was on a quiet alley street and it had air conditioning which was nice too. The only negative was that the bathrooms down the hall were OK but a few of them had water all over the floor.

Vi är mycket nöjda med resmål och hotellets läge! Årstiden april var mycket kall.Värmen på rummet,våning 2 kom aldrig dit. Väldigt kallt på natten, även med 3 filtar. Frukosten OK för att vara italiensk, pålägg o grönsak fattades.Svårt med wifi koppling, fast att köpa på hotellet, men fungerade som det ville.

Hôtel ne présentant pas le confort souhaité, pas d'ascenceur(4 étages), salle d'eau exiguë,propreté des chambres très moyenne, prises électriques pas à la norme, télévision antique avec une chaine française quand elle fonctionne! Une question l'évacuation en cas d'incendie???

hotel bem localizado ... mas tive alguns problemas com o hotel como nao consegui imprimir a reserva que dizia que tinha banheiro no quarto e internet grátis me colocaram num quarto que o banheiro ficava no corredor e quando pedi a senha do wi fi me disseram que tinha um custo achei que nao foram honestos .

安いので少々不安があったのですが、外国人観光客にも慣れているビックリするぐらい普通の中規模ホテルでした。 古いですが、ボロという感じでもなく快適に過ごせましたよ。 ただ持参のドライヤーを使うと１分でヒューズが飛びます。（部屋にヒューズがあるのですぐ戻せますが） それから割り当てられた部屋によっては、ホテルに帰るのが憂鬱になります…。 今回、私達が割り当てられたのは４階。 つまり、５階分階段を上らなければならないということで、重いスーツケースがある場合、地獄の苦しみを味わいます。（筋肉痛必至） 運動不足の私は普通にちょっと荷物を置きに帰るのにも躊躇しました。 でもヴェネチアはどこのホテルもこんな感じのような気もします。 ただこの値段でこのクオリティなら全くのアタリだと思うので、次回ヴェネチアに […] 来る時の候補の一つと思っています。 Mehr

A localização é excelente, porém as ruas de Veneza são muito sujas, por conta dos cachorros.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de l'arrêt bus en venant de l'aéroport et très prêt d'un vaporeto. Accueil et personnel agréables. Les chambres étaient très propres.Dommage quelques odeurs d'égouts étaient perceptibles dans les couloirs et dans une chambre du rez de chaussée. Petits déjeuners simples mais corrects.

Hôtel sympa et bien situé, à l'entrée de Venise! Nous avons regretté que les serviettes ne soient pas changées chaque jour... Sinon les gens travaillant pour l'hôtel étaient gentils et serviables!!!
