Das Angebot war so günstig, dass ich auf eine Enttäuschung gefasst war, umso mehr hab ich mich über das geräumige Zimmer und tolle Bad gefreut. Natürlich ist es ein Flughafenhotel, so dass man ab und an überflogen wird, aber das ist halb so wild. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben in der Neujahrszeit mit unserer zwei Kleinkinder das Hotel bewohnt und fanden es für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr geeignet. Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, und einfach "alles in Ordnung". Da es in unmittelbare Nähe zur Wohngebiet unsere dort ansässige Familie liegt, werden wir uns in alle wahrscheinlichkeit dort wieder zurückfinden.

Es handelt sich nicht um ein Fünf Sterne Hotel und ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das Zimmer war tadellos und das Personal sehr freundlich. Insbesondere die (kostenlosen) Nachmittagsdrinks fand ich sehr gelungen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Hotel war ganz OK. Housekeeping nur einmal die Woche. Zielgruppe sind ganz klar Angehörige von Patienten im nahen Medical Center. Ich würde dort wieder zwei-drei mal übernachten. Die Umgebung war ein wenig laut (Eisenbahntrasse in der Nähe, Technikgebäude des Medical Center direkt hinterm Haus). Houston Zoo und Science Museum noch zu Fuß erreichbar, alles andere mit Auto.
Lage
Hilton Garden Inn Houston Westbelt liegt in Houston, Westchase. Folgende Sehenswürdigkeit befindet sich in der Umgebung: Galleria Mall. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region gehören: Memorial Park und Reliant Stadium.

"Great quality for the price"
This is a great hotel for the price. It very clean and locate right in Chinatown. Highly recommend to all. Kemah boardwalk is about 50 miles away. Great place to take the kids out for spring break.
"The hotel was not what we expected"
My Husband and i was not what we expected we were so comfortable at the hotel and everyone was so nice their. When we come back to Houston this summer we will be back at this hotel.

The hotel was great. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. As I was checking out I mentioned to the front desk clerk how loud the people that checked in next to me in the middle of the night were. They were having their own party that lasted about two hours. The hotel was clean and very presentable. It was nice and quite. The only thing that was a little weird was that the front office clerk didn't know how much the breakfast buffet cost? But overall it was great.

The wi-fi internet is slow, it takes a long time for my internet page to load. I have to wait about 5 minute for the elevator to reach my floor (5th).
"The perfect location"
Located in the heart of china town, walking distance from great resturants. 15-20 min away from downtown Houston. Check in with no problem, room was very clean and smell fresh. It was a bit surrounded so we did have to look for it but once we got familiar with china town it was no problem to get to. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip […] to Houston. Mehr

"Chinatown"
This best quality about this hotel is that Chinatown is right behind it. We could walk to all of the delicious restaurants Chinatown had to offer. Hotel itself is very clean and well maintenance. Staff was very nice and accommodating for any items we might need.

The hotel staff let me checked in 2 hrs early save me gas and $$ for driving around with no purpose. Thank you.
"i would recommend"
There are more pros than cons. I had only 3 issues.....which I could live with. 1)located on a very busy street 2) wires hanging from ceiling-maybe a temporary problem but not a good look 3) toilet paper was extremely rough; poor quality. With that being said....the hotel was very modern and very clean. I would stay again and refer friends.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was generally pleasant and uneventful. The room is clean and adequately equipped. The bed is comfortable. The maid service is good and un-intrusive. The room rate was reasonable only after getting discount from hotels.com. The major plus of the hotel is its location which is right behind the Chinatown Dunhuang square. […] One can get excellent choice of ethnic food and shopping done within walking distance. All other major shopping joints are also within 5-10 minutes of driving. The major disappointment of my stay has to do with its in-room internet service which was very slow and unreliable during the day. It was sometimes frustrating to get frequent disconnections during daytime. Though the speed may recover after midnight, it was hard to get anything serious done, which was truly disappointing. Mehr
"extremely clean, comfortable and friendly"
Overall we had a great 3 night stay. Best part of the hotel was just how clean and fresh everything was: the lobby, the hallways, the rooms. The entire hotel looked as if it were brand new. But I will say this: the elevators did have an odd smell to them. :-p The beds and linens were soft, comfortable and the pillows were to die for (instant sleep!). "Convenient, comfortable hotel in W.Houston"
Very reasonably priced and conveniently located adjacent to Beltway 8, Westpark Tollway and Westchase business area. Good breakfast, restaurant also serves dinner (and a pretty good selection too). One of the best business centers I've seen in a mid-priced hotel. Only downside was poor wireless connectivity in room, but I believe this was a localized […] problem, and we could still operate using an ethernet cable. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel to someone looking for a comfortable, mid-priced business hotel, with good facilities. Mehr
"Great beds, great price, great place"
The place was very clean, comfy, and reasonably priced. We were only 13 minutes away from La Galleria and far enough from the freeway to not have noise. The place is new ( no musty or dank AC system) and the windows opened on our floor for fresh air , which is big deal to someone with sensitivities to dust and mildew as well as allergies. "Worth the extra few dollars!!"
All the staff were very helpful and courteous. Hotel room was clean and everything operated as it should. If you are staying in the general area this hotel is worth the extra few dollars.
Room was spacious, had everything we needed, and up-to-date. Flat screen LCD TV, jetted tub, granite and marble in the bathroom. Room also had coffee maker with starbucks coffee (yay!), microwave, and minifrdge. Internet was free, so as teh business center. I don't understand why people would stay at overpriced hotels, when you can get exactly the same […] thing, and even more at medium range full-service place. Forgot to mention, they have a full-service restaurant, room service, and bar. Very, very nice! Mehr

"Best bed ever"
The Bed is wonderful here. Only thing that I do not like is the choice for breakfast is the all you can eat deal. I would like to be able to order individually since I eat small for breakfast.
