excellent experience, will stay again

Enjoyed and will stay there again.\

I only stayed one night, but I was pleased with every aspect of my room and the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean, two important details.

We had a great experience at this hotel! My family and I would definitely stay here again. Just a short drive to all of the popular places in Atlanta - with lots of restaurants and shopping in a very close vicinity. The hotel itself was very nice and all of the staff was super friendly. Our a/c was out in our room when we checked in so they moved us […] super fast and upgraded us to a suite! The breakfast was wonderful - it wasn't just the regular danishes and cereal of a continental breakfast - there was hot scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, and even waffle makers! I cannot wait to plan a return trip so we can stay here again! I would DEFINITELY recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Mehr

The hotel was clean and comfortable, they had a nice breakfast in the morning and cookies were avaliable in the afternoon. They had coffee and tea available all day. I would stay there again and recommended it Tony family going to Atlanta this summer.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Staff remembered us on check in and was extremely accomodating on room selection. This is a nice place to stay. Great fitness center and comp breakfast is good. Property is clean and well maintained. Only drawback is it is very close to 285 and you hear traffic sounds. Upon arrival, the staff (Kiara) was very friendly, courteous and attentive. The room was larger than we expected, and so very clean. My daughter loved the waffles, and not to mention the comfortable clean bed, and the clean bathroom. I WOULD DEFINTELY RETURN!!!

Stayed during a trade show- found the room to be huge- much bigger than a standard hotel room- frig and microwave plus a safe. Very nice! Location of the hotel was exactly what I was looking for, however, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. In addition, the beds were terrible, l umpy and too soft,

We had a great stay at this hotel. My only problem was that the tub would not drain at all...it took probably an hour or longer for the tub to completely drain after giving my daughter a bath. Nothing was ever done about it after reporting it...but other than that...it was a good stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful upon check-in; however, when we contacted them regarding problems with the tv not working and dirty sheets on the pull out bed, no one ever responded to our requests, even afte two attempts.

We stayed here for two nights and have no complaints. The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. The HOT breakfast was a nice change from the usual danish and coffee that you get at other places. This came with eggs, bacon, and waffles, plus the usual assortment of toast and bagels. We used the pool and jacuzzi which was indoor. Both were clean and in […] good condition. (Fair warning, the chlorine smell is pretty strong.) The fitness room was your typical stuff, no weights, but everything seemed in working order. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a fancy showerhead that was awesome on sore muscles. The beds are SUPER soft, to the point of being almost too soft. They will sink in when you sit down. But, once settled, they slept wonderfully. There are plenty of plugs in the room for those who need many gadgets (like us). It also has a fridge with built in microwave that comes in handy. The staff was wonderful very helpful and always had a smile. Rooms were very clean and the bed and pillows where out of this world. Location great right off interstate and very safe. I would highly recommend this hotel, my stay could not have been any better! Thanks to the staff you are a FIVE star!!!!!!!!!

I stayed here this past weekend from Friday until Tuesday. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast is AWESOME, customer service was excellent. I would recommend everyone to stay here. It's right off the interstate, close to the Cobb Galleria Center, with lots of food places surrounding it.

The hotel was fine and my room was good. The only issue I noted was the bathtub. It showed obvious age and did not drain properly. The hotel was priced well for the value received.

I booked two rooms at Wingate and was beyond satisfied with what I got. They were very accommodating, a my group had to check in around 2:00AM. The room was very clean and spacious. The full breakfast was perfect to wake up to. The staff was very kinda and hospitable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great hotel and love the location!

I was very pleased with the service atmospher and friendliness of the hote staff.The room was immaculate.I look forward to staying at the hotel in the futrue.

This was our second stay at Wingate by Wyndham - Atlanta Galleria Center. Our first encouter was in July 2011, the lobby was beautiful and our suite had ample room. All was great until I noticed dirty under garments in a corner. The manager came up and rectified the situation. We decided to give this hotel a second chance (December 2011). Upon arrival […] in our room, I pulled the sheets back and noticed a foul smell and saw hair on the sheets. I asked the room attendents to change the sheets. After that, I went into the restroom and noticed hair on the toliet and a dirty sock hanging on the chair pushed under the desk. Luckly, we travel with lysol wipes. The hotel is clean in the areas that noticed by most, however my suggestion is that you check the room. We will never stay here again. Management need to do a better job, checking behind the room attendents. They are not holding this hotel up to the standards set by the Wyndham hotel chain. Mehr

My wife and stayed here during the SEC championship game. The staff was great and the hotel is in a nice and safe area. We will be back. Geaux tigers!

Thus hotel is the best hotel I've ever booked through Hotels.com. It was clean and right off I285. Cumberland Mall is right down the street. The entire hotel is very clean and smell wonderfully...so no need to just single out the room. I was there for three nights for a conference.Will stay there again

Stopped for the night on the way to Florida. Had a King and the room was huge! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice to have free wifi. Hotel carpet and furniture was a little worn but nothing major. Would recommend staying here!

I enjoyed my stay at the Wingate by Wyndham - Atlanta Galleria Center very much. The gentleman who checked me in was extremely courteous, caring and concerced for my safety and comfort. I had recently had foot surgery for a broken foot and he went over and above his best to see that I was comfortable and in a room close by. I was actually upgraded to […] a larger room, on the first floor at no addtional cost to me so that I would not have to walk very far. Everything was great, clean, the staff was very helpful, the only thing that to complain about was the noise from the highway nearby, but it was tollerable- I only really noticed it when going to bed

The Staff was not very friendly. The tub faucet was broken & kept falling off. Our door lock was broken. The locks were broken on the pool and exercise door, which was one of the (TOP) reasons why we chose this hotel. As usual the breakfast was scrumptious!! Unless changes are made I would not recommend this hotel to anyone....

Awesome time in Atlanta-- clerks at desk were awesome!! Very helpful with directions and tips on getting to the Georgia Dome!!!! Hotel is very clean and We will stay again if we are in the area!!

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and fully stocked every morning. Pool and hot tub were nice. Room was great! Refrigerator is ALWAYS a plus! It is located conveniently off of I 285. Would definitely stay here again!

We were so pleased with this hotel. It is a little difficult to get in and out of, but once you figure it out, you have no problems. It is located right off of the 285 loop, making it very easy to go anywhere you want in Atlanta. Great breakfast with hot food and decent hours. Nice indoor pool with jacuzzi. The surrounding area is busy with a mall and several stores, but there are also lots of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. This was a great deal for what we paid! My only complaint is that the wireless service was not reliable. But my room had a hard wire connection, so it was not a terrible inconvience. The location is perfect for accessing the west side of Atlanta from Smyrna to Camp Creek, and midtown was an easy commute as well. I got a king suite with a pull out bed for about $25 under that rate rack per […] night by booking through hotels.com. You can't beat that with a stick. The breakfast was basic, greasy sausage, average apples, oranges & bananas. Highlight is the make your own waffles, and the selection of herbal teas. Mehr
