Everything was fine. Flat screen and good channel selection, clean and amply sized bathroom with large shower, relatively quiet, king bed with no smoke order, no traffic or hallway noise, friendly and helpful front desk staff, close in parking. Off the highway a half mile or so but easy access. Nice restaurants just around the corner. I'll stay again. […] Only slight negative was the HVAC was provided with an in the wall unit which is a bit noisy although I managed to sleep right through it. Mehr

No complaints at all. Price was very affordable, clean rooms, helpful employees and close to great restaurants and mall. Would definitely stay again!

The time I spent there with my husband from A to Z was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was great!! The breakfast buffet was great too.

Overall the stay at the hotel was amazing, but I did have one issue. The room service did not come and clean our room one day out of my 4-day stay, but I recommend friends and family to stay here.

The staff was courteous and nice and basically harassed me with a hello everytime I passed them. Our junior suite was very comfortable and room service was quick. We missed out housekeeping appointment but they were nice enought to come up after anyway and checked on us after the service was complete. Will definetely stay again.!!

The Hilton Garden Inn in Atlanta, NW/Wildwood was great. The staff was very professional, and very welcoming. This is a great hotel. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great Hotel, great room, great service, and a great stay.

The room was really clean, very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. When in the Atlanta area again, will definitely stay here again. Wish there was a free Breakfast.

Arriving at the horel we were impressed. Very nice and a good location. The moment we walked into the room I knew it wasn't going to be a good night. The hotel seemed hollow, not solid. The door slammed and echoed. I found out after check in that High School girls soccor teams had checked in after us. They seemed to be scattered all over the hotel. […] There was noise in the rooms next to us. Noise on top and from the bottom till 4am. Repeated calls to the front desk didn't seem to help. They were just a noisy group left to run wild. In and out of rooms with the doors slamming, laughing and just plain loudness. I complained the next morning as we checked out to find another hotel and the only response was "Sorry" Other than that the hoel was nice. Mehr

Our experience at this hotel was excellent in every way - friendly and helpful staff, outstanding breakfast, more-than-comfortable room. We had made a reservation for a standard double room, were given a key when we registered and then were happily astounded to find the key was to the elegant and spacious Presidential Suite!

Very courteous staff. Free parking. Easy freeway access.

This is my second visit to this hotel. On both visits, the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room is very nice and very clean. The price is one of the best for the area. I will be coming back.

We just recently stayed here.The staff was very very nice,friendly,informative,polit and always wore a smile.The room was very spacious we had a handicap room which was more than enough space.The room in general was very clean,smelled fresh,bathroom very clean at all times and last but not least the beds were very comfy good nights sleep didn't wake […] up with back pains.We will defintelt stay here again.Please don't change a thing at this hotel. The facility is supposed to be non-smoking. Our room wreaked of smoke smell. There was a cigarette burn hole in the ottoman. When we asked for another room they said that they had none available. When we mentioned it on check out we were told that they hear this complaint a lot,

For the money this was the best hotel we have stayed at in a long long time. Every thing was nearly perfect - food, pool, staff, room everything.

Great place to stay. Enjoyed a girls night in here with friends. Room service available, popular restuarants and stores in the area.

The hotel was wonderful, very clean the staff was nice and cordial room Service was also great..Any questions we had they answered very quickly.. Very knowledge staff. The next time we go to Atlanta, we will stay here again...

I was booked for Hilton Garden Inn, computer glitch showed rooms available, but they were booked solid. The front desk help(Metrice) picked up the phone and called Hotels.com. Between Metrice and Hotels.com I was placed at the Hyatt which was right across the street. What could have been a fiasco was handled quickly and professionally! The staff was excellent. We had problems with our television not picking up one channel and the staff went above and beyond the call of duty for one channel. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I wll be staying there again.

I was visiting for a wedding and could not have selected a better location. Everything was clean, the staff was great, and the price was very affordable. This will be my hotle from now on when visiting Atlanta.

My family an I stayed in this hotel for our weekend getaway and we were very pleased. The staff was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. The next time we vist we will be staying there again.

When we booked the hotel we booked a room with two double beds. When we got to the hotel the only type of room that they had left was a room with one king bed in it. We asked for a refund or a discount and we were told no because they did have a bed available. We had people sleeping in the floor and management did not care.
