Dieses Campanile verdient die Bezeichnung Hotel nicht und schon garnicht diese suggerierte 2 Sterne-Kategorie. Staubballen, monatealte Spinnweben mit bereits toten Spinnen im Zimmer sind Standard. Toilettensitz offenbar seit längerer Zeit defekt. Während meines 1/2 tägigen + 1 nacht dauernden Aufenthalts habe ich 3 daumengrosse schwarzgraue Käfer entsorgen […] müssen die offenbar mit weiteren unter dem Bett hausen. Heizung über träge Klim möglich + zusätzlicher Kleinheizventilator.. Zimmer kalt, stinkt muffig, da offenbar wochenlang nicht vermietet, geputzt, gelüftet. Die 2 Empfangsherren betrachten an- und abreisende Hotelgäste als Störfaktoren, da für sie Telefongespräche offenbar wichtiger sind. Zimmermädchen stören ab 8.00 Uhr permanent noch im Morgenschlaf befindliche Gäste um das Zimmer zu machen. Ich empfehle dieses Abbruch-Hotel nicht zu buchen und Hotelscom diese Abbruchbude aus Ihrem Empfehlsortiment zu entfernen. Mehr

Nach 23:00 Uhr bekommt man in Hotel gar keine Getränke,nicht einmal ein Getränkeautomat ist vothanden.

Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar neben dem Flughafen Cointrin... und der Arena! Tip Top um nach einem Konzert nicht noch nach Hause fahren zu müssen! Zudem ist das Frühstück wärmsten zu empfehlen! ;)

It was terrible. I thought it was a nightmare. The room is cold even in April's relatively mild weather. The heat works but does not heat the floor so you have to wear your shoes inside. The room dimensions and pictures are very misleading in the pictures. The actual room size is much smaller. The room does not have a fridge inside. The TV did have […] exclusively french free to air channels. The top nightmare was the internet access that was supposed to be working and did work only 2 days out of the 7 days I spent in the hotel. If the hotel was not paid in full before my arrival I would definitely have moved out. Mehr

Detergent smell in room when we arrived. Wasn't to bad after window opened for a while. Beds comfortable. Breakfast expensive, especially for children.

A US-style motel on the French/Swiss border - who'd have thought it. Lots of free parking. About 5 mins drive to the french sector of geneva airport. There's a burnt out building opposite and a stream running along the back, but it didn't feel edgy in a quiet backwater. Kettle/tea/biscuits in room. Eur9 breakfast was fine. staff OK.

Basic hotel. If you need to stay for 1-2 nights. This hotel is a good choice. It is near Geneva airport and room prices are affordable. Walls in the rooms are thick. So, you should get a quiet sleep, even. if neighbors are a little bit noisy. Bed was ok. Overall: 3/5. Solid choice, for those who come to/from airport and just want to get a good sleep […] and carry on their trip next day. PS. Call the hotel, if you come after 23.00. You will be given security code. The hotel is cheaper than Swiss ones, and is convenient. However, the lack of a shuttle service means that a taxi there and back adds considerably to the costs, which needs to be factored-in.

We were assigned a "handicapped" room that we should have refused but were tired from a long road trip so did not complain. There was some mould in the bathroom. Food in the Restaurant was good.

No thanks never again. Went to the bar for a drink about 7pm....and they would not serve us. Ordered a taxi early in the morning to take us to the airport , it never arrived. "Five more minutes to clean your room" - it became 25. Dont waste your time

We booked this hotel as it was far cheaper than actually staying in Geneva. For a budget motel we were pleasantly surprised that it had a good restaurant with lovely food, friendly staff and the rooms were better than expected with coffee making facilities and hairdryer. You can catch a regular bus to Geneva from outside the mairie in Ferney Voltaire, […] about 10 mins walk from the hotel. Ferney itself is very nice with a couple of pleasant bars and restaurants. A great budget alternative if you want to visit Geneva for a couple of days. Mehr

Fine Basic Motel, with a good restaurant, friendly people. If you are using a Taxi it might be complicated, but if you are driving to Geneva Airport, and have an early flight, a much better choice I think then the Cheap hotel just at the Border (which is right near the airport too ). Very close to Geneva, Cheap, easy to find and very friendly staff.. Easy to park if you travel by car/van.. Great breakfast.. Will recommend to family traveling with kids or individuals. Great service

It did the job for what we needed it for - got into Geneva airport fairly late and it was cheaper than staying in Geneva centre. It was simple enough to find, the receptionist was friendly, but the room was infested by ants. We swished about 20 before going to sleep. All in all, it was better than going to a much pricier hotel in Geneva, but wouldn't […] go for any other reason. Mehr

This was not what I call a hotel. It was more like an old fashion motel cabin out in the country with each room having its own separate entrance with cars parked in front of rooms. It was not as close to airport as I thought and cab driver took advantage of us at the airport very pricy,The desk people would not tell us the cab was there to take us to […] airport and the cab driver was very upset about it and the cab driver charged us extra for the time he was out waiting for us and he was early too. .The desk people made us feel like we were putting them thru alot of trouble just checking in. Any questions we asked caused the gal at the desk to make faces behind our backs. Like when someone thinks not you again and rolls their eyes. Over all very unfriendly and not very helpful. Motel was very clean and lots of pretty trees surrounding it.Overall not at all like the picture on Hotels.com or what we expected. it was not a good experience. We thought this motel was supposed to be very close to airport but it wasn't. We were very shocked and disappointed too.I think the desk people need to find jobs somewhere else perhaps they are burned out on this job.There was a lady that checked us in and a man in the morning that checked us out.We've had businesses and we would definitely tell the owners they should check out what's going on. I don't recall any phones in the room cause I had to walk around the building to the lobby to talk to the desk clerk. Mehr

The Campanile Geneve - Ferney-Voltaire is a convenient and reasonably priced hotel if you wish to be close to the airport and have an early flight. The room was a very decent size and pretty clean, with good water pressure, hot water and a screen on the window, which we appreciated at night, since it was very warm out and lots of mosquitos in the air. […] The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy and the walls are relatively thin, so sometimes you can hear the snores of the people next door. However, the bed and bedding were very comfortable and clean. It was very easy to check-in and check-out; we had to leave very early, and they had an efficient system for doing early check-out the day before and giving you a code to get out of the parking lot the next day. Be sure to print directions to and from the hotel before you arrive, because it is a bit tricky to find, but once you know the route to the airport, it is a very short trip. Mehr

I stayed here a night while waiting my connecting flight from Geneva. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was really helpful. The only thing is that taxis are extremely expensive in Geneva, so you should calculate extra 50 dollars to the price.

Ferney-Votaire is a small village approximately 30 minutes by bus from down town Geneva, with easy access by bus from the airport (approximately 10-15 minutes - Bus Y or bus F). The bus Y runs every hour, the F is more frequent. The hotel is approximately 15-20 minutes walking from the bus terminal in Ferney-Voltaire, therefore, if you do not like walking […] or if you are not driving this hotel is not ideal. If you are driving this is a very good option as it has free-parking and is well located to go to Geneva. The hotel is standard, nothing very special but it is reasonably clean (some hair was noted in the tube on our arrival). The restaurant is good with nice options for dinner or lunch and with a good price breakfeast. The coffee itself is not good as it is prepared by one of those machines which mix powder milk with instant coffee, and the mugs are not very clean and many were damaged. The access to CERN, to the United Nations, to the Red Cross Museum and WHO is very easy by bus from the village. Restaurants is the village are also nice and there are have good supermarkets and even a movie theatre. We enjoyed our stay, but do not expect much sophistication. Mehr

Very nice place to stay, close to airport, clean, and quiet

We had a great experience staying one night before a flight out very early in the morning. The staff were helpful, we ate in the restaurant there because we arrived late and it was pretty good. Wireless worked well. All that we needed for a short time and the rate was very reasonable.

After sticking with cheap three stars for much of our Europe trip, we finally went two star at a Campanile near Aix-en-Provence. From then on out, we only stayed at Campanile. For Americans, this is most equivalent to a solid Econo-lodge. It has no frills (although they all have restaurants), no bells and no whistles. But every one we stayed in was […] clean, comfortable, well-located and cheap. If you do not care about the frills, do care about your budget and want a cheap, consistent, name-brand, comfortable place to go, Campanile is a solid option. Mehr

Razoavel. O atendimento e exageradamente formal. Consegui eplo menos que a Recepcionista fizesse uma ligacao para a Renault para apanhar o carro.

Ihan OK motelli/hotelli. Ei mikään luksuspaikka, mutta ihan hyvä yhden yön pysähdykseksi lennon jälkeen.

Rapport qualité prix correct, mais propreté de la chambre vraiment pas terrible.

Accueil très chaleureux et efficace. Accès moyennement facile de nuit . Proximité de l'aéroport. Petit détail sympathique : bouilloire électrique avec sachets de thé et café à disposition ce qui évite de déranger le personnel surtout avec un décalage horaire.

Een motel met ontbijt (desgewenst), dat dichtbij Geneve ligt, maar zonder auto moeilijk te bereiken. Prettige ontvangst.

Bien qu'extrêmement bien placé et très abordable comparé aux hôtels suisses, j'ai été très déçue par l'état d'entretien de cet hôtel. La propreté est à revoir, d'ailleurs seul le lit a été fait fait après notre première nuit, la serviette à changer n'a pas été changée, pas même un petit coup d'aspirateur, du jamais vu. Pas étonnant que les araignées […] et cafards s'invitent! Une fenêtre fermait mal, petit courant d'air rafraichissant de bon matin.... Par contre la literie était super, le personnel très gentil Ca n'est vraiment pas une référence pour Campanile, c'est de loin le moins bien entretenu dans lequel j'ai séjourné Mehr

Mesmo perto da fronteira, a 20 minutos de Geneve. Contudo a paragem do autocarro é um pouco longe. Um sitio simpático, e as pessoas são bastante disponíveis. Umas boas férias para repetir!!

Hvis du ønsker et billig hotell og finner det til en lav pris i søkemotoren, så er dette hotellet/motellet verd pengene. Prøv hvis du kan å ordne et rom som ikke er på baksiden av den bakerste blokken, der er det ganske kaldt og fuktig på rommet. Hils gjerne på Roman og Carole, de ser ut til å jobbe der hele tiden og er veldig hyggelige. Rutebussene […] F og Y kan du ta fra tettstedet Ferney-Voltaire, som er ca 10-15 minutters spasertur unna. De tar deg til h.h.v. Geneve togstasjon i sentrum og Y tar deg til flyplassen i Geneve. Mehr

Гостиница точно соответствует формуле: цена-качество. Все вполне достойно, приятно порадовал чайный уголок, который и не во всех трешках встретишь. Очень сильный недостаток - расположение. Действительно, до аэропорта Женевы - 2 км, но по автотрассе и на такси, цена вопроса - 30 шв. франков в один конец. Можно добраться и на автобусе, но получится с […] пересадкой и разобраться можно только если сам побываешь. Да, навигатор почему то не нашел эту гостиницу. Mehr
