Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel ist nicht sehr neu und auch nicht luxuriös, aber gepflegt und nett. Es hat einen kleinen beheizten Outdorr Pool plus superheißen Outdoor Hot Tub! Herrlich! Die Räume sind amerikanisch groß, der Komfort gut. Die Snowmass Mall mit Sportgeschäften und Restaurants ist eine Minute entfernt. Dort kann man beim FourMountainSports, oder anderen Läden, Skier und Zeug ausleihen. Und von der Mall kann man dann direkt auf die Piste und zum Village Express Lift runterfahren. An der Mall gibt es auch eine Bushaltestelle für z.B. freie Shuttlebusse nach Aspen. Ich denke, alles in allem super Preis-Leistung für Snowmass/Aspen!

Der Sommer ist in Crested Butte erkennbar die Nebensaison. Alles ist auf den Wintersport ausgerichtet. Dementsprechend wenig war auch das Hotel frequentiert, jedoch waren alle Einrichtungen vorgehalten, ebenso der Pool, Hot Tub und Sauna. Allerdings haben wir die zuletzt genannten Einrichtungen nicht genutzt (wir waren ja der Landschaft wegen in Crested Butte) und in der Sauna roch es nicht nach Schwedenkräutern, sondern ziemlich "muffig". Das Frühstücksbuffet haben wir nicht genutzt, weil das zum ohnehin üppigen Zimmerpreis nochmals knapp zehn Dollar pro Nase gekostet hätte. Eine Reklamation wegen quitschender Badezimmertür wurde schnell und zur Zufriedenheit erledigt: Der Mitarbeiter hatte sogar noch seine Visitenkarte hinterlassen, der zu entnehmen war, was er gemacht hatte. Alles in allem: Zufrieden mit dem Hotel und der Umgebung sowieso.

Das Hotel war besser als wir uns von den vorhergegangenen Bewertungen erhofft hatten. Auf der Suche nach einer erschwinglichen Unterkunft in Aspen und Umgebung sind wir auf dieses Hotel gestossen. Die Lage zum Skifahren ist optimal, Zugang zur Piste in Snowmass ist direkt vom Hotel aus möglich und vor der Tür fährt der kostenlose Bus nach Aspen und zu den anderen beiden Skigebieten. Ausserdem ist die Snowmass Mall mit zahlreichen Geschäften und Skiverleihen nur 3-4 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und es gab ein ordentliches Bad mit Badewanne. Die Betten waren ein bisschen weich aber trotzdem ganz gut. Wir haben das Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, was fürs Skifahren ganz angenehm war. Der vor Ort Preis für das Frühstück ist allerdings recht saftig für das relativ eingeschränkte Angebot (Europäer werden die fehlende Brotauswahl sowie das Fehlen von Marmeladen, Käse und Wurst vermissen - dafür gibt es reichlich bacon, eggs und sausage). Insgesamt würden wir dieses Hotel empfehlen und auch wieder hierher kommen.
Lage
The Annabelle Inn befindet sich mitten in Aspen, in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeiten: Aspen Center for Environmental Studies am Hallam Lake, Aspen Mountain und Wheeler Opera House. Nicht weit entfernt befinden sich: Mill Street Fountain und Isis Theatre.

"Great place!"
The hotel is great, we really loved it. The location is wonderful, an easy walk to everything. We did have one suggestion, do not stay in rooms (102 or 103 I think) that are on the ground floor facing main street. There was traffic through the entire night and the street light was right outside our windows. If we had a different room it would have been […] a completely different experience. "Great spot close to everything"
Very cute, comfy, clean room... short walk to downtown shopping, restaurants, and bars. Near bus stop to mountains for skiing. Lobby does close at 10pm but there are people on site to call if you need anything.
Warm and friendly place at an excellent price for Aspen.

The folks at the Annabelle Inn were very nice and very accommodating. The room and view were beautiful and it's just blocks away from great skiing and wonderful restaurants. I'd highly suggest this hotel to anyone.
"Perfect Location"
Called the Annabelle from the airport on the shuttle phone. They were there to pick us up in 15 minutes. Warm cookies were at the registration desk as well as maps, books with restaurant menus, brochures of activities, a couple of computers in front of the burning fireplace to look things up and print information. The free bus service is right outside […] the door, but it is only a 10 minute walk through Aspen to the bottom of the ski lift up Aspen Mountain. The room was rustic with lots of storage space; I think each room's decor differs but all are appointed with quilts on the beds which were very comfortable. We loved the Main Street Bakery only a block away for fantastic food. We looked at other fancier places while we were there to compare, but we would definitely choose the Annabelle again. "Not worth the $$$"
Room faced main street and was noisy, especially when combined with the squeaky bed. Hot tubs were nice but not filled up enough. Direct TV was nice, and the bathroom was really nice. The breakfast however was garbage- no hot food whatsoever. Overall, not worth the cash.

Very comfortable, convenient location. Appreciate the attention to detail and love the mountain style interiors. Will definitely come back again. Guys at the front desk were great.

Located walking distance to the center of Aspen. No need to rent a car. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast spread. A charming "country French" style, small inn, within easy walking distance of the center of Aspen and right across the street from the bus stop for the bus that takes you to the ski lifts, or anywhere else you want to go. Very pleasant and helpful staff; a fairly substantial complimentary continental breakfast. Very well priced for Aspen during ski […] season. Given the very reasonable price, I wouldn't have expected absolute perfection. A few improvements could be made: better pillows and bathroom mirror arrangement. "Quaint and Charming Hotel with Excellent Service"
We took a romantic pre-Valentine's day weekend in Aspen and loved everything about our stay at the Annabelle Inn. At check-in there were warm cookies - fresh out of the oven- at the front desk. Billy, who checked us in, was very helpful and offered to upgrade us to a better room for a small fee that we definitely thought was worth it. The room we were […] upgraded to had a great view of the mountains, plenty of space, a deck and nice furnishings. The only downside was the noise from the street which I don't think can be avoided if you stay at a hotel on Main Street in Aspen. It's just a busy thoroughfare - not the hotel's fault. Unlike some other reviews, we were happy with the view of mountains rather than a view of the courtyard. We loved the hot tub on the upper deck - gorgeous views of the stars & mountains and not crowded because there are two hot tubs on site. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of options. Billy came to talk to us every morning at breakfast to ask how our stay in Aspen was going. He remembered little details about us so we didn't just feel like another nameless guest. We were just about 5 blocks walking distance from town. We parked our car when we arrived and walked everywhere all weekend - such a nice change of pace. We really don't have any complaints. We enjoyed our stay immensly...our room was very quaint and adorable. We mostly enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs!!! We will definately visit again!

"Cozy B&B Right on Main Street"
I just loved my stay at The Annabell Inn. It's a cozy bed & breakfast on Main Street and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the slopes. My room made me feel like I was staying in the guestroom of a friend: comfy room with real furniture (i.e. not generic hotel furnishings) and homey touches like quilts and a residential-style bathroom. […] There are also two hot-tubs and a simple breakfast available in the morning. I stayed in room 414 which was on street level, but I could barely hear cars or passerby. Overall, a great, relaxing space without a sterile hotel room feel. I would stay here again. Mehr
"Tiny room, right on street, and vey NOISY!!!"
Had trouble checking in and finding room, Front office locked at 7:45pm. Room is right on the sidewalk of main street. The bath room is larger than the room which was tiny. Coffee was in the closet with no where to plug it in. Trucks, cars and pedestrians roaring by till 2 am when we had a few hours of sleep. We appeared to be the only ones in the hotel. […] Why put us in the worst rooms in the house? Why not the best, if there are any? I'll surely never return to this dump! Mehr

Très bien situé. Les restos et boutiques accessibles à pied. Très bon déjeuner avec fourchette en métal et assiette en en procelaine (bien mieux que l'habituel […] plastic et carton des déjeuners inclus).
