All-in-all, the hotel stay was very good. Only a smoking room was available at the time of my reservation and I took it because I needed to be in the general area where the hotel was located. To my surprise, the odor of smoke was almost unbearable. The hotel was full so there were o other rooms, but I accepted a smoking room to begin with. Not only was staff rude, they never cleaned our room once. Every morning our towels were removed from our hotel, with no replacements and no upkeep to the room. Not to mention there was a cockroach the size of a hockey puck on our bed.

I could not have had a better stay. Location was everything on this trip.I was one mile from my favorite golf coarse in the Mesquite area. I was about the same distance from my best friends house. We were also conviniently close to my two brothers' hotels . The rooms were clean and well maintained during our three night stay.The staff were very friendly […] and genuinely kind and they seemed to care about their guest. It was a good feeling--- a sense of trust that they were there to serve your needs.The price was the icing on the cake and I am the kind of guy that likes a nice room at a nice price.I got all that I could ask for more!!!! I would rate this stay as an above average accommodation. I have spent a lot of nights in hotels related to high school and college activities with the last of six graduating high school. The reservation process was easy and quick. Check in and out was a snap with the online process. We checked-in after midnight and still had a choice of restuarants […] to grab a bite. Man at check in was very nice and accomodating. Somebody in the room next to me opened and closed their door about 50 times. I think it was a kid playing with the lock. Only thing about hotel is the noise from the interstate.

Bed was really nice and the room was fine. There is a lot of restaurants around but it's awkward to get to them from the hotel since you have to do a double U-turns across busy highways to reach them. Breakfast was literally very sweet. Overall everything was fine. Only 2 bed pillows were provided for 2 people and it would have been nice to have had more pillows. Also, the breakfast is terribly lacking - only corn flakes and packaged pastries. Front desk staff was very friendly!

We stayed here when visiting the Dallas Zoo and the Arboretum. It has easy access to the interstate. The manager on duty was very friendly and the rooms were okay.

Easy check and check. Staff was helpful. The AC at the room was so noisy and you cannot open the window because it is noisy outside near the I 30. Breakfast was disappointing. Old muffins, cereal and coffee. Over all, it was good stay.

staff was excel. went out of way to make sure we were happy. Good location, this is my second time to stay there, rooms were clean, a and will stay again. the one bad thing is they dont have a pool.

We booked the stay here because of the distance locations we were to see. The bedding and furniture were dated but the room was very clean. Considering we were next to the highway it was extremely quiet. The bed was super comfy. I also loved the fact it was both smoking and non smoking facility. The customer service was excellent, check-in was fast […] and easy. They offered the cntinental breakfast but we over slept both days so we didn't get to try that. We recieved way more than what we paid for so I would recommend staying here to all who ask. Mehr

For a quick stop for a overnight stay for business this place did the job. The room was clean and there were no bed bugs (I did a bed check before settling in). If I was going to be down in that area again and needed a hotel to stay for a night, I would come again.

We were visiting friends in Mesquite, TX for the Fourth of July Holiday weekend and they recommended this hotel for the convenience (just 2 miles from where they lived) and affordibility. We just slept in the hotel and spent the days and evenings wiith our friends. The hotel is right on the highway.
