One of the lights in the bathroom had gone. Also, the remote control for the TV didn't work - it needed a new battery. The spare pillows had hairs on them and had not been cleaned. However, the room had everything that we wanted. The parking was convenient. The staff were helpful. The room was very reasonably priced.

On the night we stayed, unfortunately it was torrential rain so we couldnt go out anywhere. We decided to stay in the room with a bottle of wine so asked at reception if we could buy a bottle there. We was told that we could only buy alcohol if we was eating in their restaurant! Then we asked for more coffee sachets for the room. "Sorry, you are only […] allowed 2 sachets per room per day"!!! The hotel wasnt exactly over booked (about 5 or 6 cars in the car park). Would it have hurt them to give us something that costs them about a penny each?! Also the view from the landing was not very pleasant. My girlfriend and I both smoke and went outside a few times. Although it overlooked a small park and square, we could also look at the local winos congregating by the subway under the road, and occasionally 1 or 2 of them urinating against the wall!! Very romantic!! Overall the hotel was clean and ample for a 1 night stay but I think they could improve their customer service for a place that wasnt turning the crowds. Mehr

A really good Campanile in a city centre location and free parking. Good for an overnight stop. One small drawback, Campanile could you put a larger sign up or cut down foliage, the current sign has a shrub growing in front of it, we drove past twice!

Impressive lobby area, staff pleasant- however room was filthy with broken light fittings, cigarette burns on floor, thick dust and sticky floor- we hurriedly left and booked in the All Seasons Roubaix - we also cancelled every Campanile hotel booked on the rest of our trip- they are beyond basic!

Booked this hotel after ages looking for a hotel in Lille, in my error i booked this hotel thinking it was in Lille (i know my mistake). We needed to take the metro in and out of Lille each day which was fine but a bit of a pain. The hotel was ok but not designed for tourists, it was more a business motel than anything. Only one member of staff spoke […] english and although they were welcoming they kind of ingored us a bit and i think they didnt understand why we had booked there. The room was basic but clean. The hotel is right next to a school so if you plan to spend any weekdays chilling in your room you could be disappointed. Mehr

Je ne suis pas du tout satisfait pour plusieurs raisons :la propreté de la chambre , le manque d’isolation (beaucoup de brui) on entend ce qui se passe dans les autres chambre et dehors , chambre trop petite,ca sent trop trop fort l' odeur de la cigarette, sol salle, bref la totale , c'est bien dommage car l'hotel est bien placé

Bref et convenable séjour. Problème signalé à l'accueil : support du TV Philips tordu et “réparation” par précédents clients à l'aide de capsules de bière ! Intervention très précaire et risque de chute de l'écran plat évité de justesse !

pas tres bonne impression, volet chambre bloqué, un cendrier installé à l'extérieur à coté de la fenètre de la chambre incitant les fumeurs à stationner devant la fenétre jusqu'à tardivement la nuit : bruit , odeurs de tabac jusqu'à l'intérieur de la chambre

bon dans l'ensemble.il serait bon d'avoir une possibilité de manger le samedi midi dans le restaurant plutôt que la formule snack qui n'était pas appétissante .nous avons mangé à l'extérieur.une information sur le fonctionnement de la télévision serait apprécié .les première chaines ne sont pas captés (HD) il faut progresser dans les chaines pour voir […] les chaines disponibles. La personne qui fait le ménage à refait le lit sans changer les draps. Quand nous avios ouvert le lit, il y avait des cheveux et des poils sur les draps. je vous laisse imaginer le reste.

Hôtel bien mais service de restauration nul. Alors qu'il n'y avait que deux tables à servir en dehors de la nôtre, notre repas a relevé du sketch : Pas de mûre pour le kir, il n'y avait plus le vin choisi, plus d'andouillettes, et, on croit rêver, plus de RIZ pour accompagner du poisson et pas de MOUTARDE,... facile d'acces depuis la sortie du val bien que pas indiqué. Personnel accueillant aussi bien a la réception qu'au restaurant. Chambre correcte et propre. Chambre faite tous les jours. A recommander lors d'un court séjour (pour la visite de LILLE) ce qui était notre cas car très pratique d'accès par le VAL

Assez déçu de la qualité des chambres :elles sont déjà fort sommaires, et en plus : - percolateur à café en panne - chauffage de la salle de bain déficient (bouton poussoir limité à 7 minutes de chauffage par un radian)

pas de repas servi à notre arrivée à9h15 alors qu'ils affichent une fermeture à 10h, nous avions demandé un lit supplémentaire pour adulte, on ne pouvait pas tourner autour du lit, les linges de la troisième personne étaient absents, la propreté limite dans la salle de bain

Alles is hier keurig in orde. Goed te vinden met GPS, goede parkeergelegenheid, vriendelijke onvangst. Kamer is basaal, niet groot maar netjes, bedden redelijk. Gratis internet op de kamer! Ontbijt is niet inclusief, wel goed maar relatief prijzig. Voor lekker, gezellig en niet duur eten in de buurt, is de Italiaanse bistro 'Le Don Camillo' (4, contour […] Saint Martin), een aanrader. Cet hôtel est prôche du centre ville de Roubaix, d'une station de métro. Bien qu'il soit en centre ville, très calme. Bonne tenue de l'établissement. Seule réserve : le petit déjeuner gagnerait à être plus copieux en mets salés (charcuterie et fromage variés, oeufs)

L'accueil est de qualité, la propreté irréprochable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la bouilloire dans la chambre avec les sachets de café et de thé accompagné de petits gateaux. En résumé, tout était parfait!
