Wir möchten immer ein Zimmer zum Hof haben und nicht eines im angrenzenden Hotelgebäude. Ich habe deshalb schon die teurere Zimmerkategorie gebucht mit 2 Betten. Aber wie letztes Mal 10 Dollar Upgrade gezahlt. Aber dafür super freundlicher Service. Super Preis Leistungsverhälltnis für San Francisco und tolle lage zu Fuß 5-10Minuten zur Fisherman-Warf. Auch parken für 12 Dollar in San Francisco ,es sind es in den meisten anderen Hotels 25-50 Dollar.Jederzeit wieder.

Das Hotel liegt in der Geary St. ein paar Blocks vom Union Square. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im zweiten Stockwerk im Mittelgang, was den großen Vorteil hat, dass man den Straßenlärm nicht mitbekommt, sondern nur den gelegentlichen Lärm den andere Gäste verursachen. Die Zimmer haben nur ein kleines Fenster mit einem wenig schönen Ausblick auf den Innenhof. Das Continental Breakfast besteht aus Kaffee, Toast m. Butter u. Marmelade, O- bzw. Apfelsaft u. einem Stück Obst. Problematisch ist die Parkplatzsituation, da gleich vor der Haustür eine Bushaltestelle ist und ansonsten i.d.R. nur Parkplätze für Kurzparker vorhanden sind. Das Hotel bietet für 30 $ p. Tag einen Valetparkservice an, d.h. es kommt jemand u. parkt das Auto irgendwo, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Das Hotel liegt zwar in der Nähe des Unionsquare aber auch sehr dicht am Tenderloin Bezirk, den man vor allem Nachts meiden sollte. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel vom Preis - Leistungsverhältnis weiter empfehlen!

Sehr zu empfehlen bei einen Zwischenstop nach Hawaii.Sauber, geräumig, Airport-Shuttle, freundliches Personal, guter Preis.

Alpine Inn And Suites liegt in Daly City in der Nähe von Cow Palace, John McLaren Park und City College of San Francisco. Nicht weit entfernt befinden sich: Candlestick Park und Candlestick Point State Recreation Area.

"Zweckmässige Unterkunft"
Sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer, ideal zum Übernachten. Da ausserhalb von San Francisco nur bedingt für Touristen welche die Stadt besuchen wollen zu empfehlen.
"Gute Preis Leistung"
Günstiges und ruhiges Motel mit Charme. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Besitzer. Etwas weg vom Zentrum, jedoch in der Nähe der Busstation 8X und 8BX, wo man in den Bus einsteigen und für 2 USD ins Stadtzentrum fahren und Sightseeing geniessen kann.
Das Hotel liegt etwas aussherhalb von San Francisco. Die Zimmer sind in Häuschen schräg am Hang angeordnet, was ein spiezielles Flair verbreitet. Das Frühstück war auch sehr okay. Uns hat der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in San Francisco gefallen.

"A very nice little motel!"
I stayed there with my 18 month old son and my sister for four days and we had a very nice stay. Pros: The owner was very nice, showed us the room before we even signed the papers! The continental breakfast included yogurt, coffee, tea, oatmeal, - all good stuff! The room was clean and renovated and pretty comfy. It had lots of space and a refrigerator. […] They even provided a brand new Pack n Play for my son to sleep in. Cons: the location is IN San Francisco, but not in an area you'd want to hang out in. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't very nice. The room was WAY overly air freshened. Kinda made my head hurt. AND there was no bath tub - just a shower stall. Made it hard to bathe the baby. The TV was sort of small and there weren't many channels. But free wifi so that was good. I liked it. It was cute... I give it a 4 out of 5! Mehr

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend and absolutely loved it! It was nice and quiet and with only 32 rooms....parking was ideal! Loved the location and how close it is to freeways! Nice people running the place and very accommodating. We have plans on staying here again in the summer!!

I hate telling people about this hotel because I am afraid they won't have a room when I want one. It's near the bus stop and quiet. I won't stay anywhere else in the future.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Its close to downtown San Francisco and the Zoo. I loved the prices and the separate bedrooms. Very clean. I would definately stay there again.

The only complaint I have, the bed was a little uncomfortable. The area was quiet and centrally located.

The rooms bed was very noise and was not at all comfortable. The refrigerater made a horable noise . We had to unplug it . There was tags in the shower . But for the price it was ok . It was very quite and the other guests where plesent and the room was clean which was a plus .

"EXCELLENT"
I'm staying right now here in Alpine Inn with my family with two children. The office said that Room #119 is one of the best rooms they have for a family size. I love it. No problems and just right for us. It's comfortable and very accommodating. ^_
"Awesome for our Family."
The neighborhood down the street was a little ghetto, but it did not reflect the hotel at all. We went up to San Fran twice and took the bus system. There was a bus stop just down the street, very convenient! Hotel staff was VERY nice and helpful. I think the Inn was an old apartment complex set up but the rooms were CLEAN, ROOMY and very NICE. The hotel seemed clean enough. The location was perfect for what we needed . Then I look in the fridge and find an old plate of food in there . That leads me to believe that they dont take much time to clean the rooms . I can only imagine if they even bother changing the sheets on the bed . "Close to the Cow Palast"
The hotel was exactly what we wee looking for. It was very clean. It would have been nice to have an extra chair in the room. Otherwise easy to find and close to our destinations.

This cozy hotel is tucked on a hill overlooking the famous Cow Palace. Although it was a little difficult to locate, I really enjoyed my stay. The bed linens were so soft & clean!

I am a commuter so a few days out of the week I will need to stay in SF. The hotel is clean, quiet, well kept and close to freeways. It is truly ideal for someone who is a commuter like myself or staying in SF for a long layover. Being a native of SF, I would not recommend the neighborhood to visitors who are not familiar with San Francisco. "Good value, was very comfortable."
We checked in late so basically it was a place for us to crash. The room was clean and the bed was more comfortable than most at that price range. Worth checking out if you are visiting SF and you want to save a few bucks.

"Great lil motel"
Although the neighborhood lookes scketchy to me driving into the motel, once there the motel was cute and kitchy. The room was super clean and comfortable. There was a tv no DVD placer and a mini fridge and microwave. Everything was great quiet super quiet and DARK when the lights were off. In the morning we were watching news and microwaving the fuse […] blew or the breaker switched. Something we lost power but with a phone call tongue office all was restored in like 10min. All in all even though the neighborhood was not the greatest this was a great lil motel super cheap but well maintained. Highly recomend staying here. Mehr

Our stay was very comfortable here. I would highly recommend this place to someone who is looking for a free parking facility and complimentary breakfast. The location is convenient from the downtown and all the important tourist spots. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I was a bit apprehensive when reading the online reviews but I booked an overnight stay anyway. The location is very easy to find, te front desk clerk was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The best part was no parking fee, find that elsewhere in SF. The hotel provided an acceptable breakfast of cereal and pastries. However, the location of the hotel left a little to be desired. A taxi to or from the airport sets u back around $30; you are however close to bus stops to visit San Fran for around $2. Also, our comforter was very dirty and when we saw it the first morning, we really couldn't believe […] we had used it to cover. The hotel is situated right across the street from Cow Palace. Nightly fee is suitable for area and its not a holiday inn but its accomidating. They Hotel/Inn has their own free parking directly infront of each private inn. The staff was very friendly and accomidating. Hotel/Inn it self is older construction style which needs some TLC. It's accomidated […] w/newer style wall heater and the second bedroom a travel floor heater available. The bathroom shower doesn't offer a lot of room to manuvier in, so if you have children who require your bathing assistance may be somewhat difficult. The room is in a updated modern style decor w/mini frig and coffee maker. My only one concern with the room was that housekeeping needs to clean better under bed. Not an attractive site of dirty hardwood floor and someone socks under second bed. Other than that if I had to rate it 1 to 5 . I would give it a 4. Mehr

There were stains on the mattress. Continental breakfast was nothing like the photo in the advertisement. They do not deliver it to your room like in the ad. Front desk often did not answer the phone. Location is across the street from the Cow Palace parking lot. that may be good for some people, but not us.

I absolutely loved our room. It was very comfortable with beautiful decorations. My favorite part was how our two beds were in one unit, but in seperate rooms. I felt it provided extra privacy. I also enjoyed the ability to shut the door & not hear other person snoring through the night.

kids liked the extra bedroom, but it was not a comfortable place tho clean. alpine is misleading, it's southwest/mexican themed. my first room would not unlock, had to switch rooms. i would avoid in future.

The Alpine Inn was a fantastic place to stay especially for the price. I couldn't have been more satisfied. Relaxing and comfortable. The service could've been friendlier but everything other than that was amazing. Comfy beds and located conveniently in Daly City only minutes from everything.

"clean, comfy and friendly"
only problem was returning by bus from the city late in the evening. Hotel is fine, busses are not reliable. Management very nice, breakfast sufficient but not overdone, worked well for us. Parking not abundant, but we were always able to find a spot when we needed it.
