This hotel worked perfectly for us. We wanted a location close to the airport but not a huge airport hotel chain. Very small hotel in quiet neighborhood. Local mall is 10 minutes away by foot. We didn't have breakfast but used the complementary transfer to T4 in the morning. Would recommend.

My fiancée and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as we were moving to Madrid. The comments weren't AMAZING, but we took a chance! The hotel was AMAZING. We were upgraded to a suite, it was beautiful. It was only 5 min to the metro stop (not 30 as previously stated), and a treasure on the quiet outskirts of madrid!!!!

booked hotel because it had airport shuttle , when i got there i was told it was only available once a day

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood approximately 10 minutes away from Terminal 1 Barajas Airport. The hotel is modern and clean. Marianna (front desk) was very friendly and helpful.

We got the shuttle bus 'out of hours' with some begging but it should be clearly stated on the internet the hours of service so that planning is made easy. The 200 bus however runs every 20 mins and costs only one euro as we are now aware. This was our second visit. The hotel meal is good value at 13.4 euros if you pay by card and get the proper rate.i.e. […] the money exchanges were offering .97 euro to the pound ! Mehr

Quiet neighbourhood & room. Shuttle is not 24hr., early morning taxi to airport cost 22Euro. Close enough to walk to metro, and then one change to red line for Sol. Front desk was professional, if not a bit stuffy. Room was very clean, though there was a faint trace of cigarette smoke.

Convenient comfortable place to stay before departing for airport only 10 minute plus drive to airport and have shuttle service available rooms were comfortable quiet overall very favorable experience

We enjoyed our stay at the Acis y Galatea! It was very refreshing to stay in a smaller hotel in a community neighborhood such as this. The staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable and the outside terrace was a nice bonus! The staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable and has very good access to the airport. The only thing was that we arrived after midnight and we had no idea of how to enter the hotel but then found that with a knock at the door, someone cam out and gave us the key and information for our stay. We should only have 1 night stay to catch the fly next morning. Shuttle service from hotel was good. We got a room in basement and we didn`t like to stay under ground that why we are not satisfied with the hotel. We have booked room with breakfast. Hotel is ultra modern and should get higher than 3 stars. Close to metro and fantastic road network. Dinner deal at 13.4 euros was good value ( relative to sterling) Madrid is superb and we would put it just behind Paris and next to Berlin altho difficult to compare. We will be going again. The service at the hotel was excellent and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient. There is not a lot in the area, but there are a few restaurants if you want to walk a bit. There is also room service or a restaurant at the hotel and the prices were reasonable and the food was good. If you want to be close to downtown Madrid it might not be […] the right place, but it is located close to the metro and is very convenient for a stay if you are flying out the next day. This hotel was amazing! It is small and quaint but very modern looking. Beds were comfortable and great hot showers and tv and air. The staff was so nice and friendly and willing to help you whenever. Only downside is that it is in a residential area so no hotels or stores right nearby. This is an artsy hotel that would be great (and would probably get more of the clientele it's seeking) in a downtown location. As it is, it's within about 15 minutes' drive of Barajas airport, so it probably gets mainly travelers who need to fly out the next day and don't really appreciate its flair. The hotel's map said it was within 100 meters of […] the Metro, so I took the Metro. Unfortunately, the map is not well drawn, and no one I asked knew exactly where it was, so I ended up walking about a kilometer in various directions, lugging my suitcases! It's in a fairly residential suburb along a major highway, and when I finally found it, it was on a back street behind a strip club! In addition, the reception desk told me the wrong terminal for my airline, so the shuttle dropped me off at Terminal 4 (mostly Iberia Airlines flights), when in fact, I was supposed to go to Terminal 1 -- a 10-minute shuttle ride away. Finally, at 6 euros (as of August 2010), the continental breakfast was definitely overpriced for what you got. So overall, a nice-looking place, but a terrible location. Mehr

The hotel was very reasonable and located about 2.5 miles from the airport for convenience. The room was comfortable and roomy by European standards. We had dinner in the hotel and it was excellent. I very much enjoyed my time at this hotel, but it is real work to get to the center of Madrid from here. It is off the metro, line 5, but the stop is waaay off the beaten path--if you want to be at Principe Pio or Sol, you have some work to get there. I lost a lot of time in commuting. This is a great hotel - very modern and the staff are great. Make sure you call them if flying in they will pick you up and also return you to the airport. We got in late and didn't realize they would pick us up after 10 and took a taxi which was a hassel as they are closer to the airport and the cabbies want the 30 Euro trips - ours was only 15 and […] we had to beg a cabby to drive us. If you really know what Madrid is all about, you will have already noticed the city center hotels and "hostales" are often filled with partying youngsters or close to all-night-partying spots (bars, restaurants, etc.). Thus, if getting the right piece of sleep at night is essential for you and you do not mind relatively long travels with the subway […] (some 20-25 minutes to get to the heart of the city), this is the very spot for you. Not only because of that. The hotel is a small establishment where you are rather unlikely to run across larger groups of tourists. It bears its unique style of a cosy and romantic spot, remote from the usual big city hussle. It is located in the suburbian residential area but the connection to the city center is pretty good and "easy-to-handle" (just one metro line, located some 5 minutes walk away). Despite the quite obsolete exterior of a big, bulky residence, the interior offers a good comfort and displays a real style (it seems one of very few hotels that may claim they really have their own decorative style). When there in warm months, you will enjoy a small garden attached to the house where you can have your breakfast or order some evening bottle of champaign. The free shuttle service to/from Barajas is also a nice add-up service, especially as there is no fixed schedule; it operates upon individual request. The only dubious experience we had when at this hotel was the request on check-in to give them the details of my credit card and sign a special declaration saying they may deduct money from it to cover all damages the hotel guests would cause. This hotel is 15 to 20 minutes away from the nearest metro station. It also claims to have free shuttle service from the airport and back which is not correct. The driver is off on Sundays and 4 hours in the middle of the day for lunch time. Rooms are very small. The hotel is good if you need to wait for your next flight, nothing else.

para mis viajes profesionales esta en lugar tranquilo es bastante confortable y me proporciona la seguridad que preciso puas conduzco un vehiculo industrial y no tengo problemas de aparcamiento

Buen hotel para descansar, desayuno escaso, al elegir tipo de desayuno no nos dieron opción de elegir si dulce o pan. En mayo ya hace calor en Madrid, pero no se puede encender el aire acondicionado pues al parecer no debe de ser independiente el frío del calor con lo que nos toco pasar calor.

Le choix proposé au petit déjeuner laisse à désirer et gâche la note générale de l accueil. c est dommage car l hotel est vraiment agréable.

Todo muy bien aunque el domingo el último autobus al aeropuerto fue a las 10:30 por lo que tuve que coger un taxi que costó sobre unos 20 €

Buscabamos un hotel tranquilo y comodo... y se cumplieron todas las expectativas. Perfecto si no quieres estar en el centro. Solo falló el transfer al aeropuerto del domingo, que es muy limitado. Lo mejor, la recepción del hotel. Personal muy amable y simpático.

Una experiencia muy agradable, el hotel esta en un lugar tranquilio, tiene todas las comodidades y esta cerca al aeropuerto. El servicio de transfer al aeropuerto fue muy util. Volveremos a hospedarnos en este hotel.

HOTEL TRES TRES BIEN . 1 CHOSE A PRECISER, IL FAUT APPELLER L'HOTEL POUR QUE LA NAVETTE VIENNE TE CHERCHER . ACCUEIL PARFAIT PAD LOIN LOIN DE L'AEROPORT ET DU CENTRE VILLE (METRO = 20 MIN ) TRES TRES CONTENT DE CET HOTEL .

Personnels de l'accueil et de l'entretien très agréables Chambres propres et confortables Bémol : petit parking , un peu onéreux ( 8 euros par jour)

Tiene todas las comodidades que pudimos necesitar como familia. Tienen cunas disponibles para bebes, minibar, television, AC. La habitacion es comodisima y el bano es completo con muchos detalles para su estancia.
