After getting screwed out of my initial room (Hampton Inn Palm Desert) I was able to get a cheaper room at the Hilton. The front desk was professional and helpful, the room was nice, and it met or beat all of my expectations. I wished I had booked here to begin with. We found the Hotel Staff very nice and friendly. The rooms and grounds were nice. We were only inconvenienced by the employee who told us it was pet friendly. This hotel is does not allow pets and we were very clear when we called the number listed on the Hotel.com sute that we were bringing a dog. Upon arrival they allowed us to bring our dog in for […] the visit because he is a retired service dog. We enjoyed our stay but because we travel with a dog will not be able to go there again. Mehr

the main complaint was the bathroom had no electric vent. caused the room to smell from all the condensation in the shower. I thought it was a law that all internal bathrooms with no window had to have a vent to keep the odors and fog removed. the hotel did not provide a room deodorizer either.The second nite was very noisy with someone banging on a […] door at 1:00 in the morning. I was a little annoyed when we arrived at 1 and they told us that not a single room was empty because all guests from the previous night that were checking out had requested late check out. They let us change in the bathroom and lay by the pool until our room was ready though. Bed was comfortable, room was decent size and clean. The staff was able to direct us to the local Catholic church as well as to the restaurants in the area. Facilities are well maintained and comfortable. The poll is designed to do laps as well as wading.

I usually stay at the Hilton when traveling. Disappointed that I did not recieve Honors Points because of booking through on line agency which gave better rates.

The hotel bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever tried to sleep in. The mattress should be relegated to the junk yard. BCR

This is a beautiful hotel. Conveniently located near all stores and the staff was top notch.

We found this to be a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. There was a nice pool, good exercise facility (better than most hotels) and the location was very convenient. We could walk to many restaurants and The River Mall. We would stay here again.

My husband & I were staying there over the New Year Weekend because I had a Procedure on my back. The Hotel was so busy over the Holiday weekend & was booked the day before we got there. The sweet lady at the Front Desk not only let us check in early, due to me feeling VERY SORE, she also gave us a FREE upgrade, because the maids couldn't get to the […] room we had booked. We'll definatly be back, & will also recommend the Hilton Garden Inn- Palm Springs- to all our friends who travel through, going to the Desert. Tahnk - You!!!!!!! Mehr

Rooms nice and comfortable, clean, reasonable price compared to other places in the area. Mainly used for sleep and shower, did not use pool or take advantage of other amenities. It seemed overall a very nice place!

I would have preferred a better option for room service. The website made it seem like this hotel actually had a restaurant with the availability of room service on site, it did not.

First room we were given smelled of smoke, despite this being a non-smoking property. We had to wait almost an hour, but another king room finally became available and the staff treated us to a free breakfast for our trouble. That's the RIGHT move. Been there many times and will return.

The PSHG was excellent. From the minute you enter the lobby until the day you leave, you truly feel like a part of the Hilton Family. We try to stay only at Hilton Chains as the accommodations and staff in our opinion are always courteous, professional, wanting to make sure you do feel like you are at "home" away from "home". We can not say anything […] negative, only positive & can't wait for our next holiday in 2012 to spend more time with our "Hilton Family". Mehr

Room is comfortable and spacious, but the Internet did not work as were were far away from the front desk. Also, once the cleaning crew started working in the morning, the smell in the hallway from the chemicals was very strong.

This hotel has become my regular destination during Thanksgiving week and I highly recommend it. The staff is friendly, the hotel very clean, good food at the restaurant and abundant parking. I particularly enjoy the close proximity (a one-block walk) to "The River" , an open-air shopping, restaurant, movie theater complex with the main theme being […] a man-made river that runs through it. Nice Oasis for a very steamy summer. It is in the middle of everywhere you want to go to when visiting the Desert.

My children and I stay at this Hilton 2-3 times a year to visit my mother in Palm Desert. The rooms are comfortable, nothing fancy. It is quiet, the pool is nice and there is a gym and a mini-fridge in the room. The room we were recently in had a really loud AC unit. But that is the only thing I would complain about. I give this place a thumbs up on the strength of customer service. Every staff member was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We actually had to switch rooms. The first room had a hole in the shower wall, and little bugs were crawling around. We notified them and they immediately moved us to another room. The hotel is a bit far from anything substantial, […] but if you don't mind driving around it's really not that big a deal. We opted for the casino credit which made our hotel dirt cheap. we stayed here for weekend and was very happy with the room. nice location, great pool alittle 2 warm for me, but very nice. only thing that would make it nicer would b include breakfast with room stay.

I was a guest of this hotel from July 3-4, 2011. I just wanted to let you know how very pleased I was with the staff of this hotel during my stay. When I arrived the room was cleaned perfectly, and the hotel maid and the desk staff were unfailingly charming and helpful. A stay away from home is much more pleasant when the hotel employees make everything […] go smoothly and comfortably. If I ever return to Palm Springs, I will be sure to stay in this hotel again. Can't complain for the price. The hotel is actually nice, but was disappointed this time in the service. Couldn't locate reservation after 20 minutes and my travel agents call with confirmation hotel located it. Maid did not change or provide enough toilet paper and the TV didn't work. Had to call maintence twice to fix. Just a disappointment because […] I know the hotel to be much better than this. All in all, you still can't beat the price for what you got. Mehr

Our stay was perfect. Friendly staff, early check in, super comfy beds. Fantastic location, excellent air conditioning........only one complaint.........teeny tiny pool towels........luckily we brought our own. We loved it!!!

This is pretty much the worst hotel we stayed in. Our room smelled. The pool was not clean, the towels were so small you had to use 5 of them to cover your chair. Over priced. Great location and close to everything but the room, lobby, pool - everything was horrible.

Room smelled like smoke and so did the bedding.

This was a good value for the money. The staff was friendly, and the little restaurant serves a nice breakfast. The wait-staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, but in a nice, professional way.

This was just a quick overnight stop. Everything was great.
