Deluxe Inn - Vallejo

Towels were awful. Bathroom was in very bad condition. Room was huge and bathroom didn't get warm at all. Shower tabs was not working. Sheets were new and very clean.

Convenient location to Six Flags but neighborhood was somewhat sketchy. The times for continental breakfast were not communicated, and it was limited to coffee and packaged danishes- not even close to what most other hotels offer.The upkeep & cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. Bad neighborhood, night-activity continued until 4am. Locks on inside door broken, exit doors at ends of halls open all night with people out and up all night. NOT A FAMILY HOTEL. Will never stay there again!!

This place was Very scary. I had to hurry my children to the room. The room was so bad that I made then wear their shoes . I would not recommend at all!!!

carpet stained and dirty. ! 1 face towel for 2 people! towels old and worn thin. no drinking cups. breakfast advertised, offered coffee and 1 small sweet roll. no tea. I need to say. you get what you pay for! my error in choice.

This place is a dump. Hair in the bed. No remote control for the TV. A sad shrink-wrapped "pastry" for breakfast . . . try not to expect much.

The room was sparse for the price. Headboard was not attached and just hanging on the front of the bed. Smoke detector did not have a battery or a battery cover! Remote control for the TV was missing buttons! Only one light for the whole room. Bathroom light took forever to come on. I have stayed in hotels in the Vallejo area before and always had a good experience. Just a place to lay our head, that's all we wanted. Ohh boy.. not this place! Every year for the past 3 years our family has taken a trip to Six Flags in Vallejo, stayed overnight and drove out the San Francisco the next day. We have stayed at various hotels in that […] area. We had my family and my sister in law's family with us, so we got two rooms. We left Six Flags about 8:30pm, got to the hotel and checked in by 9. We put all our bags in my family's room and left to go to Denny's. Came back about 10:15ish. I helped move move my sister in law's bags to her room. Opened the door and got a horrid smell of something like burned popcorn. Looked up at the wall and there sits a cockroach. I immediately go get the front desk guy and bring him to the room. I show him the cockroach, which is standing perfectly still. He asks me if I would like him to remove it. (WHAT??) With a agitated response I say yes. I also complain about the smell, which he says he cannot smell. Then he asks if I would like another room. I said yes, I would. So my sis in law get's moved to another room By this time it is after 11pm at night. My wife and I get over to our room and make our own discoveries. -A 24" round area of peeled paint on the wall. -Fridge not plugged in, opened it up to a horrid smell with black mold inside. -smoke detector missing from the room, with wires hanging out of the ceiling. -We checked for bed bugs. Did not find any signs, but found crumbs in the sheets from what looked like a leftover croissant. At this point it was too late to go find another place. So we stayed the night, but I complained to the morning desk clerk! He kept playing ignorant tried to explain away my concerns. For instance, the missing smoke detector with wires hanging out of the ceiling. He assured me that they have a central fire alarm system and even pointed it out to me in the hall. We arrived in the evening and got a bad feeling from the start when we saw an odd-looking person dancing by himself on his hotel room balcony while parking our car. The room was non-smoking but had a strong smell of _something_ that we could not identify. There was a lot of noise from the highway next to the inn (it is really close) and in the middle […] of the night someone was banging on a door and yelling, I thought it was our door at first. We didn't feel at all safe in this hotel and decided to leave after the first night even though we had booked (and paid for) two nights. (The reason for booking in the first place was that not much else north of the bay was available and we had to get a roof over our heads.) Mehr

This place is not a hotel. It seems to be a place for people living there for longer periods of time. The bed in the first room had a leg missing - bed was tilting to a degree of complete uselessness. Phone wasn't working in the second room. In the third room we noticed the dead-bolt was missing - we soon found out that deadbolts where missing in ALL […] the rooms, parts of the deadbolts still attached to the doorframe, looking like they had been broken up. We decided not to stay, and where given half the price in return. Impossible to get in touch with the manager/management. With the missing deadbolts, unusual business practise and location of the motel, safety seemed very questionable. Mehr

This place is clean but only as clean as an old place with cracked baths and melted lamp shades can be. The feral cats are cute (and sad to see), but only add to the fact that this is truly the ghetto of Vallejo, the only benefit being Tacos Jalisco (nearby taco truck).

There have been recent upgrades..the room was very large and spacious. The employees were great. We did not have any freeway noise. I felt it was a great price for a few days when not needing pool and other amenities...

Ok, we pulled up and I knew it was bad from the start, but I figured we were only staying to sleep, not hang out there. The surrounding area and hotel is so getto. My kids and I got our room key, when we opened the door, it was occupied! My 6 year old daughter freeks out and starts running back to the car, along with my 10 year old son. I went back […] to the office and there was a sign " be back in 5 min", so we waited in our car with the doors locked, my daughter starts crying, saying lets leave, theres a man climbing up the side of the building onto the balcony! Seriously! I went in and said we aren't staying here! I called hotels.com and got a full refund! We ended up staying at Best Western Plus in Belicia, just 10 minutes away, wow what a difference.... Right next to highway, very loud

For a one night stay close to Six Flags it met the needs. Breakfast was coffee and a sweet roll. Would not recommend for single women. No extra perks (besides a refrigerator) whatsoever.

the hotel advertises that it is under a new management and that it provides continental breakfast. there was no breakfast available. there was coffee and if the person asks about a breakfast,the staff at the hotel goes in and brings back a small muffin. We checked to see if there was breakfast at 7:20 a.m. one day and at 8:00 the next day,but there […] was no breakfasts in both days. then we booked the room for three people,but there were only towels for two people.When you go to the front desk to ask for towels,there is no one there.We had to use hand towels as bath towels for the third person in the room. the mattress was bouncy and uncomfortable. worst hotel i have ever been to. The pictures shown were nothing like the real hotel. The hotel was dirty not only on the outside, but the inside as well. We checked out within an hour of arriving there.

The hotel itself was clean and nice for a last minute need it worked. But all night long there were "kids" screaming and yelling and hanging out in the parking lot right below the rooms. The cops were called at least twice...they would leave we would fall asleep and then yelling and screaming would start again. We did not get much sleep at all. Homeless drug addicts, convicted felons and gang members occupy the top two floors and parking lot. Not enough towels and like pulling teeth to get more towels out of the completely inept desk clerks. The "continental breakfast" was so inedible, I dont think the stray dogs and cats in the parking lot would eat it. At under sixty bucks for a room I cant complain much. The hotel is near a highway as most are so it was a little noisy. The other hotel guests were also noisy untill about 10pm (This is situational and may not be experienced every night). This is not an ideal vacationing hotel or suited for children. A great room for a one or two night stay.

There was dried blood on the desk, the floor was sticky, I had to mop the bathroom floor to even walk on it. Over all I didn't stay the second night and recived no refund. The homeless live in the back and use it as a bathroom. My children and I didnt feel safe and left first thing.

Delux Inn in Vallejo, CA is an inexpensive place to spend a night on your way to somewhere else. Theier claim to "free breakfast" is a joke. Cold bad coffee and stale pastery. A clean bed, nothing more, then you're at the right place.

well were do i start when i got there it was around 9pm there are gangsters hanging out in the parking lot we get inside the room and my son finds pubic hears on the toilet seat the beds were hard as concrete when we left the same people were in the same spot in the parking lot i think they were there all night. the only positive thing is the people […] in the office were very nice and wanted to please.... This is agsolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Furniture ok, but room was stark. Shampoo provided in foil pouch. Towel more for drying dishes. Nice balcony overlooking a parking lot and freeway. I just got it because I was getting in late and leaving early, so only to sleep. Still not at all satisfactory. Booooo

The noise from the cars from the Freeway & the surrounding side streets could be heard inside our room. I guess the windows are not sound proof.

This hotel is right by a noisy freeway on one side and noisy street on another. Rooms need face lift. No tub stoppers and no extras available. Breakfast a joke - just coffee and danish. Hotel staff less than accomodating. Not worth the price paid at all!

This hotel needs to be renovated. It's in a convenient location and the staff is really attentive and helpful. The negative is the old stale quality of the rooms.

The room was very nice, they had HBO and internet access and complimentary coffee in the lobby. Across the street is a small shopping center with a nice Szechwan restaurant and a RiteAid if you forgot anything like toothpaste.

I STAYED THIS INN WHEN I HAD A TRIP TO NAPA VALLEY. THE MOTELS IN NAPA VALLEY ARE PRETTY PRICY. SO I CHOSE THIS MOTEL. ABOUT 20 MILES AWAY FROM NAPA VALLEY. JUST NEXT TO I-80. LOCATION WAS GOOD. CONDITION OF THIS MOTEL WAS NORMAL. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE FREE BREAKFAST. WIRELESS INTERNET IS FREE.

Le bruit dans la chambre est affreux car il est difficile de dormir. La réception est incompétente!!! L'hôtel est d'une manière générale décevante. C'est le pire hôtle du voyage aux USA.
