Grand Beach - Orlando

V.a. die Wohnung hat uns überzeugt (3 bedroom appartement mit Küche, Wohnzimmer und Balkon): sehr geräumig, sauber, 3 Badezimmer (2 davon integriert in den Schlafzimmern), gute Ausstattung (Fernseher, Küche etc.), geräumiger Balkon mit Insektenschutz. Unsere 5-köpfige Familie hat sich darin sehr wohl gefühlt und hatte genügend Platz! Das Resort selber […] ist nicht riesig, genau die richtige Grösse. Die Umgebung mit dem direkt angrenzenden See ist sehr sympatisch und schön. Die Pool-Anlage ist nichts besonderes, aber durchaus in Ordnung. Mehr

Schöne für USA recht kleine Hotelanlage ohne Restauration. Super Lage direkt am See mit 2 Pools. Zimmer sind eigentlich Appartments mit voll eingerichteter Küche. Erstklassischer Service

We had a wonderful stay at The Grand Beach. The master bedroom and bathroom was amazing! The tub with 6 jets was perfect go relax after a long day at the park. There is not one bad thing to say about this place!

Lovely grounds. Nice people. Love overlooking the water on the screen in porch. You can hear and see the fireworks from Disney through the trees.

All the comforts of home! We had 8 people in our party and there was enough room for everyone. It is so nice to have a washer and dryer in your condo! You are offered an opportunity to participate in the timeshare sales program but can decline the offer. We will return in the future!

Excellent location & facilities, the 3 bedroom unit was great, and the facilities fantastic. Kids really enjoyed all the activities.

Spacious, comfortable and clean apartments. Lovely surroundings with the gardens and the lake. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pools enormously. Good distance to major attractions. Nice front desk service. We would definitely stay there again. Can be warmly recommended.

we loved it! for four people the one bedroom was good, but the two bedroom was completely AWESOME. we will definately stay there again, hotel manager was awesome! pools were clean, lots of activities, sauna was great, lake is beautiful.

Very convenient. Well kept. Have stayed in many similar establishments over the years in this area and this one is one of the best.

Excellent stay. I stayed for business, but really felt like a vacation. Eventything about the resort was lovely. I even took a minute and laid down in a hammock. I tried to envision that I wasn't there to work. I went swimming in the morning (only thing was the heater in pool inconsistant.) It was cold for Orlando, and heater on one day, not the next. […] Lots of activities for families. I even painted a wine glass when I first got there. Lovely, you won't regret staying there. Mehr

After reading all the great reviews, I wondered if this stay would live up to it's reviews and I have to say that it did! Beautiful villa with all the amenities- comfortable beds, flat screens in the bedrooms and living area, screened in porch, beautiful pool --WARM!- and hot tub. Loved the movie by the pool with popcorn! Lovely peaceful atmosphere, […] but felt comfortable with the grandchildren. The villa had all the amenities of home and all the extra touches to make you feel pampered. Staff was courteous and helpful. Fishing, paddle boats, playground, and planned activities. This was just a real nice stay and will definitely be hoping to come back here in the future! Mehr

Everything about Grand Beach was wonderful.

The hotel is excellent with good facilities and good staff, the grounds are kept in very good order and it is very close to all the major parks and attractions. The only drawback is the pressure to attend the 90 minute presentation, but be firm and everything else is fine. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We booked a two-night stay at this property for a recent visit to Disney World. I have to say the room (a three-bedroom suite) was nicer than we were expecting. This is a great hotel choice if you have a car and are willing to drive to Disney and any other area attractions.

I booked this Condo because I had 3 generations with 4 adults and 2 children and was looking for a place for us to be together but not on top of each other. This was one of the few properties I could find that had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are Master Suites with one at one end and the other at the other end with the 3rd bedroom. […] It was a great layout for Privacy and perfect for our needs. The Condo was well stocked with towels,toiletries,paper towels,dish and laundry detergent,dishes for 8,blender,toaster,W/D,etc. It was clean and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable and all the lines were of nice quality. It took us no more than 10 minutes to get to any Disney park and 15-20 minutes from Universal. They charge you a small modest fee for a fishing pole,bait,kayak,canoe or peddle boat which I like better than being charged a flat resort fee for amenities I may never use. Parking is free and I had 2 vehicles as we drove over from the West Coast of Florida. The outdoor grills were spotless and ready for a bag of charcoal. We ate out on our screened (a necessity in Florida) roomy porch one night which was a delight. You also are NOT charged a final cleaning fee and not required to wash linens, etc. prior to check-out. We were told about the Time Share portion and invited to a presentation but we declined and were never approached again. The property has a quiet and serene atmosphere which is a nice change after all the people and excitement of the parks. Our Son and his family were very pleased with our choice and for our needs it was better than staying on Disney property. This was a lovely property and I will not hesitate to tell everyone I know about it. Mehr

We loved staying at Grand Beach. Everything was extremely clean. I would definitely stay there again.

This is not a regular hotel room! We had plenty of space for our group of eight. All the comforts of home and so close to Disney. We will be back!

I stayed here for business for 5 days so didn't spend much time in my room. Nice, pleasant hotel staff. I had to move on my second night due to the spiders crawling on my sheets right before I went to bed! Yuck! I moved to another room right away which was much better and no spiders! Beds were very comfortable though once I got over the creepy craw […] lers. Mehr

Very good place for the money. Value is there. Construction of units is poor, wouldnt want to own one, but other than tile counters out of level and leaks here and there, it was actually ignorable. We had 3 bedroom unit and it was great size for family of 6. No one bothered us about timeshare. Didnt collect free gift pkg at concierge. They did bug and […] bug about email address. I hope they dont abuse it as we finally caved in at checkout. Less than 7 miles from hotel to disney transportation ticket center parking. easy easy access to food and stores. right on major road but in quiet end of route. Mehr

we had a three bedroom villa for a great price. there were two pool areas, each with a big pool, wading pool, and hot tub. two of the pools were heated too! the paddle boat was fun. it was nice that we could walk to the pools and paddle boat area from our room. sometimes with a villa, the resort is too big to walk to the pool and other amenities. the […] room was very nice and clean. we will definately stay here again as the location was perfect for going to disney world and universal studios. :) Mehr

Hotel room was nice & clean... Everything else was also great. But they were continuosly pushing to attend their advertisement presentation of 90 min... Which was frustrating...

It is a home away from home+close enough to take our little ones back from a nap-driveway to disney park under 10minutes-love the 3 bedroom suite -i'm picky+i love this place,great pool,jacuzzi

Our stay at the Grand Beach was wonderful! The hotel is very confortable and the staff, specially Marisol at the front desk, is very nice! We would stay there again!

This was our second stay and it was just a good as the first. We stayed in a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo and all rooms where spotless, spacious and comfortable. The living room and bedrooms all had large flat screen tvs. The kitchen was fully furnished and clean. Grand Beach has all the amenities one needs when visiting Orlando. The grounds were clean and […] well maintained. The lake is beautiful and the pool areas, although we haven't used, are more than adequate for a property this size. The only complaint, if I had to make one, is that there isn't much within walking distance. There are many other properties that have much more to do around them. I would highly recommend this property and plan to stay here on all future trips to Orlando. Mehr

I would just say to make sure you do a walk through to make sure nothing is broken since they hold a security deposit. There was a hole punched in the master bedroom door. We reported it so we did not get charged.
