Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen. Zum Sandstrand nur wenige Meter. Alle Zimmer verfügen über einen Balkon, wo die Gartenpfege seit Jahren vernachlässigt wird. In den oberen Etgagen kann man noch über den Djungel sehen unten ist es zugewachsen. Am Steg ist ein großer Gasgrill und man kann abends nett sitzen. Die Möbel sind recht alt und es wurde. Ei uns […] nur oberflächig gereinigt. Unter dem Sofa waren essensreste, da wir zu dritt waren mussten wir es benutzen. Die bettwaesche war beim 3 Bett nicht bezogen trotz Anmeldung. Staff were woderful

Really enjoyed this hotel. stayed two night. The room was large! Large living space, a lot of counter space in the kitchen. (nice to have a full kitchen). Bed & sheets were comfortable and nice. Neighborhood was nice- beach access is close & its a beautiful beach. some shops and restaurants within walking distance. there was a pool- we didnt go but […] it looked small, maybe it was a busy day? also, convenient to get to mainland tampa. overall, we will definitely be staying here again when we visit the clearwater/st petersburg area. This was a lovely little hotel not a resort...Loved the views, the quiet, the ample towels, & the roominess. Would have liked more bedside lighting and racks/bench for luggage placement since I don't like keeping my suitcase on the floor.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for the beach, although not on the beach you can walk to it in 3 minutes. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Great choice of local restaurants, PJ's is a must. Great for chilling and relaxing, you can spend the day by the pool or the deck. WE WILL BE BACK.

Had a great time the accomidations and staff were some of the best I have ever experianced. We are already planing our vacation at the same resort for next year.

This property promised much from its lisings and delivered in full. Unusually spacious appartment ideal for two people (could be a bit cramped for 4 adults) but well furnished and equiped, spotlessly clean and modern. Fantastic locaton on intercoastal waterway and across from Gulf beach. Indian Shores has everything for a holiday or even longer stays. […] Clearwater and St Pete nearby if you want somewhere a bit livelier some times. Numerous good golf courses around which we used. Staff could not be more helpful and welcoming and he whole ethos was to provide everything for a relaxed stay. Would unhesitatingly recommend it to all. Service excellent. Went out of their way to make our stay excellent Furnishings were a little dated for an extended stay however the remainder of the amenities well made up for this small deficiency. Surrounding area very pleasant and many things to do

The value is great - lots of space for the money. Indan Shores is about 20 minutes below Clearwater so it is a good place to stay if you don't mind driving to get to the populated areas. The pool is really small but nice. The hotel surroundings are beautiful. There are some little things I could complain about - tub didn't drain very fast and the hot […] water doesn't last all that long, but these things didn't make my stay less pleasant. i would come back to this place. Clean, convenient place to visit the beaches in Florida. Friendly staff. Only issue is limited office hours.

Booked the room morning of our arrival. Took a long time to check in, which was a bit of a hassle, but once we got to the room it made up for it. Love the "leave you alone" policy in the hotel (no housekeeping until you leave), as I tend to usually leave a "do not disturb" sign on my room door at hotels. Great view of the intercoastal and right across […] the street from a great beach access park. Close to everything in Indian Shores/Indian Rocks. Great location for a good price. Sure, the heated swimming pool was sort of small and there is no room service. But this is exactly what we wanted, privacy, no interruptions, good location, and relaxed atmosphere. Overall a great place.

We had a lovely time. Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful..The location is very convient for dining, shoping and the beach

A friend and I stayed over the Christmas/New Year holiday and were pleasantly surprised at our accommodation - we had what amounted to an individual apartment each. The one and only small niggle, not really a complaint, was that the pillows were hard! Location great, staff great, would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Wonderful Intercoastal view from all units. Across the street from the beach and walking distance to various eating places. Our studio was very spacious and beautifully decorated.

I was surprised to find that the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking tools, plates, and appliances. The place is freshly painted with comfortable furniture in a large space. Right accross from a public beach access point, its great. About a mile north of the resort, there is a restaurant called The Pub that is actually family-friendly and reasonably […] priced with a variety of food items. If you stay more than a few days at the resort, have your kids take advantage of the crafts and activities that they schedule. Mehr

We enjoyed the location on Gulf Blvd. on the Intercostal Waterway. We saw porpoises and manatees in the canal next to the hotel property. We enjoyed the "roominess" of the room and the bathroom. We did not like the check-in process for guests arriving after the front desk closed. The front desk closes (depending on the day of the week) anywhere from […] 4:00PM - 9:00PM. We had to find a phone hidden behind a panel that wasn't an obvious door. Then when we tried to call the number to locate some one to help us, the phone went to a continuous busy sign. We ended up calling someone named "Wallace", he was on the property and showed up about 3 min. later. He was very friendly and helpful. Every night, beginning around 11:00 (after "Wallace" left),we kept hearing sounds like furniture being moved around on a bare floor. It was loud enough to wake us up or keep us awake when we were trying to go to sleep. There was no one to call because the front desk was closed and "Wallace had left". I think these two factors may deter us from staying at this place again. Mehr

We landed at Tampa and needed a place for one night before travelling on. It was very clean , incredibly spacious and the staff couldn't have been friendlier, very well located for the beach and Restaurants and would definetly stay again in the future.Overall it was incredible value for money.

Found this to be a wonderful little resort. The rooms were spotless and well equipped. A heated pool, internet access, game room, sauna and a beautiful view of the Intercoastal on the Narrows. Also, close to all the great restaurants. Just a pleasant vacation spot. I would highly recommend the Legacy.

Stayed here four nights October 2011. Wish it had been longer & will definitely go there again. Great views over inland waterway & staff were great. Their help saved us a fortune on ice hockey tickets. Lovely small resort -ideal for couples who want a relaxing stay in great surroundings

We had some problems when we arrived re incorrect room but after phoning hotel.com they gave us a bigger suite and were very accomadating . Suite was very clean and large. We would definitelely use the hotel again. Good value for money spent, The beach is 1/2 block up and across the road.

We were very satisfied with Legacy-Indian Shores. The location is very convenient, and across the street from the beach. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accomadating. I will stay there again.

The resort is close to the beach,church and lots of eating places and stores.It's a very nice place to stay.Parking is awesome because it's covered,considering its in Florida.

We have been traveling to Indian Shores/Indian Rocks Beach twice a year for many years. We usually stay on the beach side, but tried something a little different this time. Places we've stayed before have been hit and miss. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. It is very clean and very well maintained ; found it very conveniently located […] to the places we like to go. We will stay here again. Would recommend they stock the kitchen with plastic glasses or tumblers for use at the pool as well as update some of the furnishings. The king side bed was comfortable, but a foam topper for added comfort is recommended. Mehr

Although not directly on the Gulf of Mexico the property is on the Intercoastal with a pier and benches for watching boats and birds. It was very relaxing to sit there and have morning coffee. Walking to restaurants and stores was very convient and safe. Many people walking rather than driving. A nice change for Florida.

Large, clean rooms, central location on the pennisula, could offer internet & upgrade bedding to something a little more comfortable.

We were very pleased with the resort and would look to stay there at the price we paid, again. Front desk staff are exceptional! Melissa and Payta couldn't have been nicer! We will be back!!!!!

This small resort offered a large studio with a huge bath for a reasonable price. Front desk is excellent. Unit was spotless. Heated swimming pool is small. Nice view of the intercoastal.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Excellente situation pour passer quelques nuits. Personnel sympa et bon petit déjeuner compris. Très bonne situation pour visiter les environs.

Cet hôtel possède tous les ingrédients pour passer un excellent séjour dans cette belle station familiale. de bon confort, excellent service et d'une gentillesse sans égal. Vous pouvez y séjourner les yeux fermés mais pas trop longtemps car c'est tellement beau. Seul point négatif: nous avions opté pour une kitchinette mais il faut savoir que la kitchinette […] est très limitée (pas de réchaud uniquement micro-ondes et bac évier).
