The hotel staff was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Having a room with a chair and sofa separate from the bedroom was nice. Very convenient location to get to the Masters. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here passing through from Atlanta to charleston, sc. We arrived late, since we left after work on a Thursday. The check in was pretty easy for a late arrival, since we prepaid. I did request a room not on the ground floor, but that is exactly where we were. However, we were too tired to really care. The next morning, I woke up late (after […] arriving close to 2am) and threw on clothes to go to the continental breakfast. This was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. When I arrived at 9:45, the lights were out and the whole breakfast, except for a few Danishes, was packed away. All literature in the hotel clearly said breakfast was served until 10am. I was really unhappy about this. The woman on staff who was packing up was nice enough, when asked, to grab me a couple of bananas and apples. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and met our needs very well -- it allowed the night owl to stay up and watch TV in the bedroom while I shut the door to the bedroom and slept soundly on the pullout sofa. The breakfast included a nice variety of options - waffles, sausage and biscuits, yogurt, fruit, etc. Close to the interstate, […] it was an ideal base for getting a good, affordable night's sleep and then driving to Augusta in the morning. This property was clean and quiet. The breakfast room was a nice size with a good variety of choices. The one bedroom king suite was comfortable and in excellent condition. The A/C would run a bit cold before cutting off, but that's only a minor thing.

We were moved to a location much farther out than we were suppose to be at. Don't know why. They just said that hotel.com did it. We had to back track. which wasn.t fun and was more costley for gas. Our son was graduating at Ft. Jackson.

Everyone was very nice, and helpful. I enjoyed my stay immensly.

My spouse and I really enjoyed staying here. The only thing we did not like was the breakfast. However, I did get the King suite and that was nice since my spouse does snore.

Very impressed. The beds were very comfortable. Easy access to the Univ. of South Carolina. Everyone very pleasant and willing to please. Planning another visit in November.

Stay at carlsons in different locations. This room was def more than what I expected.

Friendly staff; clean rooms; good breakfast; close to all freeways and highways. My husband loves Waffle House and so other meals besides breakfast was within walking distance. We will definately be back whereever in the area again.

We have stayed here twice while visiting USC. Rooms were clean, staff is friendly and helpful and breakfast is good. All around it is a really good hotel for the price.

This is one of the closest lodging to the CAE airport and it is what it is. Not a very high end place but clean and convenient. About 8 miles from downtown and a drive to most things you'd want to see. It's reasonably priced and is good for a night or so. I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay. Very nice Hotel to stay with my family for two nights. Breakfast was just the standard fare, but the hostess was nice and the food good. The staff of the hotel were all nice and accomidating.

This hotel was conveniently located and had a nice pool and breakfast. The air conditioner did not work in our room but luckily it wasn't too hot and we didn't change rooms.

This hotel is safely tucked away from hight traffice, but a great location. Rooms are quiet & comfortable. This is my 2nd stay and I would definitely come back. Highly Recommend!!

We only stayed one night while in transit to our final location. The staff was very pleasant and the room was very clean.

Very close to the airport which was important to me. Close to gas and I-26 for those early AM flights. This is my second time in a Country Inn and while the staff are always so friendly, I always feel like the way the rooms are situated that things can get a little noisy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I knew to travel in that area. It was a cute, comfortable, clean and enjoyable place to stay. I especially liked the rocking chairs on the front porch. (I am from Portland. Do you call them "porches" down there? lol

I was very happy with the hotel, the staff, the price, etc. It is located in a quiet area but close enough to the downtown attractions and Fort Jackson. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful with questions about the area. My bigest problem was with the order related to old cigerette smoke in my room.

Hotel appears to be new and very near the Columbia airport. Good value.

Room was clean and comfortable. Indoor pool was small but the water was warm! Pool enclosure was too hot - could have better ventilation! Breakfast was great! Offered fresh cooked waffles (do it yourself). I would recommend this hotel.

We booked this stay for a stopover while traveling. This hotelier does not allow cancellations or changes on the day of the stay, even early morning. We discovered that we could be further along in our trip and did not need to stop, but we were locked in by the cancellation policy. We used this while in the area for the graduation at Fort Jackson. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had absolutely no problems whatsoever and the staff was super. Good breakfast too. We would stay here again for sure!
