Good place to park overnight if catching a flight out of KCI the next day. Free shuttle to the airport, very courteous driver and hotel staff.

Not great but not bad.

The very accomodating staff helped find me a late delivery place for food. They also promptly took me back and forth to the airport.

The price was good, and the hotel looks like it had a re-fresh. The maid service was very poor - didn't wash out coffee pot, didn't put away iron, board. The first iron didn't work at all. The TV stopped working the second day.

My family very much enjoyed our stay here! Very nice front desk staff, comfy clean room, and hot breakfast. Pool was a touch chilly and the pool towels very skimpy, but that's pretty universal. :) Only complaint is that the address doesn't register in GPS. If you're looking for it, it's N Ambassador Drive in our Tomtom, not NW. Definitely will stay […] here again! Mehr

I had to visit the area due to a death in the family. The front desk staff graciously allowed me to check in very early. I expressed an interest in the jacuzzi as this was a very stressful visit. They told me the pool and spa were down for repair just for the day and would be ready when I returned that night. When I returned that evening, the pool area […] was still closed. I inquired at the front desk and the manager not only knew what room I was in, but said he had already gotten authorization to upgrade me to a jacuzzi room at no extra charge. I was surpised and very grateful to the staff. Definitely above and beyond in my book. I recommended the hotel to family also in town and they stayed there too. The front desk staff were amazing. They assisted me in several other requests and even set up the breakfast area a few minutes early so I could eat before a 4 hour flight which was leaving very early. I can't speak highly enough about this hotel. They have more than earned my business and referrals. Kudos! Thanks to Matt especially. Mehr

We were very impressed with this hotel. From the friendliness and helpfulness upon checking in, through our time in the room, and upon check-out. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Budget minded stay for sure, not a Hilton - nor is it price as such

For the money this is a great place to take your family or if you are just staying for the night you can't beat the price. Great customer service, clean, great breakfast and rooms are very clean. You get more bang for your buck. Try it. My family loves it for a get away just to go swimming or just to travel too.

The staff did not seem to know what they were doing. For example, we were assigned room 134 upon arrival but when we tried to check out were told we were supposed to be in room 102. No one was registered in 134 (good thing they didn't put someone else in 134). But the accommodations were nice. I think they just clean the middle of the room -- we found […] a knife that was used to spread jelly in our room-- that was gross. The walls also seem a bit thin. Mehr

Very nice overall! Lots of room and very clean! Breakfast was good!

Friendly Staff,room was comfortable and clean. Good hot breakfast! Will definitly stay here again. Pool and Hottub A Okay!

For the money this is the place to go clean, nice staff, great pool and hot tube, you can't go wrong with this place!

The room was filthy - bugs on the floor of the bathroom and all over the counter top. The tub was rusted. Overall, in spite of only staying for about 10 hours, it was very unpleasant.

Close location to the Kansas City Airport (MCI). The room was designated No Smoking and I had to sign a cleaning fee document, based on the hotel's determination if someone smoked in the room. However, upon entering the room, I could slightly smell that someone had smoked in the room - I was tired and just went to sleep. They are updating the rooms, […] not bad, but one big recent chip in the tile leading to the bathroom. The breakfast starts a bit late, it would be nice to have a light breakfast available for early departees. A 3+ rating and the nightly fee was fair. Mehr

Room smelled musty and dirty. TV stopped working after 1/2 hour. Front desk gave me a different room. TV worked, but had to request a remote control. Dead bugs (3!) on floor in bathroom. Window screen torn. Would NEVER stay here again!
