I set up for family members to stay here, and was thoroughly embarrassed.This hotel is not a nice stay at all. The room was in very poor condition.

It's hard to rate the hotel based on our conditions. It was cold, it was snowing, and we got there late. We had to leave in the morning, but we did eat at the hotel restaurant. Great location, room was nice, spacious and comfortble. Only thing was they were renovating, so the restaurant wasn't open, until the last day of our stay. We actually picked this hotel because we really wanted to have a view of the BAY, because we usually stay on the Oceanside, but that building was closed for the season. They were doing repairs, no discount offered, really wasn't impressed. 70 bucks for a hotel with poor patch up work, rust in the bathroom and the toilet could of been cleaned. Not pleased at all. Wouldnt recommend it.

We stayed for New Years Eve so spent very little time in the room. However, the floor was being remodeled so it was in disarray. The walls are extremely thin because both rooms we booked we could hear everything from all the surrounding rooms. Sleeping was difficult due to the noise.

Stayed one night. Competent, courteous staff. Hall carpet leading to rooms needs some serious updating. But the rooms are large, clean & well maintained. They could get some flat screen TVs though and join the 21st Century. Would stay again.

Fantastic,enjoyed our stay very much. View of the bay was great. room was clean,everyone was friendly.close to everything. The restaurant was very nice & the food & service was great. Will be going back very soon.

Not fancy but perfectly serviceable, especially in the off-season. Staff was really friendly and the fridge/microwave in the room was nice to have. Great coffe in the downstairs restaurant, though I didn't stay for breakfast. My visit was in September and I would stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. The staff went out of there way to help me park my motorcycle trailer so as I could put my bike away without having a car pulled up close to me making it a problem to put my bike inside of it.

We were only in OC for about 24 hours. We had planned it after Labor day because we knew it would be less crowded and less expensive. We asked for a 12 noon checkout so we could go swimming in the pool or the ocean and have time to come back to the hotel for showers and checkout but they were too full to allow us to do that. Rooms were large and had a microwave and mini - fridge. Walking distance to Seacrets. Walls are thin so if you expect a silent night, don't stay here, or in any Ocean City hotel (I think that is what Bethany is for). Great hotel overall.

We had a great time. Sea Bay Hotel is close to many attraction in Ocean City and very close to the beach. Our son and his 2 daughters were able to keep themselves occupied while (pop and I) rested. Good location(close to all must-see sights) and has a swimming pool. But the front desk reception was not warm and inviting. The hotel is outdated and needs a new look(face lift). Didn't feel comfortable even with just the exterior photo of the hotel from the internet. The Sea Bay was very nice, staff was friendly, motel was clean and yes I will stay there again. Lots of restaurants, & shops are in walking distance, the Beach is only a block away. The Cafe in the motel was handy. Would reccomend to friends.

We were only there for 1 night, but found the hotel and property to be VERY nice! Staff very friendly and acccomodating, the location was great and the pool was very nice and very clean. Our only complaint is that the mattresses on the beds and pull out sofa sleeper were terrible . We had 6 people in our room - 4 adults and 2 children. ALL complained […] about the mattresses being extremely uncomfortable and we all had a very restless night. We were leaving the next morning and made for a very long drive home.. we were all tired and cranky from not sleeping the night before. Very glad it was only for 1 night, not sure we could have stood an entire week tring to sleep there. Mehr

The rug was not vacummed before we got there (or not thoroughly) and not while we were there 2 nights. There was an un-pleasing stain on the underside of my bedspread. We did get clean towels each day.

We really liked our stay. The rooms are a little bit older, but very clean. The room was very large with fridge and microwave. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was close to lots of restaurants, shops, beach, boardwalk down the street.

When I first checked in I was given a room on the first floor. Needless to say it was right next to the pool! Pool hours were 9AM - 9PM. Well the evening hours were fine but morning hours were not. I was told by the front desk that they were all booked up. I could not change rooms. I watched as my stay came to a close and the sign out front never said […] NO Vacancy! Anyway, I will not stay there again. I worked in retail and this was not very good customer service!!! Mehr

Very nice lobby but the upkeep ended there. Hallways were dark with carpet that looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. The room was large but again, carpeting was not clean and was wet in places, the room smelled moldy and had to clean crumbs off the table. The tub needs to be replaced and when looking under the bed for a lost toy, found […] empty water bottles and lots of dust and other small garbage. The sink in the kitchenette is covered with calcium deposits. The drapes were ripped in places. Sofa bed mattress was very thin and uncomfortable but the double beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. Air conditioner was loud and didn't keep the room very cool. This could be a nice place with more attention paid to the cleaning and upkeep. The desk staff were very friendly and a request for extra blankets was promptly fulfilled. Small outside pool was clean with plenty of chairs. Good location with access to the beach and bay with stores and restaurants within walking distance. Mehr

Great location; easy to get to and parking convenient. Lobby and public areas well maintained and rooms were clean. Do not expect frills; sparce furnishing (read college dorm) but comfortable beds and very clean bathroom. I'm not sure you can beat this hotel for value. Pool looked nice although I didn't use it. We really enjoyed our stay at the Sea Bay. Our room in the West building was clean and spacious, and actually overlooked a second, smaller, more private hotel pool. I enjoyed the Seabay because the location was great for a family trip. Eventhough it was on the bay side, it was pretty much in between the resort side and hotel side of OC. Majority of the staff was friendly, the hotel was pretty quiet, and security was always watching the hotel and parking lot so I was comfortable about parking and leaving my car […] to shop and go to the beach. My only complaint was the pools were small and the room could have been a little cleaner, but overall the stay was great! With my kids I will definitely stay again....however if its a trip with friends only will probably stay closer to the boardwalk. Mehr

THe hotel is conveniently located right off of 90. THe staff was very friendly....always saying hello and holding the door open for you. The room was sparkling clean and smelled good. Thanks Dorcel!! We just had to cross the street to go to the beach or we could go right outside and dip in the very clean pool. I went with 2 small children. Our "neighbors" were loud partying boys. Right away we went down and asked for our room to be switched. The staff and security immediately said it would be taken care of. And it was! Rooms are spacious. I could fit my jogging stroller in along with pack n play and still have enough room to roam around.
