Wer Trubel möchte, ist hier richtig. Ansonsten recht lautes Zimmer trotz hohem Stockwerk, in die Jahre gekommen Hotelzimmer, typisch amerikanisches "Teppich-interieur". Teures valet parking. In der Seitenstraße gibt's parken für die Hälfte (immer noch 15 Dollar). HotelRestaurant ist gut, aber auch recht teuer. 1. Das Zimmer (teurere Kategorie) war nur oberflächlich gereinigt. 2. Frühstück: die Bedienung im Restaurant war jeden Tag neu, keine Ahnung von nichts, mühesam. 3. Die Korridore sind auf +18C gekühlt, wenn nicht tiefer. Unnötig und unangenehm. 4. Herausragende Lage, Strand sehr nah, alle Annehmlichkeiten.

A classic Art Deco icon, but the hotel needs an uplift. Obvious aging signs everywhere. Like most of the hotel restaurants, the food and service are mediocre at best. The best meal we had was at New Cafe.

Hi. Was overall pleased with Hotel Victor because of their service + the value of our stay. Thanks to hotels.com + Hotel Victor, the stay was very affordable. We happened to visit during an unusually rainy period, so we did experience a bit of water damage in our room, but nothing was damaged and what was amazing was how quickly + well the hotel staff […] handled moving us, comping us. Would definitely stay here again. The location is amazing. And the staff was very warm. Mehr

This place is a rip-off. Hotel room was not clean...there was somebody's hair on the toilet seat which was particularly nasty. They don't care about repeat business but rather try to squeeze every dollar they can out of the immediate stay. They hit you with a $20 mandatory "ammenity fee" which they told me is required by the City for all hotels located […] across the street from the beach. I checked with both the City and with Dade County and confirmed this was an outright lie and there is no such governement required fee or tax. The ammenity fee does not actually cover the ammenities such as the internet which was an additional $15 and kept cutting out and did not work. Only positive was that the hotel was well located. However aside from the location, overall a very overrated hotel. Definitely not 4 stars. Would not recommend. Mehr

Watch out for those resort fees.

The only negative aspect of my stay was the linens on the bed. They had a musty, sweaty smell. When I entered the room, the a/c was on 78 and the whole room smelled musty. For the quality of the hotel, the sheets on bed should have been crisp and clean. I have never had an issue with linens at Marriott, Hilton and other typical hotels . Hotel Victor is in a great spot on Ocean Drive. When we arrived they were helpful but we found out about the nightly surcharge around $25 for new towels, water and amenities so be sure to also consider this if you choose this hotel, we just wandered why you have to pay it because your already paying to stay at the hotel?? We were initially shocked when […] walking into the room because it looked a lot nicer in the photos at night though the feel of the hotel changes and it's actually really nice, the pool lights up and there is nice fairy lights ad from our room you can walk onto balcony and hear the Spanish guitarist who plays nightly out the front. The Bice restaurant had awful food, we hated it and only ate their once even the drinks are mediocre a lot nicer places on strip to go to. We went to the hotels spa because they had a $99 special for beauty treatments, only after we finished our massage did they inform us of a $25 service fee each, now we were starting to feel like tourists getting ripped off. It was so misleading I would have tipped if they didn't take advantage like that. All in all though we had a nice stay Mehr

This was my first time to Miami for vacation and my hotel stay at Victor definitely made it worth while. The front desk staff were very polite and extremely attentive, and the even the housekeeping staff were nice and very helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a central location on ocean drive, and would love to stay here aga […] in. Mehr

This was my 6th time staying at the Hotel Victor and I loved it as usual.

I really enjoyed where this hotel was located...right across the beach and on the south beach strip. Service here was excellent.... Loved the receptionists and the valet guys who ALWAYS opened the doors for me! ..... Wasn't able to do a late check out... Guess they were busy, but would have loved it if they could have done that. My room was a little […] small... Very art deco'd and pretty but... It was small. Also, their swimming pool is only 3ft!!..... Not very swimmable.... Wish it was MUCH larger!! The Hotel food and Drinks were very good. Service to the room was marginal. We had great massages at the Spa but were disappointed with the lack of service in the Spa also.. No robe or slippers in the mens locker and no attendant. The Beach service was very good with unbrellas and lounges. we were warmly welcomed at the front door and reception. Very friendly staff. Problem with room bar fridge was solved by moving us to another room. not fussy about the open concept bathroom which was open to the bed area. Only a curtain provide any privacy. Hotel doorman went out of his way to rectify a bus tour mix up for us. The conceirge had booked […] us on the wrong day and the doorman contacted the tour company perswonally and had them return to the hotel for us. A good location in the midst of the Art deco district. great staff,great location.i've been to sobe a bunch of times and have stayed in quite a few different spots but it's hotel victor from now on.it was a real cool spot.

While staying at the Hotel Victor, and I'm not sure if it is just a sign of our desperate economy or not, but the staff made it very well known that you were to tip and while they were taking a tip from me, when my back was turned they tried to get more from my Wife. This happened twice with the valet at Hotel Victor whereby the valet took money from […] my and his partner was working my Wife for cash on the other side of my SUV. I left feeling dissatisfied with and worked over by Hotel Victor and its staff.....constantly money grubbing!! My Wife and I go to South Beach at least once per month and we try to stay in different boutique hotels every trip. Hotel Victor is NOT a repeat stay for us. Mehr

super location original decoration but dirty rooms and restaurant , I dont know how then could get so many stars. no bathrobes no mini bar no 24 hours service for a very high price. will not go back

Great art deco hotel. Really beautiful and clean. The only negatives are that the rooms are small and drinks by the pool outrageously expensive. But great ocean drive location, really interesting decor

Want funky place to enoy SB. This is a neat hotel, part of Hyatt Hotel Chain. We have stayed at most of the nicer hotels at SB and this one is always a favorite of ours. Johnny D Atlanta, Ga

Service at register desk was great--welcoming, eager to make us comfortable, accommodate needs like late check-out. Room was attractive, with nice amenities, but a little sloppy--a light fixture ajar, toilet paper holder hanging on by one screw, no place to hang damp towels.

Beautiful and quaint little hotel!

I loved the Hotel Victor - very modern style hotel which had a nice comfortable feel about it. Staff were very friendly. The location is perfect, right on south beach and so close to all the lovely restaurants and bars on the strip. Couldn't have asked for better. Wish i stayed longer than 1 night.

Awesome clubs within walking distance, Versance Mansion for dinner next door, great location next to beach.

The hotel was very accommodating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. The only bad thing is that you have to pay for parking at a rate of $32/day outside of the room cost. I think that is a little steep.

The hotel was cool in the dark, but needs some TLC... Just seemed a little run down... Or Staff was great... The food at BICE was not good and the service was lacking in fine dining experience.... Not even close to the BICE in New York...

Hotel was very nice. Smelled like paint--like you were in an old navy ship. otherwise was great!

My husband and I stayed there for a weekend in August and we loved the hotel. We loved the atmosphere, the decor, the colors, the artwork, the jellyfish tank, the pool, the cabanas, the drinks from the bar, the friendly service, the location on ocean drive.....the only thing that I didn't like was that the place wasn't so happening at night. Maybe I […] just didn't like this because they have such a cool lounge and it deserves more of a crowd. In the end it doesn't matter because we found plenty of places to party all night and then come back at 9am for a peaceful siesta in our comfortable room. Mehr

My husband and I stayed there for his bday. It was absolutely amazing. The pool is great and its 24 hours with DJ on saturday. Service was great. we even used their spa and it was spectacular. Overall our stay was great and we would definitely recommend to our friends and family and will return. Also, we have a 3 year old who loved the pool and wouldn't […] leave. :) Mehr

Utrolig dårlig information omkring hotellets faciliteter.Da vi skulle afregne skulle vi betale x antal dollar/dag for at benytte strandstole, vi var bare aldrig blevet informeret om at vi havde ret til at bruge disse stole. Den første dag fik vi ikke redt senge. Vi havde bedt om at få et værelse med altan, det fik vi også, der var bare ingen dør derud. Der […] var store problemer med at finde vores booking og det tog næsten en time at chekke ind, for dårligt når man har betalt hjemmefra. Hotellet er alt for dyrt når man tager standarden i betragtning. Mehr

Très bonne situation, quartier Deco Miami Beach, proche mer. Excellent service, bonne restauration accueil chaleureux.

Vi förväntade oss ganska hög standard eftersom hotellet har 4,5 stjärnor av 5 möjliga. Rummen var dock mycket små och mörka, ett vattenrör hade gått sönder så att det lät otroligt störande och vi fick därför byta rum direkt när vi hade checkat in. Det var en del skavanker i rummen och ingen plats att ställa resväskor förutom i hallen där det inte fanns […] något lyse. Man kunde alltså inte packa upp väskorna utan fick famla i mörker. Sängarna var inte bekväma, underlakanet var i något slags galonmaterial vilket gjorde att det blev väldigt varmt i sängen. AC lät mycket, så det var inget alternativ på natten. Room service var rörigt och långsamt. En gång fick vi korrigera beställningen tre ggr. De gemensamma toaletterna på hotellet, vid poolen t.ex. saknade toalettpapper och spolknappen var trasig. Poolen ligger i skugga. Kort sagt, det där lilla extra saknades och i vårt tycke förtjänar hotellet max 3 stjärnor. Plus till vissa i personalen som var trevliga och gav bra service. Hotellet kändes dock opersonligt och dystert. Mehr
