Wir waren 5 Tage in Las Vegas im Trump. Das Hotel hat die 5 Sterne absolut verdient. Es liegt etwas abseits vom Strip, ist sehr ruhig und hat kein Casino, was uns besonders gefallen hat. Daher auch eine Nichtraucherunterkunft. Shuttel zum Caesars Pallace alle 15min, ansonsten ist man aber auch zu Fuss gleich am Strip und kann bequem durch die Fashion Show mall flanieren. Uns hat es super gefallen. Das Hotel erhebt allerdings eine Ressort-Gebühr von 25$ pro Tag. Damit ist aber Internet etc. inklusive.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht, ruhig und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich, leider wurde bei unseren 2 Übernachtungen nach der ersten Nacht wohl vergessen unser Zimmer zu reinigen, ok gibt schlimmeres, man kann ja die Handtücher auch 2x benutzen und da man in Vegas eh erst spät zurück ins Zimmer kommt, gehts halt mal in ein ungemachtes Bett. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel wird zur Zeit umgebaut, wir haben davon aber nichts mitbekommen, das Zimmer war schön ruhig. Da man direkt in der Freemont Street wohnt, kann man, sofern man nicht auf den Vegas Strip möchte, sein Auto stehen lassen und auch mal ein paar Drinks mehr zu sich nehmen. Die Freemont Street hat sich noch ein wenig den ursprünglichen Charme und Charakter von Vegas erhalten, es gibt hier sogar noch einige Casinos, wo man noch mit Münzen in den Slotmachines spielen kann. Wer mehr als nur 1-2 Nächte in Vegas verbringt, sollte sich diesen Teil der Stadt unbedingt auch mal anschauen, es lohnt sich. Wir würden beim nächsten Vegas Aufenthalt in diesem Hote auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten

Siena Suites liegt in Flughafennähe in Las Vegas (East Las Vegas) sowie in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeiten: Sam Boyd Stadium, Ethel M Chocolates Factory und Ethel M Botanical Cactus Gardens. Galleria at Sunset ist eine weitere in der Nähe gelegene Sehenswürdigkeit.
Ausstattung
Zum Freizeitangebot der Unterkunft Siena Suites gehören: 2 Außenpools, Whirlpool und Fitnessmöglichkeiten. Ein kostenloser Highspeed-Internetzugang per Kabel steht in den öffentlichen Bereichen zur Verfügung. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten für Geschäftsreisende zählen Businesscenter (rund um die Uhr geöffnet) und Konferenzraum. Wir befanden uns eine Woche bei Siena Suites in Las Vegas. Die Reinigung erfolgte nur sporatisch und dann auch sehr schlecht. Tiolettenpapier und Hantuecher wurden nie nachgefuellt. Laut FRONTDESK waeren diese Mangelware!!! Wir mussten jeden Tag beim FRONTDESK welche holen. Der Boden wurde nie gesaugt. Auch nach einer Beschwerde beim Management hat […] sich nichts geaendert. Das Hotel Siena Suites liegt verkehrsgünstig in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage in Las Vegas. somit eignet es sich vorzüglich für Ausflüge zum Lake Mead, Las Vegas Strip, Las Vegas Speedway und Boulder City /Hoover Damm. Der Service dieses sog. Long Stay Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, und es bietet eine voll eingerichtet Küche im Wohnbereich. Die Zimmer sind […] sehr gut gedämmt zu den Nachbarn. "Ruhig und preiswert"
Nicht zentral, dafür aber überraschend ruhig! Da man in Las Vegas ohne Fahrzeug ohnehin nicht auskommt, ist die Lage etwas außerhalb nicht dramatisch und durch den Vorteil der Ruhe mehr als aufgewogen. Familienfreundlich & preiswert!

Hatten ein Zimmer in Block 12, dieser gehört offensichtlich zu den neu gebauten, war zwar etwas weiter zu Rezeption aber dafür alles nagelneu. Sehr groszügige Räume (Wohnzimmer mit Essküche und ein separates Schlafzimmer sowie ein Bad mit Dusche) je ein Fernseher im Wohn - und Schlafzimmer. Megaschnelle Internetverbindung über Netzwerkkabel (gibts an […] der Rezeption, aber besser selbst eins mitnehmen) ist inclusieve. Entfernung zum Bellagio ca.13 km. Schöner Pool (unbeheizt) und ein Jakuzi (ca.35°C), dieses Zimmer hat mindestens 3 Sterne verdient. Mehr
"Siena Suites günstig und gut bei Kurzaufenthalt"
Das Hotel hatte mit Abstand das beste Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Las Vegas Mitte September 2011. Es liegt günstig am Boulder Drive, wo sich diverse Wohnmobilvermieter befinden. Eine kostengünstige Buslinie hält unweit des Hotels, auch lässt sich die Morgen- und Abendverpflegung einfach bewerkstelligen, nur ein paar Minuten Gehweg entfernt. Vom Flughafen […] her kostet ein Taxi etwa 37,- Dollar (schnellste Route). In den Wohnungen selbst ist zwar eine komplette Küche vorhanden, jedoch weder Geschirr, Kochtopf oder Besteck. Wie gesagt, man muss nur ein paar Meter laufen, da gibt es Essbares aller Art. Etwas mühselig war die mehrfach notwendige Reklamation der nicht funktionierenden Room Key Card, das war aber auch schon das einzige Negative. Klimaanlagen der eingebauten Bauart sind ziemlich üblich und eben nicht gerade sehr leise, damit muss man leben können. Wir können die Wahl empfehlen, da das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut super war. Mehr
"Top Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis"
Schöne Suiten-Hotel-Anlage mit Swimmingpools ca. 15 Autominuten vom Strip entfernt. Die Infrastruktur ist zwar nicht brandneu, genügt aber den normalen Bedürfnissen allemal. Alles ist sauber und gut gewartet. Für preisbewusste Reisende sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel Appartement war sauber, huebsch, in einer guten Gegend und leicht zu erreichen. Wuerde jederzeit wieder hingehen. Die Leute waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Lage, um auf einfachem Weg auf den Strip zu gelanden.

"Would stay there again"
Our room was clean, it was as quiet as any other hotel. Staff were very friendly. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy but many parts of LV are. I did not see one cockroach and my feet were not black from the carpet but dear LORD - the bed was the hardest thing I have ever slept on. I was in town for several days of business. This "apartment" layout let me spread out in the evenings and have the kitchen area be my office. I was also able to eat in thanks to the microwave and fridge. Very helpful when out for an extended period of time. "Great room, especially for the price!"
I just needed to stay the night, but I wish I had stayed the entire week. The room was a small apartment with full-sized refridgerator and stove/oven. Staff was friendly.

"Close to airport"
This hotel was clean but old and needed updating. My biggest complaint was the pool water was very hot. It was 95 degrees when we arrived and we were so looking forward to a cool dip in the pool. However, when we entered the pool it was more like a hot tub. Not refreshing at all.

"Sienna Suites"
I was in Henderson for a Triathlon Training camp. Having a kitchenette in the room was fabulous and essential to all the food needed for fuel. the only disappointment of the room was that the NON smoking room REEKED of cigarette smoke. I guess at an extended stay facility, there are bound to be rule/law breakers, but it was pungent the first night. […] only dissipated after leaving a window open the entire stay. Mehr

"Siena Suites - mixed review"
We stayed in a large one bedroom suite. It was clean and had a full kitchen, including a dishwasher. The pool area and laundry room were also clean and nice-looking. The price was incredible. But....the service was pretty bad. We asked for help with the internet and were told by four different people (including tech support) that maintenance would […] come to fix our port (the internet is only wired-in). No one ever came. In 3 nights our room was only cleaned once. When I mentioned the internet upon checking out, one of the 4 people who told me that maintenance would come asked "why didn't you come tell me?" Also, if you plan to cook in your suite, bring all pots, pans, dish soap, towels, utensils and dishes you will need. Only a tiny coffee pot is provided. So, if you're willing to be pretty self-sufficient, these sweets are very inexpensive and have a lot to offer. If you like to be pampered or even given basic service, go elsewhere. Mehr

"SCARYYY!!!"
We checked in and 2 hours later we checked out. Felt very unsafe, people coming and going and who knows, for what? Maybe if they had security walking the place it would become a better, safe hotel, but until then??
"reservation mishap"
I booked three rooms for my daughter's birthday. I was prompted to add the name of someone that was going to be in the room - so I did. At check-in staff could only locate my two original rooms and I had to book another room on the second day. Check in name should be reservation name :-(

My family and I wanted to stay away from the strip. So we loved the location. The room price was great. We had 2- 2bd room suites, both where clean..beds need to be replaced, but ok for a couple of nights.

"Siena Suites - Henderson"
Good place for a one nite stay. Price was great!! We had a non smoking room which had been smoked in but other than that it served our purpose. Don't eat next door at the bar - yuk!! Hotel staff were right on.

I had previously stayed at another extended place further up Boulder Highway, where I was very disappointed in the poor maintenance, but this place was a breath of fresh air compared to that one. I really can't complain about anything... The room was clean, there was a TV in each room, the wired Internet worked well, they lent me an ethernet cable for […] it, the bed was comfortable, the thermostat worked well. There was a good refrigerator, microwave, stove, and even dishwasher. Unfortunately, they don't provide anything in the way of plates, cups, silverware, pans, etc. (The shabby place up the road did.) we picked this hotel because we needed a seperate room for our 18 month old to take naps. this place is an extended stay hotel. we got the 2 bed room. one bedroom, then a kitchen and living room and another bedroom on the other side. it worked great. we also picked this hotel because it was one of the few places that had a heated pool. it wasn't hot […] enough yet to not have a heated pool. this place worked great for us. This hotel is not what is was advertized to be..for starters it is nowhere near Green Valley or the shopping but most importantly, it was gross, dirty, and in a pretty shady location. Oh, and did I mention that it is an extended stay hotel? Many of the residents there were interesting to say the least. The carpet was so dirty I wouldn't let my kids […] take their shoes off and we just prayed that we wouldn't come home with bedbugs. We stayed one night out of our weekend getaway and then left early the next morning. It was definitely not what I was expecting and I would never stay there again or recommend it. The one bright spot was that the manager was a nice guy and tried to make the accommadations a little nicer after I complained when we were put into a room that had burn holes in the drapes, black stains on the floor and couches, and smelled like raid... "A Hotel Disguised As An Apartment Complex . . ."
Maybe it's me, but I could not help feeling I was staying at an Apartment Complex, not a Hotel in Las Vegas. Rooms look to be recently redone (paint / tile work), but furnishings are low grade, with the bed being the worst part of my stay (old and way to hard). Let's hope that they plan on UpGrading furnishings PRONTO! Also, many people appear to be […] living here, not just staying for a night or two like most travelers. If you're moving to Las Vegas and need a place to stay for a few weeks or months, then maybe this will work for you. Mehr
"Low Grade"
The beds were hard as a rock. The first room we had the bathroom was hospital style & the door to tub area opened & blocked off sink area completely. Then moved to another room & listened to children running all night across the floor above us. Free Internet there is a total joke!
"Good Size Room"
Was quite surprised on the size of my room and the kitchenette. For the price of the room I couldn't beat the cleanliness. My only grip and as most hotels in this price range are having taller pillows. The ones in this room were pretty flat and lets face it you are there from 6-10 hours on that bed so you might as well be comfortable.

Good deal for the money...but they definitely need to clean the carpets (our son's feet were black after walking around barefoot for a few minutes....yuck! Won't let him do that again....). The beds were not very comfortable, and we had to ask for extra blankets as they don't have any comforters on the beds.
