Hotel room was not ready when we checked in. The scheduled check in is 3pm. We arrived at 4pm & we had to down grade just to get into a room or we would have had to wait even longer.

great place very clean and close to everything breakfast is awesome .. and free drinks at night can't go wrong!!!

The Embassy Suites has issues with keeping their rooms cleaned. I was missing part to my bath tub so I couldn't give my son a bath. There was blood on the shower curtain, and red lipstick on my wash cloth. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, and when I called the front desk to address the issue, they blew me off until I kept calling them insisting […] they fix the problem. Their customer service is just as horrible as their cleaning. When I got home I realized that ten dollars was missing from my luggage. I will never stay here or at any other embassy suites again. We were working in nearby St. Peters on a Saturday to prepare for a trivia night that evening. We needed to be able to prepare, get ourselves cleaned up, do the trivia, clean the venue, and get out. Living in St. Louis, we thought it too far to keep driving back & forth, so we decided to stay in a hotel. Having Hotel.com rewards points available, we […] decided to splurge and stay at the Embassy Suites. After doing the trivia set-up, we checked in a bit early, around 3:15. What a great hotel! Each check-in staff member has a separate kiosk for checking in, making it a more comfortable setting. The interior is just beautiful -- an atrium with bar & restaurant surrounding dining tables. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool or fitness center, but they looked great. It was so nice, we didn't want to leave for the trivia, but had to. We got back around midnight and enjoyed the room and view of the atrium a couple of more hours before going to bed. The next morning around 9:00, we bypassed the free cook-to-order omelets because the line was too long. No matter -- the hot & cold buffet included everything we could ask for, including omelets! Delicious. We stayed until around 11:30 (Noon check-out time.) Great memories, even though we didn't take advantage of everything. Mehr

We stayed for Spring Break and we were delighted with our choice. It was close to downtown and other activities we had planned. The rooms were nice and the staff was very accomadating, plus you get complementary hot breakfast and the managers welcome nighty with free drinks. It was perfect.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway with our kids, ages 11 & 7. Very nice hotel, the rooms were clean and large, with newer decor and finishes. Kids liked having 2 TVs in the room and a separate bedroom, and they thought the atrium was cool. Weekend traffic in the hotel was lively, though it was also St. Patrick's day so there were some partiers. But […] noise level was fine at bedtime; there were signs posted by the elevators saying it was "sleepy time." Pool is a little small for heavy weekend kid use, and not much seating. Hot breakfast is nice, but you should go early or you'll wait a while in line. They needed more staff to clear the tables, but still it's nice to have a "free" breakfast. Took a shuttle at night to the Buffalo Wild Wings across the highway for a late dinner; great not having to drive at all. Nice location if you are going to Old Town St. Charles (super cool), just a few minutes away. Ok-drive to the zoo (20 min) and downtown (30 min). We would stay here again. Mehr

Two giant thumbs-up. Everything was above expectations. Great location and amenities for families on vacation. Only word of warning: the breakfast can get extremely crowded later in the serving times. It is wise to get downstairs early! We will be staying here again!

My recent stay at Embassy Suites was WONDERFUL! The staff was VERY accomodating (promptly brough more toilet paper and an extra blanket at our request). We also made use of the free happy hour, as well as the complimentary breakfast buffet, and were VERY pleased with the refreshments offered at both! The Embassy Suites was so nice!! Beautiful inside and out! Included in our hotel price was a manager's reception that night from 5:30-7:30 with free snacks and drinks and the next morning a free hot and made to order wonderful breakfast! The rooms were all suites, so very roomy and comfy too! The hotel atrium was all opened with trees and plants all […] around and streams and waterfalls...just beautiful!! My only complaint would be the front desk staff. In both checking in and checking out...I felt they could have been friendlier. I just seemed like I was just a "number" and rushed through things....no smiles etc...Just felt that they could have made more of an effort to smile, and make a little conversation. We were extremely pleased with our stay at this hotel. The front desk staff on all shifts was polite and tried to help when I asked for directions. The breakfast buffet was the best we have had at any hotel.. I used the hotel shuttle to go to the casino and Lindenwood University. Just wish I had more time to enjoy the time at Embassy. Beautiful hotel! We stayed in a two room suite for my daughter's birthday, and it was very comfortable. The hotel itself is very extravagant. Our room was very spacious and had all the amenities listed. The kids were able to go down for a made to order breakfast in the morning. The pool was also utilized, and was very nice. I love this hotel. I have been there before for other functions, and it did not disappoint this time. We were very comfy in the lobby for a small get together.

this was by far one of the nicest Embassy properties. It has made my list of repeat stays.

Although it was NY's Eve weekend, we found the hotel inviting and comfort-filled. After the mongrel hordes left, we really enjoyed two fun-filled days especially interacting with the cook at the morning breakfast buffet. He has an awesome personality and is a great cook. Definitely will stay again someday.

This is a great hotel that we use regularly as we pass through the St Louis area. The rooms are nice and spacious, even for a family of 4. The breakfast is definitely worth getting up for, made to order - pancakes, waffles, omelets, plus all the regulars you see at other hotels. The pool is a nice size. Room service food is good but be prepared for […] a service fee and delivery fee, pushing the elevator button is work! Anyway we will continue to stay here every time, love it (we just order out!). Excellent service, comfortable and clean

I have stayed in several hotels, even a four hundred a night stay. This stay was far better. Great breakfast, room was very comfortable. My 7 year old loved it. Will definitely stay again. Thanks

It was a great place to stay, close to all of the things we planned to do in St. Charles. Our only complaint was that we had to pay for the Internet service in our room.

We loved this hotel. We will stay again. They have a shuttle that they take you to Old Town St. Charles so you do not have to find parking. The hotel is wonderfully clean and inviting. The suite allowed my Mom to have some privacy. The breakfast was so good, just a long line for the fresh cooked things. Should have gotten there earlier. Enjoyed, enjoyed, […] enjoyed! Mehr

This was probably the best stay in any hotel i've ever stayed in. Your staff could not have been more accomidating. I will always stay with you when I'm in the St. Louis area again. GREAT EXPRECIENCE!

Everything was great. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was very good and made to order. Room was big and very comfortable.

Great location with easy highway access. The room was perfect--I liked the front room/bedroom separation. I also enjoyed the open atrium of the main area. You step outside your room and look out over a very nice indoor balcony.

Hotel and staff were great. Breakfast was wonderful. Great place to stay!

It's nice to have the Managers Reception with free drinks.... very nice touch. Shocked though to have to pay through the nose for drinks at the bar afterwards. Ordered two of my favorite Manhattans for $18.50.... EACH! Forty bucks for two drinks is predatory at a hotel bar. The drinks were very nice..... but come on.

On a busy main road but good glazing ensured it was not noisy. The room was a bit dusty in places and the carpets near the lifts needed more regular vacuming although were not dirty. As with most hotel rooms we stayed in the coffee was not particuarly good with no fresh milk and the vast use of paper and polystyrene crockery in the rooms and for breakfast […] we find very wasteful. No obvious recycling here! The courtesty bus was a very useful and efficient service. Staff helpful. Mehr

Luxury hotel with convenient location to many attractions in the surrounding area. Reasonable rates, lovely amenities and a must see.

The hotel is beautiful. It is so close to downtown and the casino. The hotel shuttle will take you within 3 miles of the hotel. The breakfast buffet both the hot part and the cooked to order part are delicious. The variety is wonderful. The little bar and grill available has great food, and a good selection of wine, beer, and liquor. The room is great, […] very clean, with a super comfy bed, we even tried out the pull out sofa bed and it was fairly comfortable as well. The spa services available are pretty good. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, we went for our anniversary but will return with our child. Great hotel and staff! Mehr

We have stayed at this place before, we liked it so much we decided to return.

Very friendly staff and hotel was very clean. Our only problem was when we went to the Hot Tub. Once we got in it and noticed alot of particles floating in the water. We immediately got out. With the hotel, rooms etc. being so clean, it seemed like the hot tub was neglected.

Loved every thing about this hotel except the fact that I ordered more coffee to be brought up to my room and it never came. Other than that I loved the complementary cocktail hour, breakfast and the friend staff. Thanks!

we enjoyed the stay. very comfortable bed. didn't care for the pillows. people were very nice and helpful. breakfast was HUGE. good coffee.
