Feb. 2013Hotel befand sich zum Zeitpunkt zwischen 2Baustellen(1direkt im Gebäude daneben, 1Anfang der Rue de l'arbre sec),dazu der Mini-Empfang=Schock.Wir waren am Wochenende da=keine Lärmbelästigung.Wir sind Mo.früh abgereist, im Haus neben sehr laut.Wir kamen um 10h an,Check-In ist um14h.Das Gepäck habe ich nicht hinterlassen,es wäre von außen sichtbar gewesen,das ist bei monogrammiertem Gepäck nicht wünschenswert.Das Zimmer konnten wir um 11:30Uhr beziehen,wir waren in Chambre Pont-Neuf( 5.Et.)Zimmer war sauber+für frz.Verhältnisse groß,genauso wie das Bad(bodentiefe Dusche+Doppelwaschbecken).Es gab,wie erbeten,2getrennte Betten.Sauberkeit:Bettwäsche+Handtücherl(auch beim demonstrativen Stapel auf dem Boden)wurden nicht täglich gewechselt.1neuer Anstrich+neuer Teppich würde nicht schaden.Servicequalität,keine 4*: Hoteldirektor haben wir am Anreisetag gesehen,das war‘s.Frühstück jd Morgen anders ist,obwohl wir immer das Gleiche bestellten.Sehr ärgerlich war,dass ein bestellter grüner Tee mehr als30Minuten dauerte.Angeblich gab es keinen grünen Tee im Haus(!).Dies kann ich in 1“4*Haus“nicht nachvollziehen.Wieso kein Tee von Kusmi, Frères Mariages o.Angelina,anstatt Lipton?Keine Kommunikation mit dem Gast.Ich bin Französin,die Sprache war nicht Verständigkeitsproblems.Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorzuheben,nah an 2Metrostrationen(M1+M7)sowie der Rue de Rivoli.Fazit:kein 4*Niveau,die Kombi kl.Hotel+die Lage ist gut bis sehr gut,wenn man dafür Abstriche beim Service akzeptieren will.

Dafür super ruhiges kleines Zimmer (chambre des bonnes) mit Pariser Charme, über enge Treppe erreichbar, mit Koffer und Einkaufstüten mühsam, nichts für Fußfranke oder Senioren! Habe bereits wieder gebucht, da tolle Lage und sehr freundliche Atmosphäre!!

"Gutes Hotel"
2 Tage hintereinander viel in unserem Zimmer der Strom aus. Da es an einem Tag bereits Abend war konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden. Leider ging man mit unserer Reklamation nicht sehr freundlich um. Lage des Hotels ist gut, denn die Metro gleich ums Eck und an einigen Tagen gibt es einen schönen Lebensmittelmarkt.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

Sehr empfehlenswert, die Lage nahe Bastille ist sehr gut und attraktive Sehenswürdigkeiten mit der Metro bestens erreichbar. Auch im Kiez kann man neben einen Supermarkt bequem Restaurants oder Bars erreichen. Das Hotelpersonal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sehr klein, aber ok. Liegt zwischen 2 Metrostationen und ist somit auch gut vom Flughafen CDG mit RER bis Gare du Nord und weiter mit Metro 5, Haltestelle Sabin zu erreichen. Wir hatten 2 DZ ohne Frühstück für eine Kurzreise (2 Nächte) gebucht. Super Lage zur Erkundung der Stadt, da wie o.g. gute Verkehrsanbindung. Fast gegenüber kleiner Supermarkt. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt […] nicht zu empfehlen, da die Zimmer sehr klein und ohne Schrank sind. Für eine Kurz- bzw. Städtereise jedoch völlig ausreichend. Zimmer sind sauber und je nachdem mit Badewanne mit integrierter Dusche oder Duschwanne ausgestattet. Zu wenig Aufzüge bzw. zu langsame Aufzüge im Hotel, besser zu Stosszeiten Treppenhaus benutzen. Das Hotel ist hässlich. Das Personal am Empfang unfreundlich und nich sehr hilfreich. Die Zimmer sind aber super. Achtung: Da der Parkplatz am Internet nicht gebucht werden konnte, war die Tiefgarage bei unserem Eintreffen ausgebucht. Man muss den Platz immer telefonisch buchen. Haben wir nicht gewusst. Ausser beim Einchecken, wo anstatt eines Doppelzimmers zwei Einzelzimmer reserviert waren, verlief unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. The metro station is 200m from the hotel. The shopping street only a few stops away by metro, as well as some sights. Theres an entire street with bars and restaurants within walking distance. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt an der Station Bastille und ist somit sehr zentral gelegen. In der Nähe (aber nicht unmittelbar, ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt) gibt es ein sehr nettes Bar-Viertel. Die Station Bastille liegt an der Metro Linie 1, die die wichtigsten Stops in Paris anfährt. Allgemein sind die Zimmer zwar etwas klein. "Great location, reception staff not very friendly"
Excellent location, close to several underground stations, places to eat. The room and the hotel were very clean and comfortable. On the negative side staff at the reception wasn't very friendly (with the exception of one girl who was there only the evening we arrived). The guy who is there at nights was particularly unfriendly, one day we wanted to […] buy something at the bar but decided not to because of his attitude. The other thing is that we believe they should improve the security regarding luggage storage. The room they use for that purpose is not locked and is completely out of sight from personnel at the reception, so anyone can get in there and take anything they want. "Great location - value for money"
This is a basic hotel conveniently just 2 mins from the metro station Breguet Sabin. The hotel is not the prettiest and the rooms are small however it is very clean and you get clean towels every day. The staff are polite and helpful and reception is open 24 hours per day. They have room to store luggage if you need to and if you arrive early and your […] room is ready you can check in straight away. There is also tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The location is great - there's a great market beside the metro at on Thursday and Sunday. There many bars and restaurants nearby as well as a boulangerie. The area is safe to walk around at night and convenient to get anywhere by metro and you don't even have to change lines from Gare du Nord. Place de Bastille is a few minutes away from where you can walk through Port de Arsenal down to the Seine. You can also walk through Marais to the Pompidou Centre from here. "Great Value"
The staff was friendly and very helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. There was no "CNN" or any foreign language channels so if you have to have a media fix at the end of the day, this isn't the place to stay. BUT, the location can't be beat so why watch television anyway. The breakfast was somewhat limited but very good and plentiful croissant, […] cofee, fruit, meat, cheese, yogurt, cereal and sundry edibles. No eggs which I always hope for. Hotel's location is wonderful. Two metro stations are nearby (3 - 5 mins walking), supermarkets, restaurants, not to mention the landmark Bastille is only 5 -7 mins walking distance. Booked room for three, was given a clean nice room with big balcony! Though couldn't access to wi-fi in the room but managed to go online in the lobby. Will stay here […] again! Front desk service was the worst I have every had. There was no attempt to address our requests. Requested a higher room to minimize street noise, response was just "no". Requested adjacent rooms (2 rooms were booked) with our children, response was just "no", Requested a bandade due to razor cut, response was just "no". Requested access to sit in garden […] terrace, response was just "no". Drain backed up on 5th floor and rained in cafe sitting area, we were unable to use area or use terrace. Offered no remedy. Was right near the metro station, 5 minute walk up to the Bastille district. About 20 min journey to the Eiffle Tower. About 5/6 stops to Gard du Nord. Was able to leave our luggage with hotel before and after check in/out. Clean hotel, quiet location, good night sleep. Reasonable price. Friendly multi-lingual staff and in a good location for visiting the sites. We particularly liked the proximity to the wonderful Place des Vosges and pleasant walk to Notre Dame. Located in the Bastille (11th), the location was decent but not great. The price was good, but it was so noisy that it was unbearable. The doors squeak so bad that if someone in your hall opens or closes their door it will awake you out of a dead sleep. They need to add insulation because you can hear everything. Great service, English speaking staff who speak better English than i do French. Rooms walls are a bit thin. Inhad a noisy neighbour on the last night but I shouted through the wall some foul language and they shut up. Great location Bastille is great for food and drink. Sisters travelling. Its good that its close to and is situated between two metro stations on two different lines. Hotel is a chain so is pretty stock standard.
