Allgemein ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Personal ist zufriedenstellen. Durch die momentane Kälte war es in dem Hotel etwas kühl. Da die Heizung im Zimmer erst vor Ankunft eingeschaltet wurde war es etwas frostig. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Restaurant etwas teuer für die Lage, aber Auswahl und Geschmack war in Ordnung.

Ein schönes kleines Hotel mit sehr guten Service und einer sehr guten Küche, zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Alles sehr stimmig.

Freundlicher Familienbetrieb, Zimmer etwas klein, Unterkuinft mit sehr viel Charm, kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Haus, bis Brügge ca. 6 km.
Lage
Campanile Hotel Gent liegt in Ghent in der Nähe von Stedelijk Museum voor Actuele Kunst, Museum of Fine Arts und Jules Ottenstadion. Nicht weit entfernt befinden sich: Ghent University und Flanders Expo.

"Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis"
Die Lage ist gut, da die Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels ist. Zimmer sind ein wenig hellhörig, Fön und Waschbeckenabfluss waren defekt, Problem wurde kurzfristig beseitigt. Ideal der kostenfreie Parkplatz.

Ruhiges Hotel mit allem in reichweite, mit super betten war sehr positiv ueberrascht, Sauber und nett mit free wifi tolles preis leistungsverhaeltnis, zentrums- und messenah. komme gerne wieder wenn ich in gent bin
Sehr gut für eine Übernachtung, für Daueraufenthalte ist das Hotel nicht angelegt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfbereit

"Easy to access but noisy"
A great hotel if you want to be in the area but not have to go into the centre of Gent but it is on an industrial estate and my room backed on to a food factory that made a dull rumbling/throbbing noise all night.

A good value Hotel but a little distance from the centre. Good value for money exceptional staff.

Ideally situated close to Motorway links if travelling through Belgium but if specifically visiting Gent, the old City is about 2-3 miles from the Hotel. Not really a problem with a car and the huge advantage is the free parking and free Wi-Fi in the Reception/Restaurant area (you may be lucky and get a signal from your room depending on how close it […] is to Reception). "Cheap and Cheerful"
Ideally situated for anyone driving to the channel ports from West Germany, Eastern Belgium or Holland and who needs a break from the relentless 80+ mph racetrack of the E40 (especially in the torrential rain so typical of Flanders), with the added bonus of having the historic and attractive bars and restaurants of Gent only 3 miles away. The rooms […] at this modern motel has clean, comfortable beds, more than adequate bathrooms with plenty of hot water and a standard menu of around 20 terrestrial TV channels (Dutch, Belgian, French, German and BBC). I cannot comment on the food (too dog tired to catch breakfast) but the staff are certainly keen to change the sheets in the morning and wake you up bright and early! My sat-nav guided me to it easily - its only 300 yards south of the motorway, but you need to program its address. Bit of a pong in the air - factory? sewage farm? but you soon get used to it. Very difficult to locate, thank goodness I had SatNav. Friendly and helpful staff. Room well laid out. Restaurant on site meant I did not have to search around in an area I did not know. Food was plentiful and good quality.
"A horrible week in the hotel"
I don't know where to start. The hotel is located near the UZ (University hospital) it's quite difficult to arrive there because the only buses that goes there are 65-67. It's far away the center of the city but also has the most unfriendly staff I've ever seen in a hotel. "Das ist nicht mein Problem" ist unesere Motto! The hotel itself is very near to an industrial area, but this doesn't cause any problems, noise etc. The staff were all very friendly and the hotel room though fairly basic was comfortable and clean. The only real criticism of the rooms would be they could do with some hand towels. The onsite resturant was very nice and served a good dinner and breakfast. "Campanile Gent not a bad hotel if you have car"
We came with a car, so the location was OK. It was the cheapest alternative in Gent. The room was comfortable and the service pleasant. The restaurant was good. Two negative points: the wireless internet connection in the room was very slow, and the reception was rather disorganised with regard to the bill - when checking out we had already paid the […] city tax and for meals in the restaurant but the fact that we had paid had not been registered in their computer system. Helaas was er de gehele nacht, met regelmaat van ca. iedere 15 minuten hevig "motorgeronk" . Bleek een technisch probleem te zijn, maar dit is niet opgelost tijdens mijn verblijf.

"Campanile Hotel Gent : un peu loin du centre"
Assez éloigné du centre historique : 15 minutes en voiture... et situé dans un environnement très industrialisé... Mais sinon calme et agréable.

"Hotel campanilme : introuvable"
L'hôtel est très bien, d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le problème est de le trouver, le plan donné sur internet n'étant pas bon. Il serait temps de revoir ce plan et d'en faire un qui corresponde à la réalité. Si vous n'avez pas de GPS, inutile d'essayer de vous rendre à cet hôtel!!!

"cigarette smoke in bathroom"
Alright hotel though there was a strong cigarette smell in the room which was suppose to be non-smoking. This smell came in via the bathrooms air system.

гостиница расположена на трассе, совсем близко к городу Гент и его достопримечательностям. Очень удобно в нем останавливаться, если путешествуешь на автомобиле (бесплатная парковка). Очень хороший завтрак.
Lorsque je suis arrivé dans la chambre le soir, un néon ne fonctionnait dans la salle de bain. J'en ai parlé au réceptionniste, qui a réglé le problème pendant que nous étions à table, afin de ne pas nous déranger. J'ai apprécié son efficacité et sa discrétion.

"Hôtel idéal pour étape d'une nuit"
Chambre propre, matelas confortables et personnel très agréable. Idéal pour un arrêt d'une nuit. Proche de Gand (10 minutes en voiture) et de Bruges (40 minutes). Accès autoroute immédiat. Seul petit bémol, l'odeur de l'usine à côté mais une fois dans les chambres, pas de problème. Accès Wifi gratuit mais un peu lent.
