The room was clean but the housekeeping left a little to be desired. coffee cups, towels, and toilet paper were not refilled at each room cleaning and we had to request additional supplies. The air conditioner was not very dependable and the room got hot before it would kick back on after cooling off the room. The location was acceptable considering […] the affordability of the room. we had a very good stay , the only thing that was bad was the Weather and you couldn't help that , I will used you next time its was very nice , I sorry we didn't get to stay the second night its was because the weather was so bad . Thank You Ron

everything was ok except that we asked for a 4:45 am wakeup call because we had ro be at oklahoma heart hospital at 6:00 am. We did not get the call because their wakeup call system did not work. We were late getting to the hospital because of this

This hotel was sub-par to other super 8's I have stayed in previously. I know you get what you pay for but this was obscene. The room was filthy. There was MOLD growing on the walls and shower curtain in the bathroom. We had a double queen room booked for 4 people and only recieved 2 very small, dirty, thin towels. The towels and wash cloths provided […] were stained and/or dirty. I requested and was supposedly given a "non-smoking" room but immedietly upon entering it was obvious someone previous had smoked in there and it was not properly cleaned. My entire family left reeking of smoke. I was never asked how my stay was upon check-out and when I tried to give an account of my night, I was ignored by front desk personel. The floors are made of concrete and the walls of paper. I heard everything, and I mean everything, my neighbor did. My shower would run cold anytime someone on the entire level would flush. I booked there as a quick night of sleep on a road trip and didn't sleep much at all. Mehr

THe rooms are very small and the staff is not very accomodating. Asked for a late check out, just an hour or two and they charged us extra for this.

Our recent experience at the super 8 motel was awful! It was dirty the bathrooms were horrible and we found bed bugs on one of the beds! It was awful and would not recommend it to anyone at all!! We are voicing our complaint with manager!

horrible experience. Did not change sheets the whole week i stayed. Bugs in room. Did not have ice. People in front of my room in parking lot with boom box, loud.

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in. Suppose to have wi-fi but NONE available and the clerk does not tell you so. Went to sleep and was awoken by fire bells at 10:30 am. There was NO fire but the bells kept ringing for an hour could not sleep. I do not recommend this place

All was good at the hotel. Room was clean(except the overlooked crackpipe in bathroom). Hotel was easily accessible to the highway.

A professional peer and I were attending a one-day seminar in OKC and needed a one-night stay for convenience. We went on-line to Hotels.com since we were relatively unfamiliar with OKC. This was the most inexpensive motel located conveniently from our seminar. The location was right on a freeway, walking outside was dangerous because of the traffic. […] The clerk who admitted us was very nice and helpful but the one we saw the next morning was extremely rude and unhelpful. The room was dirty, the bed was clean and comfortable. The was actually very quiet. It was very convenient to our seminar. Still, I would never stay there again or recommend it to a friend becajuse of the location and the general cleanliness of the room. Also, the fare at breakfast was very meager, no fresh fruit or juice. Nothing very nutritional at all. Coffee even was awful. I never could find the ice machine. I am sorry not to be able in all good consience to write anything more positive. Mehr

When my daughter pulled the covers back, there was no bed cover and the sheets had what looked like someone had blew their nose on it. When I left (2hrs after checking in), the front desk told me to take it up w/ hotels.com. I called Hotels.com and they tried to resole but the manager stated that I left the next morning and didn't check out. Good thing […] I kept my check out. Now I have to deal w/ Super8 inc. to get a refund. Will post the pics on news web site next. Mehr

We were delighted to find the Super 8 a few minutes from the site of our meetings in Oklahoma City. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We'll be back!

It's a great motel. Was pretty much clean, no odd smells, dripping water or anything. Is close to the highway which can be a little noisy. Staff was especially friendly. The breakfast isnt much, but a Dunkin Donuts is right down the road. For the price, its highly recommended. Superb.

When room was cleaned, towels were replaced with some towels that had permant black stains in them and looked like they were as old as the hotel. This was a permenate turn-off. I would not ever give someone something like this t clean their boby with.

Great choice for a low price very close to OCU.

I stay here on business travel a couple times a month. The rooms are very clean, everything is updated. The bathroom is above average for similar priced hotels. My room had a microwave and mini fridge but I don't think all of them do so you might want to ask. The staff is very nice and helpful. The free breakfast includes cereal, bagel, or donut with […] coffee, juice, and milk. It's a very convenient location on 44 and May and about a mile to Penn Sq mall and Northwest Expy. It's a very good value and I look forward to staying here many more nights. Mehr

This motel was not at all what I hoped to find. It was located in a very ghetto neighborhood. The beds were small and decor out-dated. The continental breakfast was extrememly lacking and only consists of donuts and coffee. For my Soccer Team, needing nutrition before a game, we ended up having to go somewhere else for breakfast, which was not in the […] budget! Mehr

Upon checkin in, I requested to have a room furthest away from the highway due to noise. I was granted the request. Found out the room I was checkin into was being maintenance. They checked me in the room next door, that following night, the office called me at MIDNIGHT assuming I was in the wrong room. They had never changed the papers that I was in […] the room next door to the orignal room they had me check into. The front desk was rude and never apologized for waking the entire room at MIDNIGHT. It was the worst experience ever, I would not recommend staying here. Mehr

The room was very good. Had problems with the microwave in the room. It did not work for some reason. Other than that, was well pleased with how I was taken care of with my room and the conditions at first with the room keys and doors. They went to every effort that I know to make sure my stay was taken care of. Thank you hotel.com

The one ice machine did not work. I got ice at the Day's Inn next door. The shower did not work well and the room was very shabby. I would not stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. The room had new carpet and very clean. We will stay there again.

If you want a neighborhood where you wouldn't be afraid of being robbed or people knocking on your door for money, then do NOT stay here!! WAsn't there long enough to find out about quality of hotel service. In the room, the floor was soaked right in front of the vanity. But the room LOOKED clean. At least it didn't have BEDBUGS!!!!!

First off, I got to the hotel late at night and I had to wait outside in the hot weather because they have a night window. They lock the lobby at 11pm (even though it was only after 10). It took 20 minutes to check in the 2 people in front of me. Then when i got up there, they did not have the type of room I ordered (non-sm King). They offered me a […] Smoking King or a non-smoking double-queen. When in the room, the air conditioner was missing a knob, so we were unable to control the thermostat and froze. There was a used washcloth on the showerrod. There was no place to park because they were re-doing the parking lot, and the place smelled like hot oil the entire stay because of this. Then there was a loud set of people above us (which wasn't their fault, but added to the bad experience). To top it off, the "Breakfast" was just Krispy Kreme donuts that I saw being brought in at 10pm the night before. I hate KK donuts. The free breakfast was essentially the main reason I booked here, so that was bad. The shower fixtures were falling off and very old and the remote control didn't work. There was one face washcloth - 2 face towels, 2 bath towels. When requesting more we were told there were no more - so she gave us 2 more bars of soap and 2 bottles of shampoo. There was no TV remote control in the room. When we requested one we were told they didn't have any more. The bathroom was not clean - carpet had not been shapooed. We were VERY impressed with the manager, John. He was helpful during our entire stay, making sure we had directions when needed, seeing that we had everything needed for the continental breakfast, never acting as if our requests were a bother and in general just a very cheeful, helpful person. He is the main reason we would stay at this particular location […] if we are ever back in the area. He is truly an asset to Super 8! Mehr

I stayed here for a weekend event when the main hotel I wanted to stay at was booked solid. Very inexpensive in price but as you know ,you get what you pay for in the small motels and that's what you get here. The room was adequate and pretty much clean with the exception of the floor which needed a good vacuum and probably a shampoo. The main problem […] with the room was no water pressure in the shower. I asked the front desk several times to send someone to fix it , I checked in on Friday and by the time someone came by it was Sunday and they couldn't fix it. Evidently the whole hotel had this problem which didn't make me feel and reflected badly on them. Needless to say, I took a shower with barely enough water pressure to rinse. The staff were nice enough but requests for maintenance shouldn't take 2 days. Like I said though you get what you pay for here. The hotel is close to restaurants and the fairgrounds. As i was there for a rodeo - this hotel was in a great location for a short drive to the arena. The nightlife around the hotel is fun with several bars within a few miles. I would recommend it to others only because it is cheap ,close to alot of nightlife and you can usually get a room at the last minute. If they would just fix it up a little and improve the parking areas ,this place would get a higher rating from me. If you are thinking about staying there and just want a basic room with nothing special ,this place is ok. Mehr

Not bad, you get what you pay for. Not sure where other reviewers are from but this place really isn't in a "bad part of town".

I wouldn't stay at another Super 8 Motel. Although affordable, the motel was in a not-so-desirable neighborhood. There was a moldy odor to the room. There were also a lot of shady people just milling about... walking around, checking things out. Kept an eye on my car as a result. There was speedy internet though.

This is an older hotel and could use some work. This was a great choice for the price and in close proximity to the event that we were attending. There is another hotel that adjoins and it is located next to a highway, so the noise during the day is noticable, but no problems at night. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. While the hotel was alright; the location was not. It was right off the interstate; but the entrance was not marked; too busy an area.
