Great customer service! Clean rooms. We loved that the hot tub and pool are open 24 hours a day. Not just your average continental breakfast...can you say WAFFLE MAKER?! For the money we will definitely be booking again when visiting Summit County.

the rooms were very nice, we had no complaints. we were just traveling through and needed a place to sleep. the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast area allows us to get hey jump in the morning.

We stayed a single night although we were booked for two consecutive nights there at the Days Inn. We had requested a nonsmoking room, on a nonsmoking floor. Most hotels these days have such a set up. Days Inn clearly did not because our room must have had a smoker in the room before us. Although the sheets had been changed, and the room scrubbed and […] carpet vaccumed you could still smell the smoke and ash in the duvets and the carpets. My wife is extremely allergic, but since we had checked in we made the best of it. You do what you gotta do! Further into the evening, I realized I had forgotten my toothbrush. My wife went downstairs to ask for one. The clerk apparenly was asleep and it took four tries to rouse him, at which time he asked my wife if she was checking in. When she said no, he sat there and she had to ask twice more for a toothbrush. The clerk was extremely red eyed, disoriented. He bumped into a wall after nearly falling out of his chair. The next morning we asked if we could please cancel the rest of our stay. We were informed that any refunds had to be taken up through hotels.com. Although the clerk said the manager wasn't on site (which bothered us) that we could email them. After calling hotels.com and explaining our situation they got on the phone with the hotel and a few minutes later we got a refund for the night we were not going to be spending at the hotel. We had no problems paying for the evening we did stay, but due to allergies and questionable overnight attendant service we decided it was best to try elsewhere. We will not be staying at the Days Inn at Silverthorn, but given the outstanding service through hotels.com we will be booking with them again! Thanks Cherry at the Customer Service Line! This hotel is in need of updating, which they are planning on doing in the summer (their off peak time). The building it self just felt run down. The breakfast area was small for the number of people they had staying there. Parking was very tight, enough so that I parked next door, because the only parking was in a fairly secluded and dark area. The hotel was okay for what it cost. I feel that it could use some serious updating with better maintenance. Each day on my stay I had the maids come in and clean the room. However, detail was not their top priority. The never caught the burger wrapper that was on the floor next to the bed. Not in plain sight, but if you're vacuuming, you'd see. Even […] if you're making the bed you would see. Bathroom was extremely small. The "pool" is nothing more than a 2" deep wading pool. Why even have a pool I ask? Hot tub was too hot and the floor had sand or something in the corner. Something you wouldn't notice unless you got stuck in the corner. However, it was convenient and easy to find. You're close to the I70 which was nice and the breakfast was decent. They also allow pets and have an elevator. Staff was friendly and helpful. So as long as you don't have kids that are really looking forward to a pool and your only looking for somewhere to sleep. It works well. Mehr

Not bad for the price, the pool isn't much, no shuttle service and you have to drive for any night life but it was clean and close to skiing.

Not such a bad hotel,BUT.....man could they clean the HOTTUB!!!! I could not see my legs it was so cloudy. The rooms were very clean although it smelled like someone smoked in our NON smoking room and the cleaning staff had to use Pinesol to cover up the old smoke smell. The bed however was clean and very comfortable and for a quick Ski trip to sleep […] over and maybe walk next door to the Old Chicago to watch the Aves play some hockey not such a bad place to stay for the night. If you have to stay longer do yourself a favor and look into V.R.B.O and find some friends to spit the cost..... Take antibacetrial soap if you use that NASTY hot tub... Mehr

Great place to stay for skiing in Keystone and Breck--they allow dogs which is great for us. The room was clean and quiet. The pool is small which was disappointing for my daughter, but other than that, nice hotel.

Not the nicest place to stay but really convenient if you need to stay in the mountains instead of drive back 70 to Denver. 24 hour hot tub is nice, close to the Dam Brewery and easy check-in check-out. Pet fee is cheaper than any other hotel I've seen in the area.

Went there with family for a ski weekend. The pool is fun for the kids. We could not wait to go outside to get fresh air. Inside the air feels very heavy. Beds are not comfortable. Old building. The front desk was very friendly. Not sure if we are going back. You can get better places nearby for only $ 10,00 more.

unfortenately I can not recommend this hotel at all - location and parking was good - the room was smoking although non smoking was requested with small kids - after room change and additional charge we got new room, where ceiling was leaking during the night, also noicy hotel - tv was agent and wlan did not work because receptionist had no clue of […] password - this is okay hotel for one start rating, 2-stars is too much, naturally quite cheap hotel... The people above kept us up tiil the wee hours of the morning by stomping. The wooden stairs below our room were very noisy as people walked up and down. The girl at check in was very unfriendly and acted like she'd rather not be there. At breakfast there was no coffee and the counter was splattered with waffle batter as she sat playing games or texting […] on her cell phone. She never said welcome or thank you. Mehr

Stayed here because we had three days for boarding, and wanted to decide which resort to go to each morning. The breakfast starts at 6AM, which is perfect, and they have a TV right in the lobby so you can check the weather report. They have a huge hottub that is open 24-7, and the rooms are basic but clean. Liked the waffle iron--fresh fruit--ample coffeee, muffins and bagels. Worth it. Breakfast in lobby space with a fire going--nice atmosphere. Would stay again.

It had a very nice complimentry breakfast - the kids liked making their own waffles. Overall nice stay.

The hotel is in a great location - a little close to the highway but otherwise great. The room was clean, breakfast good, and 24 hour hot tub, pool, and sauna were amazing perks. The only downside is that about 1/3 of the rooms are smoking and made the whole hallway smell. Our 3 night stay at Silverthornes Days Inn was definitely perfect for the price. Parking was plentiful. Location easy to get to off I70. Close enough to Breck and Keystone but not as expensive! Clean room, good tv channels, great hot tub. Plentiful breakfast. Quiet and warm.

This hotel is substandard in many ways. The room was dirty, and the service and location only average. I would not stay here for more than one night unless you simply can't afford any other options.

Hotel needs major renovation, beds were terrible, room in disrepair, not worth half the price.

Great location, clean and quiet- fantastic value.

This a fine place to rest your head for the night. They serve a continental breakfast which includes a waffle maker. It was good. Service was good. The place needs some repairs here and there. What I really like was the location. It was close to I-70 and close to the shopping Outlets. There is also a river that runs through the outlets so get a fishing […] license while your wife shops! We were booked into this hotel for 2 nights, but only stayed 1. Reception smelt badly, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the bath had permanent black footprints on the bottom, the milk available at breakfast had gone sour. We talked to the reception after breakfast, they did not have another room available at the time and we would have had to wait […] until late afternoon to see if they had something suitable. As we had booked through Hotels.com we were told we could not cancel or get a refund. My husband asked to speak to a manager, there was not one available on site. We were then offered the opportunity to go next door to La Quinta, which is part of the same chain. We went next door and were much happier, with the staff, the feel of the place, the room we were given was much more comfortable. was told Iwould get a non smoking room...the room smelled badly of smoke..we asked for air freshener...the maids, I guess couldn't understand the language of America and said have none. Tv kept turning off even after we checked the snooze stuff...there was a light out in the bathroom. Kid that checked us in could of cared less about our concerns. This hotel could use a renovation, but it's not terrible. If you have little children crawling on the floor you might want to reconsider, otherwise it's ok. The staff were helpful with a roll away. The pool is tiny - only 2 feet deep and very small. It was ok for what we needed it for, but I would look for something else next time.

Booked a night following the Warrior Dash in Copper Mountain. The bathtub floor was black & moldy underneath the mat (or maybe it was an overlay on the tub because of the mold?). Requested a non-smoking room and they put us in a smoking room (possibly because they DID let us check in early). Everything was in poor repair, smelled awful and that moldy […] tub was the worst! Don't know if this was just because it was summer season or what....but it was pretty gross! kind of an old tired hotel in need of a facelift. If all you are doing is sleeping here it will do. Breakfast has room for improvement. I wouldn't stay here for more than one night.

The stay was very relaxing. My 5 year old kept calling it our apartment. She started crying because we had to leave. Our family loved the experience.

Employees could be a little bit friendly. They don't make the visitors fell welcome.
