Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The pool and spa were excellent, clean, and a lot of fun. I will definitely be a returning guest.

unfortunately the pool and hottub heater was broken, drove extra 2 hours (of 10 hour driving day) to rehab broken kneecap in hottub, very disappointed, management came to room and personally apologized and gave me 4000 extra marriot points.

Bathtub too small. Decorating seriously outdated or just bad. Suite was supposed to have luxury linens. I guess that was supposed to be the bed because the towels were very thin regardless of how hokey they were folded. Sheets and mattress pad didn't fit and slipped off the corner during the night. The two televisions although they were flat screen, […] the picture was grainey. Upon arrival there were two conditioners and no shampoo and on the second day they had not been replaced. Everything was great including the price. Of course there were some minor things like the clorine/pool smell as you enter the lobby and cricket in our bathroom. But in all it was great. Somethings such as crickets will come and go due to the season or weather conditions. But I can tell that the hotel seeks comfort and joy for its guests. Comfortable […] rooms, beautiful interior decorations and coziness. The lobby is nice and breakfast area is too. Breakfast was great, orange just wasn't the best tasting But I have had worst. Should offer free receptions on more than just slow days of Monday-Wed. Weekends should have cocktails and snacks too. Mehr

While visiting the hotel, we were greated at the door with a warm smile. The rooms are great and the hotel is very nice and clean.

Room showed a jacuzzi tub -- that's NOT what I got. Indoor pool was NOT heated. Water was Cold... No room service. Staff was nice but it wasn't worth the price... Then they charged my card again for the room & I had to call to complain...

Parts of the hotel are a bid dated and need paint. The walls of our shower need a good scrubbing, bathroom floors could use a good bleaching. When I opened the curtains after we arrived, there was a Gazebo right outside our window seriously about 4 feet away and if any of the guests would have been sitting there, we would have met eye to eye. Not very […] good if you are looking for privacy. Our du'vet smelled like men's cologne and that was a good indication to me that it wasn't washed before we used it (my husband does not wear cologne). It made it hard for me to sleep and ended up tossing the du'vet to the floor. Breakfast is really nice. Mehr

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The beds were very soft. The only two things I would say were not as enjoyable was the fact that we were facing the highway and the traffic noise was very high all night long. THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. THE KING NONE SMOKING SUITE WAS VERY NICE. THE BED WAS A LITTLE HARD,BUT EVERYTHNG WAS UP TO OUR STANDARDS OF A QUALITY HOTEL. THE HELP STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. We had a great stay. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast offered a variety of selections to satisfy your preferences. The overall experience was great. If they maintain the quality, I would stay again and would recommend this hotel to others.

Fantastic hotel! Friendly people, very good Continental breakfast, quiet area, and the room was better than I hoped for. We had the King suite and it was so great that the wife and I decided to buy another night rather than try to stay in Shreveport at the casino hotel. Two TVs in the room allowed us to watch our specifics, clean and plentiful towels, […] no musty odors. The pool and spa were a treat and just right. Breakfast was something for everyone. I am here to say that next time I go to Shreveport, I will stay here and drive the short distance. I can't believe this hotel isn't rated higher. The only negative is the lack of really good eateries close by, but that is not a reflection on this hotel by any means. Mehr
